Had a great experience with Melissa Baron when sent to Enterprise Truck Rental by mistake instead of the car rental. She was quick to help find a location with vehicles in stock and make sure that the proper forms had been sent to the correct location.

Terrible experience. Reserved a truck a month ahead. When the day came, they didn’t have a truck to offer me. No apologies, no suggested remedies - nothing. I even visited the facility two weeks prior to confirm e-track in the box, bought ratchet straps, etc. I expected a well-established company to run in an honest and ethical manner with a focus on customer service. I was fooled. Instead I got a company run like a two-bit used car cash lot. Totally disappointing.

Very clean facility and vehicles. Staff are always friendly and as a accommodating as they can be. Rental vehicles always ready at time of pickup. Fast, efficient service.

Understaffed but the workers there are good

If I could rate this experience less, I would . On Monday, March 12, 2018, I rented a van for two days . Cost $59 a day . $150 deposit . The damage shown in the photo was there at the time of my pick up .The employee, never noted the damage on any paperwork . When returning the van, the employee tells me I have damaged the vehicles doorstop cover. Therefore relinquishing my deposit. I did no such thing . I find it odd the damage in the picture was not also noted ? !! I feel I have become the scapegoat for fraudulent business practices . Like I am being held responsible for the damage another party did to the van .BEWARE, take pictures of ALL parts of the vehicle you rent . Make sure the employee notes all damage . Shame on Enterpise .

My son rented the overhead cab with the liftgate to move his toolbox to his new job. The whole process was painless & very, very affordable. We contacted numerous moving companies to handle this small task of moving a mechanic tool chest, a portable tool cart & small items. The moving companies wanted $1,800 & up. Enterprise came in under $140.

Its hard to give a rental place 5 stars because they always do something saddening or annoying. These guys were friendly, courteous, did not try to up sell me and didnt hassle me when I got back. The truck I was given was in excellent condition. What else can one ask for?

Very unprofessional. Chris Diatsintos, Branch Manager was very snide. I rented vehicles here 4 times in the past every time I take my camper out if town. He then tells me I have only rented a vehicle 2 times there with an attitude. He would not rent a truck to me because I didnt have a major credit card on me, only a visa debit card. I rent vehicles from Enterprise all over the country and never had this problem. He then tells me that is not possible. IIgot a ride from Pennsylvania. Now I must find a ride back. I will never use their services again.

Great Service! Our company truck broke down and after calling several truck rental companies in Harford County without a truck that would suit our needs Enterprise in Rosedale had a truck. We called ahead and they started the process we arrived and were on our way in 10 minutes. David was a pleasure to work with.

I had the small Ford truck rented out to transport 11 suitcases to IAD (Dulles Airport), in short order & the truck was a joy to drive & had traction control, can you believe that ? Beat down whips and they expect you to get that extra insurance u dont have to bc you have insurance that covers u driving other whips waste if money wink
