Everyone was very kind and welcoming. Also everyone is very down to earth and nose how to make people smile. As someone that is scared of dentists they made my daughter feel safe and not afraid as well as my self . They explained everything on what they are doing, what needs to be done and they explain everything that we need to do after any appointment. This was a great experience because there are so many that are afraid but coming here makes a world of a difference knowing you are in good hands. I would highly recommend coming here to anyone especially if you have fears.

First of all, WOW.From the moment i walked in the atmosphere was just different.. you FELT like you were going to be taken care of & that’s exactly what happened. The front desk was exceptionally friendly and i was accompanied to every room, never left to wander. AMANDA is SPECTACULAR what a personality ! She broke down prices and discounts and programs even insurance. I have NEVER received this level of service at any dentists office.This is now my primary dentist. My extraction was quick and painless. I would recommend over and over again !

Let me share my experience with this office. I had my first appointment on 8/3/21 for a consultation. When I arrived the staff was very polite and personable. The office was spotless and COVID procedures were in effect. We made a dental plan which they explained in detail and the price was fair for everything I needed to get done. We booked my first appointment and I went yesterday. Walking into the office I was again greeted with pleasant smiling faces. Yes I could tell even though they were masked, lol. This put me at ease, which was good because I’m terrified of the dentist. When I went to my room there was a nice lady setting everything up. The Dentist came in and he was very nice 😊. He explained everything and started working. I DID NOT FEEL A THING!! 😁😁. I was shocked when he was finished because the time flew by. When I tell you this morning I am in hardly no pain. I haven’t had to take any meds. My face isn’t swollen and there literally is only a little tenderness where my teeth were pulled. I couldn’t be more satisfied with everything and I am excited to go back to get the rest of my work done. I had 2 teeth pulled, a bridge, and fillings. Thank you guys for everything!!

My experience was wonderful and welcoming. I had all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed and it didn’t hurt during the process at all, mouth was completely numb. Everyone was so nice and professional, will definitely continue coming.

Im currently 22 weeks pregnant Amanda the assistant manager is AMAZING the male doctor (dont want to destroy the spelling) is EXTREMELY thorough and attentive. They work with you and your insurance definitely NOT out to get money but to make people healthy. Definitely returning for all my dental work 🤞🏽🤞🏽

I have had a hard time looking for a dental office who would squeeze me in for a same day emergency appt for an abstraction of wisdom tooth. I called this office SAME DAY and the front desk lady w/o hesitation looked at the schedule and got me an appt! I arrived the office was clean and very pleasant! My previous dental office I was seen at for a previous abstraction of another wisdom tooth petrified me to the point I never wanted anymore oral work done to my mouth, I felt every nudge and tug with them! Meanwhile at this place the docs/hygienist made sure I was comfortable and very well NUMBED! I was soo in my head about what I THOUGHT I would feel I didnt notice he was DONE that INSTANTLY lol! Be weary they messed up my mouth than found out I wasn’t the first person. They refused to fix it told me to go somewhere else and get another dentist. They said it could not be fix, very dismissive and unapologetic after they clearly didn’t do the job they were paid for. And your dishonest. I contacted my insurance company and they have the claim and know the truth. Horrible place. Please see the response below as an indication of what kind of place this is. He is referring to the work from someone else but do you notice he did not address the issue he created and refused to fix. Also he is now trying to paint me as unreasonable after he refuse to fix or even try to fix his error. PLEASE BE WARN, WHEN A ESTABLISHMENT WONT TAKE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR WORK IT IS AN ISSUE.

I was in desperate need of a wisdom tooth extraction due to pain and everywhere I called wouldnt even attempt to give me an appointment anytime soon. I called Now Dentistry, spoke to Amanda and she was very helpful and compassionate. She squeezed me in the same day for a consultation and the very next day I was scheduled for the extraction which might I add took less than an hour and was painless!! My experience here was wonderful and I will be returning for the rest of my dental needs. S/N- the consultation is very detailed with a complete dental plan and prices explained. Everyone at this dentist is very knowledgable, helpful, caring, and efficient!!

Let me start off by saying Im terrified of the dentist. I searched for weeks to find a place with good reviews that took Kaiser. So I went to Now because they had great reviews and they did not let me down! They were so pleasant on the phone and in-person. The place was clean! Everyone there has great bedside manners, your exam room has cable, and to top it off the dentist (Dr. Elnadi) was so gentle and my teeth look AMAZING. I had over 5 cavities filled and I walked out like a champ!

I have had two root canals done at this office. The front staff was very friendly and professional. Both doctors were nice and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. The manager did my consult and was very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. I would recommend them to any of my family or friends.

Now dentistry really took care of me. I went in for a consultation and they walked me step by step on the whole process of my procedure. My grandmother was a patient here a couple of weeks ago. Her appointment was scheduled for 10AM. The doctor didn’t come to start her root canal until 12:30! What kind of establishment would make a patient wait 2 and a half hours??She had to leave with a NUMB MOUTH!! My grandmother demanded a refund. The doctor came in and LIED! He said he was having computer issues. My grandmother said she heard him doing other procedures. She was given her money back and found a new dentist. He was not apologetic at all. He just instructed some lady to refund her her money. If you have time to sit and wait and not be seen at the time you scheduled,this is the place for you. Terrible customer service and it was definitely time wasted.

I am so happy with my experience at Now Dentistry. I was in so much pain. I found their practice on Google and called right away. Luckily they have extended hours. They saw me the very next day. Kia and the rest of staff provided such great customer service. The dentist were so understanding of my fears of needles and pain and were so accommodating. My consultation was clear and pricing was explained thoroughly. Although I had to drive almost an hour, I will be happy to do it again. I’m obsessed with this dental office!! I recently moved and I drive by Now Dentistry almost daily going to and from work. I did some research and found incredible reviews here, which lead me to schedule an appointment. During my first appointment, the team found issues that required immediate attention. They explained the situation, reviewed insurance and copay, and developed a plan of care for me immediately. The issues found were taken care of during my first appointment! I am pleasantly shocked as to how fast acting this team is. Also, everyone from the receptionist, dental assistant, consultant, to the dentists- were extremely kind, welcoming, and patient. I wish I knew all of their names to thank them personally. I am grateful I found this dental office!!!

Go to north point dental associates! They are amazing went after this place denied me for no reason willing to pay money and the office manager was horrific. North point dental associates were amazing, clean and did more then I could ever ask for! LOVE THEM! Good luck at this place they are horrible people and do not care about patient care, I needed an extraction and this place wouldnt help me regardless of the severe pain I was in caring for 3 children even though I was willing to pay cash. DO NOT DO IT! This place is all about money. They do not care about you. They will laugh and smile with you just to get your money. They charge different people different prices. The office manager Norhan is not compassionate and greedy. My wife wanted her tooth pulled and Norhan was trying to UPSELL all this other stuff. This place is ran like a car dealership not a dentist. The carpets are dirty and the paint in my wife’s room was peeling. The chair also had a rip in it. I also saw the assistants cleaning with PAPER TOWELS!!! Spend your money somewhere else. I heard them offering gifts for good reviews. DO NOT DO IT. Thank me later.

Walking in I was terrified. I was greeted by a friendly staff member who instructed me to have a seat and some some would be with me shortly. I waited for roughly 15 min in the waiting area. I was taken back to get a few e-rays to see what all was wrong. After images were complete I met with the doctor who was very warm and inviting and explained everything to me thoroughly. I then met with a financial advisor who helped me weigh my options. She was very resourceful. I was seen and treated the same day! Needless to say I found anew home to have all my dental needs taken care. I would highly recommend Now Denistry.
