All of the staff I interacted with at Homeland for my well and septic inspection were top notch. Jennifer was very helpful with scheduling and explaining the water quality tests I would need for my geographic area, and Eric provided a very thorough explanation of the issues he discovered with the septic system out in the field. Unfortunately I had to have Home Land out to my house several times (no fault of their own) to test my well water. Each inspector was super nice and informative on what may be the source of the issues I had encountered, and how I could resolve them. I also had them complete a septic inspection and that was very detailed as well even though I purchased their basic inspection. If I ever need a service done that they can perform, they will be my go-to. The entire staff is so polite, down to the girls in the office. I have no complaints and I worked with them a total of 4 times and spoke to different office members/inspectors, everyone was amazing!

Homeland Environmental performed a septic inspection for my house. My septic system is somewhat complex with a history of repairs and additions in different directions. They went above and beyond to access my septic tank distribution box. They scoped all my trenches with a camera and provided me with a detailed report. There was a small discrepancy on the included sketch of the septic system and they went back and made the necessary correction. I tell you from the initial contact, timely responses and scheduling their customer service cant be touched. My realtor and I called at least 13 companies between us and HLE were 1. The only company that did a combination of Well and Septic inspections 2. The only company that responsed in 24hrs, next business day. Everything that was going to take place they pre-explained and then they followed up with detailed emails and any signatures needed could be done electronically. Reminder emails were sent up to the day of the appointment. Day of, OMG!!! Ben was phenomenal!! and on time. He explained everything he was doing and it did so in laymans terms.
