I would like to base my rating on the actual techs inside doing the images. The front desk are very friendly and helpful! Have zero complaints about them. But the tech that did my sons X-ray images should be told to hold his comments about someone to himself. My son went in by himself and came out telling me how him and this other lady where talking rudely about me just for bringing my little daughter with me. Just to let this guy know since he wants to be in my business I have multiple doctors appointment this day and this was our first of many stops of the day. After that I had to take my daughter to her doctors appointment and then later this afternoon I have mines. It’s sad for my son to go and do his imaging and hear someone talk about his mother while he is in there trusting the people that are doing his exam. I just hope that no other child has to hear rude comments about their parent in any office period!!!!

The procedure was comfortable, the tech was respectable and explain what was being done. Check in was quick. The overall experience was great.

LOVED the “virtual waiting room” system they had set up. I got to send a text then chill in my car with Starbucks and podcast until they were ready. Check in was super easy even when all my info needed updated. The waiting room was very conscious of social distancing and clean. Everyone was super nice! Great experience!

Always easy to get an appointment. The staff are polite and respectful. It is very clean when ever I go. I will say I do always make my appointments early in the morning.

The ultrasound tech was super kind, thorough, personable and friendly!The check in staff were great.The only reason I give 4 stars is because the previous communication I had over the phone was not attentive.Other than that, great experience. Wait was short.

I had 3 procedures done on Monday, 23rd. There was no undue long wait time, the scheduling was conveniently made so that everything was back to back. The nurses were hepful and understanding in my inability to move without my aids.

I had a biopsy at the Franklin Square Medstar Health which was done by Dr. Kostrubiak & an assistant ( I sincerely apologize but I can’t remember her name)! Both were extremely professional explaining what I should expect throughout the procedure. They both were also very helpful making me feel as comfortable as possible & extremely helpful in keeping me calm!! I would highly recommend them!! The front desk personnel were also very personable & accommodating!!

Left in waiting room, no apology, manager was frustrated that I complained and that she had to speak with me. Own your error and apologize. That simple.

Friendly, helpful staff, easy in & out. This is NOT a cattle-call type of facility where the numbers are more important than the people. When i need this type of service, i choose to come here first.

This facility was quick and efficient. No issues finding facility or with where to go once inside the office. The staff was friendly and courteous.

I WILL NEVER VISIT ADVANCED RADIOLOGY AGAIN. They incorrectly filed my claim as diagnostic instead of preventative as they should have. They have still not refiled my claim with my insurance provider after I contacted them multiple times over multiple months about their error. Each time they tell me it will be resolved. Shame on them for lying and stealing from their patients.

I was greeted at the door they were very politely and welcoming. I was checked in right away and shortly after I was seen everyone was very professiona.

I couldn’t be more impressed with the whole experience from receiving orders, calls to set up my appointment, to updated text messages and procedures for safe social distancing. All staff were accommodating and I was taken 30 minutes prior to my scheduled appointment. All of the technicians were very professional and each procedure was explained as well as when I’d receive results. I would recommend this facility to anyone.

Was very upset that a x-ray tech. or any employee of this center did not have a vaccine. It should be made mandatory to be respectful of peoples lives that you are dealing with and exposed to everyday. I have leukemia and we know that most vaccines will not take 100% on me because of my compromised immune system. I was very upset to find out that my technician did not have her vaccine. This winter another location, Timonium Crossing, did not follow Covid protocol and the waiting room was packed. No one waiting in their car, and they were allowed to sit anywhere in the waiting. I will not be getting anymore x-rays there until things improve.

With Covid I felt safe at my appointment here at Medstar Advanced radiology. They take your temperature upon arriving and ask questions about your well being. I was taken back at the time of my appointment, viruslly no wait time. The dressing area has a locker to digitally lock your belongings in. My radiologist was friendly and professional. I was in and out in no time and I feel good that I have one more well visit taken care of.

She is very nice and respectful. She is also very knowledgeable.

Love these imaging peoples! No matter what Ive needed done they have me covered. Even for odd rare testing. They are always helpful, courteous, and prompt. Their Drs reading the reports are on point and NEVER give you canned notes on your readings! I WILL NEVER USE OTHER IMAGING SOURCES AGAIN!

Technicians were gentle, friendly and professional for both my Dexascan and immediately after annual mammogram. Everything was done in less than an hour for both tests and moved smoothly like clockwork.

I was helped by a staff named Martin, who took an xray of my tmj and was very professional. He knows I was kinda uncomfortable with my position but tried to explain it to me that it won’t take too long and be patient. He made me feel at ease after awhile because he keeps on asking me if I am ok. That was what a staff should be.

The professionalism I received today was phenomenal. I was very pleased with the hospitality, kindness and the care. The place was spectacular in cleanliness as well as in the rest room. Each employee from the moment I walked in was courtesy and each employee was knowledgeable about each image I had to get. Politeness is need much in this world. I was really nervous about using any medical or doctors office during these crazy times we are experiencing today with Coronavirus spreading out of control. But I took a chance and believe me Im one who stay in my home even before the virus came along. But I was happy to say this is one place that eased my mind, with how serious they are running this office, my fears was no more after seeing how comfortable they made me feel. Now I cant speak on any other office but this one, its cool !! Its clean, it smells clean, looks clean, & run with every ones intereste in mind. To be & feel confident that my safety is a major priority.

I visited the Franklin Square location today and I must say I was impressed. Due to traffic I did not make the 15 mins pre check in period however I did arrive a few mins prior to my schedule appointment. The receptionist/clerk was just as patient as if I wasn’t tardy and ensured all my information was up to date. I waited approximately 3 mins then I was called in for my actual appointment and I must say the rapport, friendliness and information received was awe-inspiring!

Advanced Radiology is using technology in the best possible way during this pandemic! I was texting the front desk from my car to check in and told when I could enter the building. They had someone doing a thorough screening at the door and went above and beyond to minimize risk of exposure! Also, all of the employees o came in contact with were extremely pleasant and seemed genuinely happy to be working!

Had my mammogram, and the staff is very professional and courteous. The chairs are apart, giving distance. You have to text when you first arrive and they let you know when you can come in. The appointment went very fast. I was done before I knew it.

Went there for my ultrasound appointment at 8am. The lady who took the ultrasound today was on the edge. Hope she feels better later today and keep a smile on that beautiful face. In times like this, we still need to keep a smile on our faces to keep the positivity alive in this world.

I would say it was an overall good experience. Signing in was easy and wait time wasn’t bad at all. During my scan the technician explained everything clearly and was very genuine and kind.

I was very anxious about having a procedure I needed. However from the time of my arrival to completion I was greeted by pleasant workers. I was registered quickly, waited less than five minutes and was. Called into the back. Jerry, the recognition was great. I am a difficult stick. But he was calm,spoke quietly, and got the I.V. done with very little pain to me and my veins. Yay! He kept me informed of what to expect and was an overall great person to work with. Thank you all at this location. It was a positive experience!

I have never been so disrespected at a facility. I will never return to the white square location for any of my needs. The individual at the front desk told me I had to force my daughter who is less than two to wear a mask. She told me I would be in trouble with her boss if I was unable to force her to wear a mask. Her boss never walked into the building. Her name is KIM and was taking temperatures this day.

Ive had X-rays, MRIs, and mammograms at Advanced Radiology and Ive never had a bad experience. The staff are all polite and professional and assist you with any thing you need.The machine that compresses your breast is designed differently than the one they used on me in 2013 and its no where near as painful as it used to be.

I had a papsmear done. Granted it was slow, it was slow because they have a very thorough process when it comes to making sure patients stay safe during this pandemic. When I was seen, the process was quick and professional. I couldnt have asked for more or less

The lady Stacey and her helper were so very nice and this set of Xrays were so easy. Im in a wheelchair and NOT once did I have to transfer to the Xray bed. The ladies made it all so easy I was soooooo pleased and will most certainly be happy to come back. Thank you very much for being AWESOME 🌝

Waited 1.25 hours for an appointment to begin. I was not even checked in until 1 hour after the appointment was to start. The tech was very good once I got back there but most of the techs were sitting around because of the front office. The lobby was full and the techs were sitting in the back talking. Need more front desk staff or more efficient staff. Will not return to this location.
