Mark was great with helping me with my phone.

The woman who worked with me was very friendly, and very helpful.She was able to tell me about the phones I had made a list of that I was looking at. She was extremely helpful when I had issues with getting info from my old phone. I was very happy with the time she took to go over everything with me, and made it a nice experience to change over to Verizon from my old carrier.

Dont go! My husband bought me & my mom new phones & phone accessories for Valentines day at the Verizon in Bel Air. Took my phone they transferred my contacts, pics, apps it was a great experience. My mom lives in Baltimore County so we went to this Verizon on Pulaski Hwy service sucked! They were going to charge me $35.00 to transfer my moms phone over. He said he couldnt find our account & proceeded to say how do I know where you got that phone? After my husband spent over $1000. This was ridiculous! We left, took her old & new phone to the Bel air store and got it activated & transferred.

I had a great experience with the Verizon sales rep. I had multiple phones that needed updates and data transferred. He was patient, answered all my questions and was confident he could make the switches. Everything went very well. I had spent several hours on the phone with no results. He took care of everything.

Had a great experience at this store a really big guy who was funny helped me with my purchase he was very knowledgeable and helpful but not pushy. I was able to get the phone and plan I wanted cheaper than I thought it would be which was great he hooked me up with all the possible rebates and offers I qualified for!!! When my iPhone overheated and died, I went to this store to get it replaced. The associate who helped me out was Lucas and he provided me with excellent customer service. He was able to get me a replacement phone faster than the Apple store could.

Even though I know they make commission on their sales, they were more concerned on making sure that I got what I wanted at a reasonable price. Best Verizon store in the area. I pass other stores to go to this location because they give the best customer service. Today two gentlemen helped me get my insurance replacement phone set up and they were wonderful to deal with.

Service isnt bad, but dont get attached to anyone. Theyre constantly rotating people in and out of the store, but its still a nice place to go to check out phones or pay your pill in person (better bring exact change, but also no actual change)

We had a small issue with my application while porting into Verizon. My rep was both professional, caring and patient during the process. The rep made sure I was taken care of before leaving the store. Before my visit was over, I had fully switched from ATT to Verizon and I couldnt be happier. Had a exceptional experience at the Verizon store in Golden Ring, Maryland we had Chris Jajistar who was so very patient and knowledgeable didn’t push products on us and was honest with what would work best for us! My family and I switched over from another carrier and we were helped by Mark. From start to finish he provided excellent customer service and took plenty of time to walk us through the packages and options without being pushy. After switching we had some issues transferring a phone from the old carrier. Mark stayed on tech support hold for over an hour after spending about as much time trying different things to fix the issue. Even after I began to doubt he stuck with it and stayed true to his word. In the end he was able to get everything worked out. The customer service was great and I would personally recommend anyone who goes in ask for Mark.

My wife got me a phone and I had to get my information transferred. I dont know how she did it because my phone was cooked but Im glad she did. Debbie has patience that I dont have and she assured me it was going to be okay. I feel awesome that I have my photos and contacts. Golden Ring is my to go spot. The are all friendly.

A dozen or more Verizon stores; a score of mobile phones; too many sales folk to count; and we have, at last, found the warmest, most thoughtful, easiest sales representative in our 18+ year history of dealing with phone services: Devin Christy in Verizons Golden Ring, MD store.He has been nothing but helpful, sympathetic, and if he doesnt know the answer, he finds it. We always call ahead to see when Devin will be there, and he has been unfailing in his attentions. What a pleasure to have someone on whom we can rely in an industry where they are few and far between.

Mr Devin was very pleasant. He spent as much time as I needed to understand my new device. I purchased a hum today. I dont usually make a purchase within 48hrs after I am introduced to a product. I came in with a damaged Samsung device that would not charge or power up. I was greeted with a smile and great service. My rep took great care of me and helped pay off my old device. She even threw in a discounted tablet for my needs. Will be back for my next service or purchases.

I had a concern that my phone was infected with malware and immediately went to the Verizon Wireless Authorized Retailer located at 8656 Pulaski Highway. I was promptly greeted by Jay. He listened to my concerns, and began to problem solve the matter with me. He began running malware software. It came back that my phone had issues, but when the process was complete, it did not identify the exact problem. He then began to go through all of my installed apps...removed those that were not necessary, and through further discussion, he realized that it was an emoji keyboard app that I had installed that was the likely culprit. Once that was removed, the phone was back to functioning properly. Throughout the entire experience, Jay demonstrated a level of professionalism and customer service that is to be commended! He was courteous, friendly and resolved the matter. I am so appreciative and grateful that Jay was available today! Exceptional service with grace and a smile! Simply amazing! I came in with a specific problem Ive been having for some time now but just havent had the time or energy to dedicate to resolving. A young gentleman by the name of Ty Ogunlesi assisted me and made the experience from start to finish incredibly painless and just too easy. He asked me what I wanted and he made it happen. What a joke. Going there is like buying a car. You have to wait for ever and when finally waited on they dont know anything about the phones or plans. We packed up and went to Best Buy. They waited on us immediately and knew everything about the phone and service

I visited the Verizon store today in a panic mode. My phone wasnt working at all. The rep got my phone working and saving money on my bill.I left the store a happy customer!

Came in today because my phone was stuck on the loading screen and would not work. I knew it was time to upgrade, I just dont know much about phones. The rep I worked with put me into a device very similar to the old one and didnt force me into a high end model. The best part is the rep made sure to get my information from my previous phone which he did. Will always be coming this location for my Verizon needs.

Devin our sales rep was very gracious and friendly. He explained everything clearly and helped us get set up. All in all it was a pleasant experience and the promos were great!

I was very disappointed with the service I received. We took my daughters 4s in because she wasnt getting any sound when she didnt have the headphones in. We were told that nothing was wrong with and to just blow some air into the jack where the headphones go because the phone was probably dusty. Well less than a week later we went to another location outside of Baltimore and come to find out, the speaker had to be replaced. Instead of trying to make sales, perhaps they should also be focused on taking care of the customers needs.
