Horrible customer service! I went three weeks in advance to reserve chairs for my party. The guy there said I didn’t need to worry they have thousands of chairs you should be fine. I called this morning to reserve the chairs, the guy told me that I could come in and reserve the chairs for tomorrow. I drive all the way up there just for them to tell me I can’t reserve the chairs I have to come back in 4 hours. I came back again and the chairs I wanted were gone. After I was told that I had no reason to worry because they have over 4,000 chairs. Never using this company again!

Horrible products and even worse customer service! Drink machine never worked and leaked all over our event. Also, Sold us expired 4 month old nacho cheese! The worst part is they wont refund us for any of it and were absoluty rude and didnt care when we brought it all back. The older women working the counter and phones should be an embarrassment to you and your company!! DO NOT rent from this company unless you want to waist your money and have your personal items ruined! Not to mention I spent my event time trying to clean up 3 gallons of sticky snowball syrup rather than enjoying my childs birthday!! There are plenty of other rental stores in the area that do a great job! check them out!

We rented a Heavy duty appliance dolly and immediately while using it the smaller wheels broke. Not only did we have to comeback twice for the rental dolly but they told us they had another one in stock which they didnt have when we arrived. My crew was delivering a heavy item up to Connecticut and time was of the essence to get on the road to avoid NY/CT traffic.I called to talk to the manager about reimbursing us or to see what he could do and his response was to give us a 15% discount or in this case 2.25$, and basically told us it was our fault and that he has never seen this in all his days working there.The customer service at ABC is horrible and hope the owners know how their staff is handling customer complaints.We will never rent from them again and Ill be happy to share my dismal experience with business owners in my area.Hope it was worth losing business over.

Took in 4 propane tanks to be filled yesterday. They shorted me $16 worth of gas when I weighed them today. Called there and was told I probably tampered with the tanks 😡! Ridiculous! I will never give them my business again and if you’re smart, neither should you!

Great service, selection, and the staff are polite, knowledgeable, and work hard. They’ve always been extremely helpful. We’ve used them for several parties and alway refer them to friends.

I never write bad reviews because I can usually let things go but I just cant believe how stubborn and unprofessional this business is. I rented a few items for my backyard wedding and one of the items my husband really wanted was the frozen drink machine. This is THE only reason why we went to ABC Rental but decided to get a few more items. The gentleman when I came to rent was very friendly and knowledgable - he helped me write down directions on how to use the machine properly. I even bought snowball syrup from them instead of another store because of this. Unfortunately, the one side of the frozen drink machine did not work. It overflowed as it was freezing and it went all over the table linens and then it stopped working. I get that this is a family business and you need to make money but when one of your products do not work properly, you need to compromise with your renters. It caused us so much stress to have to remove the linen, try to figure out what was wrong, and we still have syrup that will never be used. When we explained this to the associates, they were rude, tried to blame us for the damage although they admit that there was a small crack in it and still rented it to us, and REFUSED to do anything to remedy the matter. I would have settled with even paying half of the rental fees because the other side was working but instead, it is $180 down the drain. Please read your other reviews and work with your customers when problems arise or your business will not last much longer. Until then, stay far, far away from this rental company or pray that all of the equipment is working properly because they wont do anything about it.

These gentleman always greet you with a smile. The customer service is outstanding. I will always come to this location for all of my party rental needs. Prices are affordable and the equipment is nice. They even load the equipment for you. Great establishment! Thank you!

I am very happy with the service I received from abc rentals. The staff was great. I had the stuff delivered to my property and picked up.Considering I personally had great experience, I would absolutely recommend.

Absolutely incredible rental company. We thought our event was going to rained out. But we called ABC at the last minute and they were able to get a tent out to us and save our daughters graduation party. These guys worked in the pouring rain until 7pm at night on a Saturday. They didnt leave until they made sure everything was perfect. Great people to work with, tent was perfect, and amazing customer service. Please dont hesitate to use these folks, we definitely will again.

Barely a star!! Horrible customer service. I went to rent a piano dolly from them today. And once I rented it, an issue came up within 40 mins of renting it and had to return it...I didn’t even get a chance to use it and they still charged me for the day price. Wow!! What customer service to not even cut the price or full return?!?! I wouldn’t recommend renting from there as though they only care and want your money and not your satisfaction and returning business. Very disappointed.

This place is a ripoff. You can only pickup rental furniture between 1-4pm. The shop is open the entire day with a guy sitting behind the counter who can easily help with loading furniture. Instead, they only leave the 3 hour window for customers picking up furniture so that their guys can make money from delivering rental furniture all day. The actual furniture was in ok condition but the short time window for customers picking up the furniture is ridiculous. Also, beware, if youre having your furniture delivered, they will probably try and say that it will take multiple trips to load and unload the equipment so that they can make more money from the deliveries.

3 different open times on their signage. Which is it? I got here a little before 7:30 and its now 7:40 and there is only one guy here and he cant get into the computer system. No way to run a business.

I rented a 20x80 foot tent along with tables, chairs, linens, tent heater and chill and fill tables for my daughters wedding last weekend. I got a great price, friendly service, and was very satisfied overall. There were a few monor glitches but everyone went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied. i would definitely use them again in the future.

Went here to rent an edger after Home Depot didnt have one. They have a lot of equipment for rent. I will try here first from now on when I need to rent anything. The edger I rented looked brand new and worked GREAT!

Awful experience with damaged equipment. We rented a slushy machine from these folks and it ruined our tablecloths. Then when I returned it, the guy said he tested it and noticed a small leak but did not feel it was worth a refund and plans to rent the unit out to more customers as is. There are plenty of rental places in the area - skip this one

I guess its the owners son, orange beard guy..........Definitely not customer oriented. Definitely not a people person. Quite frankly he is a jerk every time I go there, unfortunately they are the closest place to rent the things that i need from time to time. Last summer I was doing concrete and his own employee came out and said that his boss (the orange beard guy) was such a dick. He dont engage the customer, no matter what he always makes me feel like I am asking him to do more than his job requires and I am not a problem customer at all. He is just flat out a jerk. He is not pleasent to deal with. I will go somewhere else for now on.

We have been renting high-top cocktail tables from this location for about a year and always find the staff friendly and helpful. The prices are good, plenty of parking, and its conveniently off I95. We will continue to rent from ABC in Rosedale.

This is the absolute worst rental company I have ever dealt with and I work in the hospitality industry. Not only was every employee extremely rude, they did not follow through on the quote or delivery they had promised me. My blood is boiling thinking about the idiots that work at this place. DO NOT USE ABC RENTAL CENTER IN ROSEDALE.

I had purchased a yard of U Cart concrete using one of their trailers to transport it. Upon returning the trailer, the guy in the yard informed me that they will be keeping my deposit because the trailer wasnt clean, refering to an inch thick dried concrete residue inside the trailer. After showing the guy that the concrete was hard by picking at it with a shovel, they insisted that it was still my fault and that the concrete sets to be that hard in 20-25 minutes. I didnt have time to stay and argue, I had concrete to finish. My advice to anyone using the U cart concrete from here would be to inspect the trailer and reject it if its not 100% clean or take a timestamped picture of the before condition of the trailer.

I run a construction company and rent equipment all the time...I called the manager to let him know we were running 1 hour behind. He said he could not make any guarentees i would not be charged for another entire day. Meanwhile that had 10 other drain snakes in the back. All i have to say is horrible customer service

I just left ABC Party Rental on Goldenring Rd in Rosedale, MD. I rented (6) chairs from them for my party. I noticed one was broken when I picked them up so the young man in the warehouse replaced it. During the party, one broke when someone sat on it. I shared that when I returned them. I go inside to get a receipt and the guy at the register says Ill be right back. Apparently, he needs to discuss the chair issue with the owner. He comes back after 5 minutes and says to me that somebody had to have stood on the chair to cause that damage. Hes been doing this for 15 years and hes never had a chair come back broken. I then say that Ive been renting from them for years and never returned anything damaged, furthermore I am extremely offended that you would accuse me of lying about a $1.25 chair rental. The owner comes out and basically reiterates what he says. I repeat my explanation to her but she continued with her belief that the damage couldnt have come from just sitting. I say, it was a game night with 40 and over guests...nobody was standing on chairs...the guys say, maybe to hang up decorations? Sir, let me say this again... NOBODY STOOD IN THAT FLIMSY ASS CHAIR! The owner is like, calm down, no-one is accusing you of lying. Ummm, if Im telling you that the chair broke when the young lady sat in it and YOU are saying thats not what happened so YES you are calling me a liar! There is no point in continuing this conversation, whats the resolution? They charged me $21.20 for that chair. If they didnt have my credit card info, I NEVER would have paid it. Rental companies have insurance for damaged inventory. I HATE to have my intelligence insulted. Needless to say, they wont get ANOTHER DIME of this event planners money nor will I refer anyone else to them. Just plain unprofessional low melanin having people! I asked her if she had a corporate office, she responds no...its a family business. So you are a franchisee... aight! Ill be on social media shortly. The manager is rude plus they charge me for a service that they cant even provide and then I asked him to void transaction so I can get my money back on my card the same day and he said he cant void it and its going to take 4 days for me to get the money back now its going to take me 4 days to finish my project because my money is held up at this place
