The team at Ace of Diamonds responded quickly when my renter called with a carbon monoxide leak which the Fire Department shut off the gas to the home leaving her without hot water, stove and A/C. They were on time, kind to my 80 year old mother in law who stayed to let them in for repairs and were very communicative to me in Tennessee and help us decide on replacing the entire chimney. They were very quick and were very considerate of our CoVid affected finances. They are not just a good company but good people who want the job done right and they stand by their work. We will use them again soon to finish the chimney box replacement. Bonus-Veteran business.

I recently had service done in my home by ACE of Diamonds Chimney and I am very pleased with the results. They were very professional, courteous, and diligent in the performance of their task. Ted who is the owner was excellent in providing me with updates on the arrival and departure times of his crew. Two technicians were at my house for approximately 2 hours. They installed a five inch diameter, flexible aluminum Chimney liner for homes Chimney that vents the flue gases for the existing gas-fired furnace and water heater. Install and seal a top Chimney plate and round liner rain cap. Install new, single-wall, galvanized, interior vent connector piping for both the gas-fired furnace and water heater.COST- $2,000. Make sure you get other companies estimates before signing a contract with this company. I feel as if I was royally ripped off.

Contacted Ace of Diamonds for assistance with my ventless fireplace in a home I just bought. My log set is old and the manufacturer is no longer in business. Ted took the extra time to locate the components needed to get my log set working again. Most businesses would simply tell you to buy a new set. 5+ stars for excellent customer service!

Needed to move our direct vent fireplace to a new location. Our contractor called over a dozen businesses but no one would touch it. I emailed Ted on a Friday afternoon, heard back from him that evening, and we were able to get Ace of Diamonds for the job. Ace of Diamonds is an excellent company. Back in 2017 we had a double chimney side by side of 2 ply aluminum put in. Nick and Jason back then did a fantastic job. Then we had a clean out today in 2020. Nick was leading the crew with James and Brian. All did a fabulous job at a reasonable price. I commented to Nick, that he worked on my home, exactly the way he would his own. Great guys, great company!!

This is my first home owning a wood burning fireplace. I called a couple chimney sweeping companies looking to have the service performed. Ace of Diamonds were very professional and spent about 10 mins on the phone with me. They were booked a few weeks out but because of their professionalism on the phone, I was willing to wait. When they came out they did a great job. They took their time and went over everything with me afterwards. About two weeks later my chimney cap blew off in heavy winds. I called them the next morning to see if someone could come put it back up and not only did they come out the same day, they did it free of charge because they were just there about two weeks ago. I highly recommend using their service!

Called Ace of Diamonds on 11/09/20 for an estimate of a chimney liner (recommended by BGE), after 5 days of not hearing from them I called on a Saturday and couldn’t get any help due to management was not in. I was told that the manager would get back to me on Monday afternoon due to it always busy early on Mondays, after not hearing from them by 3:45pmi I called and was on hold for 10 minutes because manager was supposed to be on the phone so the receptionist said that she would take paper work to him so that I could get an estimate. On 11/17/20 I called again for the 4th time and this time still no estimate but the check I paid with was cashed and all I keep getting is the run around. Poor customers service, no call back no emails, no nothing. I would not recommend them to anyone

My experience with Ace of diamond chimney sweep after cleaning my chimney several months later I noticed leaking in my chimney from the roof to the basement I contacted them they came out gave me a bill for $708 saying its a tear and a storm column collar and a rip in the roof the only people that was on that roof was there representatives they come back out give me a bill for $700 for the repairs and the rain I wouldnt recommend them for any other services

This company is known for their service and work. BGE Home recommended them. They showed up right when they said they would for the appointment. They also provided flexible payment options. Ace of Diamonds will be my go to place for all my chimney and air duct needs. Thank you so much.

They replaced my chimeny liner and cap. About a year later the HVAC maintenance guy said a dead bird was in my chimeny. Called Ace of Diamonds back out and they said the cap was installed with a gap in the wire. I pointed out they installed it, and they just shrugged and handed me an invoice.Stay away.

I had a horrible experience! I scheduled an appointment in the beginning of November for the 30th. The 30th came but no one showed up. I called and they said they didnt have me on their list. When calling back on Monday to discuss the discrepancy, they told me I would have to wait another month. This is completely unacceptable as the mistake was on their part. Extremely disappointed, horrible customer service, and clearly no regard for correcting their mistake.

The guys came in did their jobs cleaned up explained what they did and why, courteous. I was pleased.

Sam and Tom came to our house today to look at an older gas insert fireplace. Sam was a lot of help, he explained what was wrong, what he could do to help and then he fixed it. Although we we should get a new unit, these guys being willing to fix the problem and give us advice for the future was really nice. I would highly recommend Ace for all of you fireplace and chimney upkeep.

No longer recommend this business. My pellet stove stopped working they charged $185 to look at it almost 3 weeks ago. We have called to find out when it will be fixed and no one wants to return calls. Today they asked me to provide the model and part number when I called so they can get an estimate. Why didnt they get this when they were at the house? I need the stove fixed. I have used this company in the past for cleanings and have been very pleased. I dont know what changed but they are useless now.

Ace of diamonds inspected my chimney and recommended repairs. We did all the repairs. 6 months later, we sold the house and the buyer had it inspected, finding more chimney problems. I called Ace back and they quoted me an additional $2000! Apparently the first inspection team was just incompetent. No effort was made to make amends. All they did was try to sell me a F&$#ing pellet stove. Go with someone else.

Highly recommend. We had a new high efficiency boiler installed 5 years ago and were shocked when it failed. Im no mechanic, but I could see that the soot and corrosion were quite evident when I pulled the panel. The original installers determined that they should have recommended we line our chimney when the unit was installed and put us in contact with Ace of Diamonds.From the first contact, AoD personnel were prompt, efficient, knowledgeable and helpful. We got calls beforehand confirming appointment times and the crews showed up on-time during a BRUTAL (like 9F degrees brutal) cold snap to perform the work and set me up for a boiler replacement. Their crews were clean, polite and friendly. They got the job done as promised.

I paid $185 for just an inspecting of leaking chimney. I was promised pictures of the damaged area with referral since they were too busy to fit it in their schedule and its been three weeks and several phone calls and nothing......
