Great, reliable service! The mechanics did an efficient job and were very professional, pricing was reasonable too. They also have a comfortable waiting area so I was able to relax while waiting for my car to be fixed. Will certainly be my go to shop for car repairs and maintenance!
I brought my vehicle here to have my rear lower control arms changed, since the bolts were seized in the bushing sleeve. Me and the mechanic agreed to $300. Then after the job was done, he charged $400. On the receipt he said I was owing an additional $100 to make it $500 total, but that was resolved, and he crossed it out. Less than a week later I go to change the rear strut myself, and I find out the mechanic had sawed/grinded through a part of the trailing arm where one of the LCA bolts slides through. This resulted on the LCA bolts side with the bolt head, being the only part to come in loaded weight contact with the trailing arm, while the threaded side of the LCA bolt, not being in proper contact with the trailing arm, when the car is on the ground. The mechanic offered to weld a crushwasher in its place. Almost 2 weeks, and 3 excuses (by the mechanic) later, I complain to the manager, and he has a different mechanic weld it 3 days later. If youre going to come here after reading this review, then Id suggest avoid paying cash, and of course do ask for a receipt. Id like to mention the mechanics name, but he didnt write his legibly on the receipt.Bottom line, I got charged 25% more money, and my life and others on the road was endangered, due to a conniving sociopath. Has the shop terminated the mechanics employment with them? I dont know.Update: A part of the LCAs bushing was melted/damaged, as they welded the crush washer on the trailing arms frame.
