I had a very positive experience working with Janise Whelan while working to update an auto policy that would better serve the needs of my daughter. She was able to work with an underwriter to make an update to an existing policy that precluded the need to create a new one due to a name change. Janise was also able to ask the right questions to determine that a surcharge from two years ago was incorrectly applied to the policy which allowed for a substantial policy credit.
