Drew explained the whole rodent removal process as soon as he got here. They kept in touch during the removing rodents process, always giving a status update. We also got a 1 year rat free warranty which I am sure I will not need after seeing the repair work.

They were quickly to have someone at my house to resolve my rodent problem. On the first trip they sealed access points from the outside and set traps. Once all the rats were gone, they repaired the damage. Very good and effective service. Im happy with the results.

Called asking if they could possibly pickup a baby bird i found or connect me to a place that could come get the bird and they HUNG UP on me TWICE. Rude people.

I cant tell you how tired I was of having bird droppings on my car all the time, and it would always happen the most right after Id washed it. These guys did a very detailed inspection to figure out how the pigeons were getting into my house. How much bad luck can one person have? It cost me a couple of hundred bucks to get the job done, but it is all done now. There are no more birds, no more droppings on my car, and Im much happier. A couple of hundred bucks well spent, if you ask me!
