Awesome company! Professional work and priced affordably. There is a reason this place still has a 5 star rating. When it was just a, ‘one man show’ I was worried that it wouldn’t last especially when I knew he would have to expand and hire help to keep up with demand because I know how that can go sometimes. The owner of this company is apparently very talented at running a business due to the fact the ppl he has hired is just as good and efficient as the man himself. In my opinion if all company’s were ran the way Keith runs one we would all have a lot less grey hairs and stress. The customer service is a 10 star rating borderline 11. I personally think there isn’t a company around that this guy can’t run and at this point Keith Ozment should just run for governor.

I love this company so much. My husband was trying to level our yard and prep for a poolFor the kids to play in this summer. We discovered a huge root after most of the 18 foot circle was dug up. I called this morning to get on the list and Grinderz called and said they wanted to help us get the pool put up ASAP and would come out as soon as they could. We found Keith Ozment in a google search, and the good reviews convinced us to give him a call. Boy am I glad we did! He came out the same day and gave us a free quote for the job, and some good advice on how to proceed. My first impression of him was that he was an honest professional. We needed to take some trees down to make room for a duck pen we were building, and the job was very time sensitive for us. We needed it done right away. And he told us his schedule was very busy, but he would try his best to squeeze us in. I waited a couple of days after the quote before I made up my mind and called him back about it.At first he said he couldnt do it until the following Monday, because his schedule was so busy, but when we explained how we needed to get it done that week in order to build our duck pen in time for the ducklings to move into it, he told us he would work something out. He took a genuine interest in what we were doing, and went out of his way to help us get it done, even when his schedule was all booked up. He even came out on his off day to finish the job for us.Well here we are one week later, and we have just enough time left to finish the duck pen in time to move our flock of ten ducklings into it. They are living in two kiddie pools wrapped in poultry netting in our sun room right now, and they have very nearly outgrown that little makeshift pen. We couldnt have gotten this done in time without Keith Ozments help. Not only did he save our duck pen, but he also opened up a lot of sunshine for our garden!
