As a long-time patient I have always been confident with the quality of care from Dr. Oyler and his staff at 3 Rivers Cosmetic & Restorative Dentist. Andrea, my hygienist, is extremely gentle and takes such great care to make sure my cleaning is thorough and she is also very knowledgeable. The office staff is so pleasant and friendly. As always, prompt service, pleasant experience and great conversation. I recommend this practice to all my friends.

I was called in right away. Andrea always does a thorough job cleaning, and I didnt have to wait for Dr. Mann to come examine my teeth. Very friendly and welcoming.

For most of my 31 years, I’ve had deep anxiety about going to the dentist. I have bad teeth and, on top of that, I don’t do a lot to take care of them. So I’ve had a lot of trips to the dentist since I was a kid. Most of the dentists I’ve been to have been either aloof or condescending. Three Rivers is neither of those two things. Dr. Oyler and the rest of the crew are incredible people who are more than skilled at their professions. They don’t make you feel small and are flexible and willing to work with any situation. I have way less anxiety going now than I ever have before. I cannot recommend these guys strongly enough.

I always have a good experience here, its like a family. We share family news and experiences and get a detailed report on how my teeth and gums are doing. I also get an explanation of how my meds are affecting my teeth. Teresa and Dr. Knaak make you want to come for your appointment.

Broke a crown on one of my front teeth, called my usual dentist and said it would be a month before they could get me in. Was referred to 3Rivers by a good friend, they got me right in and did a temporary fix in about 15 minutes and scheduled the permanent repair 10 days later. Super nice, very friendly! Will be changing dentist needless to say! A dentist that did not even know my got me in and smiling again in no time! Thank you to Trudy and Dr. Oyler for being so helpful:)

Nice environment great ppl....changed my rating from 5 stars to 3 because I got a tooth pulled and I still feel pieces of the tooth left in my gums. Wouldve never noticed if it didnt start giving me problems kind of upset I paid lots of money to get them pulled and to be put to sleep just to find out that the job wasnt done correctly.

I changed dentists a few years ago to avoid having to drive twenty miles to Rome. While the dentist in Cartersville was all right, I missed the people at Three Rivers and their exceptional attention and commitment to their patients. I recently decided it was well worth the twenty mile drive, and I am so glad they were still available to me. Dr. Knaak is a very professional and kind person. He is honest and will take really good care of you. I normally go for cleanings, Stephanie cleaned my teeth the last time and did an outstanding job, Theresa normally cleans my teeth but she was on vacation. She is outstanding as well.

Having lost confidence in my current dentist and having done extensive research, I approached this practice/Dr. Oyler. I was not disappointed. They were able to get me in right away and didnt have to wait more than five minutes for my appointment. I was very impressed with Dr. Oyler in several respects and look forward to having him attending to my future dental needs.

Amazing group and love the dentists. However, I found it necessary to leave them since they are not part of any insurance plan. I found out the hard way that they do not adhere to Dental Dental or any other dental plans “negotiated rates”. Their fees are set by them and you are responsible to the 20-30% premium over the negotiated rates which your out-of-network coverage is based. In my case, 50% coverage for dental work + the 30% premium was not ideal financially. Don’t get me wrong as the work is top notch. For me it was just about being out-of-network for any dental insurance carrier. I changed from my last dentist for the same reason. At least these guys will file a claim for any coverage for you which is a good thing.

Everything was neat and clean in the waiting room and in the treatment room. Mrs. Sims treatment room was very neat and clean; everything in its place. Mrs. Sims took care of my problem with speed and accuracy. When I got to the desk to check out, the. Ladies there were very pleasant and checked me out quickly. I met the new lady that took Teresa’s place and she fills her shoes very well! Miss Teresa though! She came from the Old office!! My trip was a short one, pleasant, with No problems!!

They were great. They fit me in on short notice and had me out with a great smile in less than a hour. Very Happy and satisfied!!

It was as positive as it possibly could be for me - someone who really doesnt like going to the dentist because of having a history of a lot of dental procedures. Ive been getting my dental care from Dr. Oyler and the wonderful staff at 3 Rivers for twenty years. They are both quick and thorough in the regular cleanings. When I have had problems which required work, they worked with me until it was resolved. I also appreciate that Dr. Oyler once mentioned the possibility of some cosmetic work done, and when I indicated that I was not interested, he didnt bring it up again. The practice does not push services which are not necessary. Oh, all the staff are nice as well as professional too! Highly recommend them.

The office itself is very clean and well kept. You are greeted first thing by the very polite and cheery front desk personnel, they are always prompt on their appointment times and the entire staff are always friendly. My cleaning was done with minimal pain and with great efficiency (unfortunately I don’t remember her name). Will definitely make this my dental office from now on!! (I just moved to Rome)

Dr. Mann and his team are incredible! They have truly changed my life. I came in after 2 years of not going to the dentist because of my fears. I had cracked front teeth and inflammation as well as a slew of other issues from previous providers who had incorrectly performed procedures which compromised the integrity of my teeth and gums moving forward. Dr. Mann was able to fix the cosmetic issue with my teeth and give me a smile that I have never seen before. I am now more confident than I have been in years. Only the very best dental hygienists and dental assistants take care of you here. We have made a plan together on taking care of my dental issues with my health in mind first and foremost. I was upfront and honest with the hygienist about my sensitive teeth, and she did a wonderful job! The last cleaning I remember from a different dentist had my teeth hurting for a day or two afterwards, but after this cleaning I just felt clean! Their practice was clean and the building looked very nice. All the staff were friendly too. I cant recommend them enough!

I got blessed to find a new dental team. I received a quick appointment date, professional and compassionate staff. I would definitely recommend this office for dental care. I’m looking forward to making this my new dental team. I can’t thank them enough for the help I received today.

I was anxious about going to the dentist during this pandemic, but once I arrived I realized the staff was taking every precaution to keep patients safe. The hygienist did an awesome job and provided much useful information. Dr. Knaak was very attentive to my concerns and answered my questions. I’m not anxious about going back in 6 months.

I have been going to this dental practice for six years. During this time my experience has been excellent.

3 Rivers is professional, spotless, friendly, and considerate of your time. They are kind and thorough. I’ve had a GREAT experience with them!

Dr. Knaak has been taking care of me for years. He always takes his time and makes sure his work looks just right. His staff are, and have always been, great. They always smile and greet me by name when I come in. You can tell the entire office really takes pride in what they do.

Personnel are always pleasant and professional. Cost estimates for work to be done have been substantially less than the actual billing. For instance, my recent procedure for an implant was presented to me to cost somewhere between $4,500 and $5,000. So far the cost has been in excess of $7,000 and it is not finished yet. I would prefer to have a real cost estimate so I could plan for it. Not everyone has an extra $2,000 to $3,000 just hanging around. It is be reasonable to expect an estimate to be within 10% of the actual unless there was a lot of unforeseen work to be done.

Very professional and caring group. I have never had anything but good experiences in several years of visits .I feel like my comfort and my dental health is the most important thing to the staff. Very pleased.

If there is a more caring and concerned dentist than Ben Knack, at age 75, I certainly have not run across him. His communication skills are superb. Questions never seem to be a problem or distaction for him as his answers are well thought out and demonstrate his genuine desire to be of service. If there were more than 5 stars Id certainly rate him higher. Thanks Dr. Ben for being who you are, doing what you do, and doing it in the manner you do it in.

My family has been using 3 Rivers for close to 20 years. Weve never had a bad complaint or bad experience. Staff is always amazing and super friendly. Lindsey at the front office is always so fun to talk to, Teresa is always very professional and I love getting to visit with her and she does a great job taking care of our teeth. Dr. Knack is super welcoming and a very knowledgeable dentist. If you are looking for a dentist, I highly suggest you give them a try.

As a Dental Hygienist for 35 years and working with many dentists, including Dr Oyler, after I retired I chose Dr Oyler for my dental treatment. Dr. Oyler and his staff were simply great. The two front of off receptionists were very courteous and knowledgeable with the handling of my dental insurance as well as me the patient. The dental assistant was very professional in her care for me prior to Dr. Oylers arrival. Dr. Oyler was very attentive to my questions and layed out a dental plan for correcting those dental needs as well as any concerns I may have had regarding my much needed dental work. The office was clean and steps were being adhered to regarding COVID-19. I was comfortable and pleased with my overall dental experience. I look forward to working with Dr. Oyler and his staff as they help me with great oral hygiene along with a great smile!! Things have to be better in 2021, Im working on being HAPPY!!!
