With a country down-jomey air about the place, cherry attitudes and a semblance of professionalism barely detectable, one is put instantly at ease. Your confidence blooms in the certainty they guarantee you a job within a week. I loved it, they did me right and got results.

Really appreciate everyone in this office Im sure it was a collective effort from everyone together me where Im at also though called erica a thousand times felt like a burden not only did she handle my situation she apologized to me if you cant get along with erica well you really wont Last anywhere she sends you erica really did make me feel like I was the only person working for her when she had other things to do she stopped what she was doing and dealt with me I have no idea how she did it but with professionalism and grace and I would recommend her to anyone thank you erica I appreciate you

Terrible communication, organization, and employee service/treatment.This company doesnt show any sense of urgency, professional behavior behind closed doors or common courtesy.This was my experience with 2 work staffing.Very nice in the start and very promising, they make everything sound great, but it was fake.To start, I was forced to wait over 3 weeks to get paid my first check because they simply couldnt take their time to do things right. I was told I would receive pay after my first week of work, when pay day came I was given a card, then after trying day after day to activate it for use and hearing the same automated message that I couldnt I called the card company to be informed that this card was never even set up with my information, not even my name. I called 2 work wondering if it was a mistake and asked can they please fix it, they beat around the bush about it for a week saying they would take care of it which they never did so they resulted to finally putting in my info for direct deposit where they then didnt put in my bank info in correctly becuase my bank sent me a letter stating they entered my routing number worng and they needed to fix it, when i called to inform them they were very rude and blamed it on the bank... Once i recieved my first check i was surprised by the extremely excessive unnecessary charges required just to start the job through them, Im talking $100 plus charges just for drug test/background checks. I was charged $30 for boots i never recieved or was offered and once i saw it on my first check stub i called and they confirmed i never recieved the boots and i was told it would be refunded in the next week, after waiting a week i recieved my next check stub with no refund, when i called to ask why i was simply told it was actually a mistype on the stub and that it was not for boots but for boot covers i recieved to work that i was never informed about costing a penny... I was treated very poorly by this staffing company once i was hired, there only goal is to work you till you cant do it anymore and replace you with the next eager unaware victim because you will be extremely under-paid and be doing hard work every day, where I worked I did 6 days a week 66 hours total weekly and made barely over $500 weekly with overtime.. and I was working hard, I mean 12 hour shifts 4 days in a row then a 10hr and 8hr. Anyone who knows of or has worked at advanced steel knows its hard work and long hours and I felt like I barely made more than miminim wage hourly after they took out there potion of my pay. I was also promised to be tested to get hired on after working 365 hours for them. I notified my supervisor who worked for them as well I had passed that time marker and was promised my test by the end of the week, well the end of the week came and then it turned into Monday, then Monday came and I was told they had an appointment that he forgot about that he couldnt do it that day... at this point I was nearing 500 hours with them....so I left, not because I couldnt do it or didnt want to cause i honestly loved my job there, but who would want to work this hard and long and have to worry about all this beating around the bush on the side... I am just extremely dissapointed and disgusted in their behavior towards their own employee. Absolutely do not go through this staffing company they are cruel and do not care about you at all once they butter you up and get you hired. This was not the hardest job ive ever had but i felt very underpaid and ignored. I feel i was a really great employee at advanced steel and definently enjoyed it there and many supervisors recognized my potential and honest hard work for the company, I wouldve loved to work for them and only them but I got fed up of 2works bs I had to go through to get there, honestly dont waste your time here, you will regret it!
