First impressions are everything. Tech showed up an hour and 15 mins. late for appointment. Then didnt even have necessary tools to measure the square footage for an estimate, so he guessed at it. Didnt even go into crawlspace to assess damage as the other 2 companies did in order to accurately determine what would be needed for a precise estimate. Tech just looked in from the door. Wasnt impressed at all. Wont be using them or recommending them.

This company does not know what they are doing when it comes to remodeling. They should stay with water damage and not offer remodeling services. They caused more damage to my home than what was caused by the water damage. They show up whenever they feel like it, if they show up at all, even after a set date and time has been agreed upon. The work is substandard and sloppy. Extremely unprofessional and very combative when their sloppy work is pointed out. The owner is not honest. The customer service is nonexistent. Would not recommend to my worst enemy.

Im very thankful for care and responsiveness I received from this company in a time of distress.

They were hired to clean up and repair the damage in our office after the restaurant next door flooded. This was in Feb 2017 they have yet to finish the job and every time we call we get the runaround and told they will have to call us back which never happens. We have even tried contacting their corporate office which does not seem to be any different.

Ok but not okPuroclean done a pretty good job inside the house of cleaning up the mold. I know that some items had to be thrown away but other things have came up missing, filing cabinet, some tools missing. After the dumpster was full I assume, the people doing work figured my moms yard was the dumpster. My moms back yard was a mess, concrete blocks, old wood, some metal things that my lawnmower blade found, and ruined my blades. My moms back porch is packed with garbage they had leftover. Id recommend them cleaning the inside but make sure you take inventory of things you know that you can keep, and stay behind them about outside clean up.

Worst service ever, never was able to get my stuff cleaned. If you can use anywhere else I would. They even suggested I use one of their competitors. What a joke of a company.
