Mike was very helpful after my sons unfortunate accident. The authorities directed the tow truck driver to bring the vehicle to their facility, not asking my son where he wanted it to go. This happened previously with my daughter (different tow company) and its very frustrating because we have to then pay for 2 tows to get the vehicle where we wanted it to be. Not everyone has tow coverage included in insurance, especially young people with older cars trying to save money. Mike was willing to bring it to my house for us.I also highly recommend him as his prices are far better than the other tow company (the one authorities called for my daughter).Very impressed with Mikes professionalism and compassion.

Fantastic, helpful, and friendly! We have had our car jumped and then towed, both times he arrived quickly and was very helpful. The tow was at 2 am and he arrived in under 10 minutes. Will definitely call him first next time!

Was surprised with the concern of the problem and fast reaction to help. Mike was patient to listen to what the issue was unlike other truck and dealer shops did. He wasnt pushing something I didnt need or tried to hook me up with services that were not necessary. Really pleased with their reaction to my issue and quickly arrived to help and 10 minutes after I was back on the road for a great price. I expected them to charge way more than what they charged me. Mikes auto repair is great! I had to have a truck come and help me get my car out of the snow mike himself came out and assisted me it was a very long and difficult process but the job got done! Very professional and extremely patient if your reading this mike, thank you!
