My Ranger went dead! I checked all of my fuses and couldnt locate the problem. Brinkleys towed it in, diagnosed the problems, repaired it in a very timely manner. Cost was less that expected. Great crew with a Christian heart. I will be back if problems arise.

I had them come out to my house and replace a battery. The service man was great and the cost was very reasonable..

A good friend recommended this place to me, as they are cheaper and quicker than an actual car dealership. They initially picked up my car on a Monday, had it for two days before ordering the part(which I eventually had to order and go pick up myself). They then fixed it and sent me on my way the following late Wednesday afternoon(I paid for the full service and tow). The part they replaced wasnt put in right and fell out the next day. They picked it up Thursday, had it for 5 more days before ordering the same part, which was then not expected to arrive for two more days. To speed up the process(since its already been nearly a week), I went and bought the part from a different store and brought it to them myself which I was told if I did, it would be fixed that day. They said they were going to give me a call at the end of the day letting me know something. Throughout the whole process they promised calls letting me know whats going on, and never got a single call from them. Finally got my car back the next morning and went to get my car. They had been smoking in my car, ashes from cigarettes all in the floor, and the right end of my number where they worked on my car, was warped. If you value your money, time, and vehicle, do not ever use this place

Good service, great mechanics, I will use them on all my vehicles. I wish i could give then 10 stars. If you want cheap work move down the road. You pay for what you get. They run a diagnostic to see if any major issues are causing smaller issues. They are so detailed and have been great with an 01 Sonoma. Thank you Binkleys

This is the worst shop ever!!! I took my car there with the check engine light on and 8 days later I picked it up with no answer. They gave me 4 or 5 things it could be some that wasn’t even possible per the chevrolet dealerships. They told me my car was junk and I should get rid of it. I took it to the dealership and 5 HOURS later they called me with problems and price. I went back to Binkleys and ask for a refund for the diagnostic and he got so mad and gave me the refund but he was very rude about it. He told me he didn’t like to be told he was dishonest. I didn’t say that anyway. I was told they would do a diagnostic and tell me what was wrong and that didn’t happen. I would not recommend this shop to anyone. Ty

I am very satisfied with the service I have received at Binkleys. They have fixed nearly everything the first time, and if something is not right they work at it until it is. They are priced between the small shops and dealer service departments but I can trust them - something I cant say about some dealer service departments. They dont attempt to up sell anything and dont suggest extra service unless it is needed. Just good people!

I have wanted to wholeheartedly thank the folks at Binkleys now for a few weeks, for their good work on our vehicle, the kindness they extended to me, and the value of the work they did. In mid-July, I was driving from Florida to Minnesota with my mother (who has dementia) and her cat, when the lack of power we were experiencing on hills was beginning to concern me. It was Saturday, and Binkleys was very busy as usual, but they squeezed us into the schedule. Mom and I decided to rest for the day in Rome so Binkleys could have the day to fix up the van and get us back on the road. We made it up the Minnesota no problem! Thank you so much!

Although they try to help, if you come uofrint with s problem they will insist on diagnostics test that are unesecarry and then charge you for it. To be concise, if you have a simple problem they will wait until the very last minuet to fix it and then charge you for a test you told then not to do. You can find better shops that will listen to you and not waste your time and money.

I called these guys on a rainy Saturday morning with brake problems. Took the car out to them and they had an employee run me home. Although they close at 3 on Saturdays, they stayed on my car until it was done at 4. Very thorough, very detailed in explaining what the problem was and what was done to fix it. I got the sense that these guys care about what they do and I was very satisfied.

We take all of our cars here and they never disappoint. They are honest with you and take the best of care to your vehicles.

I am a college student and not from Rome, Ga. I had a hard time finding a place to get my oil changed and other little things done for my car. I remembered I called in a panic because I needed my oil changed that day and no other place was able to take me. Binkleys Auto Care told me to come on in and they were able to change my oil in about 30 minutes. They have been my go-to place for oil changes and patching holes in my tires. The people are friendly, get you in and out very quickly, and they genuinely appreciate the service.
