If someone hits you and is insured through them just know its gonna take you o er a mounth before they will send u anything saying the vehicle is totaled this isnurance company is horrinle how hard is it to send something saying the car is totaled

The Rome office of Georgia Farm Bureau RAISED the premium of auto insurance during the time when most other insurance companies are trying to help their customers during this trying season of Covid 19. When I asked my agent why, all he stated was that they had an increase. Problem is they have increased my policy EVERY time it was my renewal time with the exact same excuse. I HAD been with Georgia Farm Bureau for over 20 years. I am NO LONGER their customer. If you are still with this company, I urge you to research other companies for your insurance needs.

If I could give this insurance company zero stars, I would. My mother has paid them tens of thousands of dollars over the years, only to be told that they will not cover repairs to her badly damaged roof. I guess Farm Bureau of Floyd County likes to con senior citizens out of their limited funds.
