Always a great store with friendly employees. But like everywhere else, they arent open as long as they used to be so I had to wait in my car for them to open. I dont live there so I have to stop by on my way home from work. I still gave them 5 stars because its not their fault that people dont want to work anymore.

We take our senior dog to the grooming center and want to add a compliment to our groomer, Jordan. When we take Lola to Jordan she always comes home looking great! Jordan takes the time to get to know your fur baby. She does an excellent job and we really appreciate her dedication to our girl. Thanks Jordan!

Had the dogs bathed. Smelled like wet dog when picked up instead of clean dog like usual. We dont like perfume smells but they usually have something that smells better than wet dog. Especially at what it costs!

They have some great stuff for pets, a bit pricy but really nice. We bought a new dog harness it is so stinking cute. Looks fabulous.

Per smart is beyond over priced.They know that spoiled kids parents buy them anything for any price.For example:Hamster bedding (same brand)adv price $3.89Walmart $4.89Per Smart $24.99Now you would think this is a mistake.Asked manager and they said it was correct price.Both places with sake EXACT products.Per smart is around 5x the amounts of 80% of there inventory.Not just hamster bedding.I would understand and be mad if it was double, but 5-8 times the retail value is horrible.Some stuff I found there was around double price so not too bad.I wont shop here.Visit small pet stores, they NEED you, pet smart does not.

They have a bunch of dog and cat food, toys, and treats, but when it comes to pet health, they are lacking big time.

Have the best pet treats

This is completely disgusting and unethical. Theyre keeping two ball pythons in a single tiny cage. Theyre both covered in stuck shed, they dont have the proper temperature or humidity, they are keeping solitary snakes confined together. Please do not purchase reptiles or reptile supplies from here.

They had my dog for 2 1/2 hours and couldn’t finish drying her because she was panting.

EVERY employee there is courteous, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. They make you feel like a next door neighbor or a friend. If you have questions about the creatures/animals they carry (and some they dont) they are very knowledgeable about them. If they dont have something youre looking for they will do their best to help you find it, even if their company doesnt sell it. They also show you how to get the best price by going online and finding the same item for a lower price then price matching it....their people are AWWWWWEEEEESOOOOME!!!!!

I loaded my 200lbs English Mastiff into my vehicle to transport him 30 minutes down the road to Rolla for a grooming appointment that was made weeks in advance. Upon arrival, the staff informed me that they were not able to groom my dog because he has a heart condition. I told them up front prior to making the appointment that he has a heart condition. He takes medication everyday and has been doing so for over a year. His heart condition is under control. Not only did they turn down the appointment, they also had no solution for this problem as well. Absolutely terrible business and will never return. I will also be persuading everyone else from the area to never use this business. Absolutely terrible and pathetic. Thank you for wasting my time.

PetSmart is a great place to go for your pets but if you do, please make sure your pet has went to the bathroom before they go in, especially if your pet gets scared because my dog is scared and ended up peeing in pet smart and I just feel bad for the workers

Bathrooms are always clean too which is a plus.

I went to have my dogs toenails trimmed. I was very surprised at the great service I received and I recommend this place highly instead of taking them to the vet where cost more money to have their toes done or other things that need to be done. Go see for yourself theyre awesome.

Awesome sales staff, very helpful and so nice. Staff was around if I needed help and also came up to me ask if I needed help with anything. Checkout girl was super nice too and fixed my rewards info. I was able to find everything I needed. Was surprised and happy to find out they sell frozen feeder mice and rats. I got a 10 gal. aquarium for a decent price and other items for another ball python I was getting. Highly recomend this store, a little pricey on some items but had items I can not find at the other few smaller pet stores in Rolla. Thank you Petsmart Staff.

Cancel appointments if you are a few minutes late because dog bolted out the door, after waiting in the lobby for over 10 for assistance. Waitntime counts against you.. Wasnt even nice about it, kept complaining about how busy they were. Unkess my dog was going straight back it wouldnt affect that. I take 2 large dogs every 2 months plus 70 dollars a week for dog food and all else. Ive waited or had to come back several times because my dogs werent ready on time and never was mad about it. one time i had to wait there for over an hour after pickup tome with 4 kids for a simple bath because they got behind and wasnt even mad. Apparently the kindness doesnt go both ways. I can order food online and take my dogs elsewhere.

I went in to get ear mite treatment for rabbits and they did not have that. The staff did look to see if they was able to find it on the shelves. The store is clean and helpful and the staff are helpful.

Its a new store for a small town vibe!! Our pets are part of our family anymore and its good to know we have pet shops like PetSmart. I love the vibe and the way you can bring in your animals. Especially dogs!! The people there are so nice and eager to help you with anything animal!!

The staff is always friendly at the Rolla location. For a smaller store, they still have a great selection of pet products. My favorite thing is to visit the kitty adoption center and see the sweet angels they have available. Convenient to highway.

Its pretty much the only place to really find pet supplies in various quantity in the area. Otherwise its petsmart. And this ones pretty good.

This was my first time ever in a Petsmart and it was impressive! There was more to the store than I ever imagined. The staff and all the staff knew every question asked and we told them a few items we wanted by describing what we wanted the product to do and the one person who helped us was fast and knew everything about each product and told us how it may affect the pet to help us decide what to choose and she was a pro!. I roamed the impeccably clean and very organized store liking most of what I seen. Just like you see the friendly faces in the commercials is what you can expect to see here. Prices were also reasonable on many of the things I took a closer look at. Head on out there. I will be back.
