Worst experience ever they say they guarantee the work dont go here I had no choice because its random and the property I sold was financed with a bank

I didn’t realize how horrible this company was until I went to sell the property I bought in 2013. After closing I got the warranty deed, and noticed the name of a dead relative of the sellers still on the title. I called and they insured me it would be taken care of and they would file it’s for me at the recorders office. Life was crazy busy and I never really thought about it again. Come 2020 and I’m selling my home, and it had never been taken care of, so the new closing company did get it taken care of. Selling a home while buying a home 4 states away and planning a long distance is move is no time to have to deal with laziness of this company!!!

Premier title group was very helpful in purchasing my first house. Couldn’t have asked for a smoother experience with closing. Highly recommend
