I am a realtor and I am very disappointed with how Triangle Environmental handled an inspection for my client. Inspections are the scariest part for a buyer. I always want inspections to be thorough for the sake of my clients. My issue is that Triangle scares every buyer away from every house. With any issue, there is always a solution. However instead of focusing on finding solutions, they always focus on worst case scenario. In my most recent transaction they told my buyer that they would be hospitalized if they moved into the house. The house is an incredible home and had just 1 visible (2in in diameter) spot. Im sure there is more to what I could visibly see, but my point is that there is always a solution and that needs to be better focused on.

After researching several local mold inspection services, I am really pleased we went with Triangle. John has provided us with a very thorough mold inspection and detailed reports, and many recommendations for action. He and his sons worked together to document so much prior damage and health risk in our recently purchased home... they got to the root of our problems, and we would have been clueless otherwise. John holds true expertise and goes above and beyond.

What an outstanding experience I have had with Triangle Environmental services! John has come to my home twice To do air quality samples, inside and ouside of the house. He was timely, thorough, efficient, conscientious and extremely professional! Not only did he do a great job when he was at my home, he accepted phone calls to answer the plethora of questions I had and guided me with which steps to take next.
