He (came to know his name is Randy, as mentioned by another reviewer in her post) arrived on time. After opening the door, I welcomed him but he was furious, gave very angry look from outside the door and shouted why my room was not empty. I had two rooms in my apartment, one was fully empty and the other had two sofas only. I could easily move the sofas when he would be cleaning the other room. I politely asked him if he can clean the other room. He refused and left. I am not sure why he reacted that way. Such rude attitude could arise seeing a foreign national (an immigrant customer) whom he was not expecting probably.

I recommended this business to my neighbor whom had flooding in her basement. I am the ex-daughter in law of the owner, Randy. Feelings aside, I spoke highly of them and knew theyd do a good job. Unfortunately once my name was mentioned, Randy became hateful and refused to help. Business is business, and its been 11yrs. Apparently grudges weigh more than doing the right thing and help potential customers.
