Absolutely awful, avoid at all costs. Reserved a car on Sunday. Arrived Monday to pick it up and they didn’t have the car. Blamed us for not booking 2-3 days in advance and tried to charge us more for a different car. Said they are busy and I should know that booking the day before was a problem. Took 45 minutes before they agreed to give us a vehicle at the price we reserved. The rental agent was condescending and basically told me to shut up at one point. During the walk around I observed damage and pointed it out to the agent who took photographs and said it was documented. The next day when I returned the vehicle a different agent refused to return my deposit saying the damage wasn’t documented. Apparently, the agent never entered the damage into their system. Had to wait 30 minutes for the original agent to return and confirm the damage was preexisting. No apology or even an acknowledgement that they had inconvenienced me. $75 for one day rental of a Toyota Corolla and had to spend almost an hour and a half in their office to get it. I never leave negative reviews but these guys are absolutely awful. Avoid at all costs.

The local Enterprise team in Rolla was very helpful and delivered our car to Rolla National Airport where we flew in. The issue for us is that because Enterprise doesnt staff on Saturdays or Sundays, we ended up paying $360.00 for a one day rental as had to rent the car from Friday to Tuesday (Holiday Weekend) and only used it Saturday evening and left it back at the airport Sunday morning.Sunday afternoon we flew into Traverse City MI and Hertz had a car delivered and we later dropped it off for a total charge of $36.00 plus tax/fees and no issues. I would encourage Enterprise to me more flexible with these rates when dealing with pilots at smaller airports or staff appropriately as there are other options.

Im from Brooklyn NY and have rented from Enterprise several times in Rolla m.o. since 2015 and in Brooklyn n.y prior. This employee Yvonne Hardest has been here for the customer s Everytime I rented. I never new how to give a compliment to enterprise on here before Today. Im old and have just learned how to give a compliment. This employee is such a asset to enterprise because today picking up my car at 6pm here is Yvonne again helping me while having fell in the parking lot and was bleeding but, she stood on for her company she works for regardless of her injury. To me that blown me away from all the other times she went the extra mile for enterprise her employer. She is amazing to work with I feel safe renting from Enterprise because her integrity. Thank you Yvonne sorry it took so long to tell my comment.

I was very unhappy with the rental company, I will definitely find a different agency the next time I need to rent a vehicle. When I had made my reservation I made it for a luxury 8 PASSENGER/7 BAGGAGE vehicle because I knew we had 8 people traveling with us and that we would have a lot of luggage with eight people going on vacation. We picked up our vehicle the afternoon before we were leaving for Florida and when we got there and picked up the vehicle she had a 7 passenger vehicle it wasnt even big enough to hold 4 luggage bags. The lady running the place was pretty flighty and said well we dont even have 8 passenger vehicles, WELL if thats the case it shouldnt even be an option on the website when you make your reservation. So needless to say it was an EXTREMELY cramped 1200+ mile ride to Florida and lots of crabby kids who all basically had to sit on top of each other the entire ride there and back. Next time if you offer an 8 passenger vehicle and someone reserves one you need to make sure you have it....

It is really an excellent service in Enterprise Rolla. We want a big SUV to travel and got the Amanda. The assistant gave us carefully instructions and friendly phone call before our reservation. Very quick pick up and drop off. Thanks for your nice service! See you next time!

This was by far the worst enterprise ever. I made my reservation in March for my June vacation. I reserved a 12 passenger van.2 weeks before my vacation pthey called me asking if I would be willing to take 2 mini vans instead of the 15 passenger van( mind you I reserved a 12 passenger van) when I said no they proceeded to tell me they dont even have a 12 passenger van that it was a 15. I said ok 1 week before my vacation they call me again to inform me that even though I reserved the van using my debit card that now I needed a major credit card. I then had to drive 30 minutes to pick up van in rolla when I live 5 min from enterprise in st. Robert. The van had a huge crack in windshield found a switch blade in back seat coffe was split in cup holders which were not cleaned.i have rented from the enterprise in st. Robert they were very professional. Rolla needs to retrain there rude employees

I reserved a midsized vehicle a month ago for the entire month of March. We were supposed to pick up the vehicle at noon today. When we got there we were told there was nothing available, but they had a car! This was not acceptable! We now have to hope they have one first thing in the morning. If were not on the road by 10AM we wont make our our destination and will be charged for our hotel reservation.Update: we got a vehicle at about 6PM. Some concessions were made.The issue was resolved in a prompt manner. Enterprise went the extra mile. Thanks!

Terribly unorganized company. My experience started the first day I came in for my appointment. The appointment was set for 1pm, but they had me down for 2. (Not a huge deal). They then notified me that the car my insurance would cover was no longer available & tried to get me to pay extra for a larger vehicle. After refusing, they connected me to St Robert MO and I got my rental. The rental was through August 7 at 11:59pm.When I came to return the car, early, at 4:00, enterprise was already closed. No drop box for keys or instructions. I called the corporate customer service and they wanted me to pay for an additional day & keep the car until tomorrow and return it to St Louis MO to an open location.Such an awful experience. I left the car in the lot & the corporate made a “note” of where we hid the keys. So unprofessional.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Reserved a vehicle online back in december for May 31st-June 10th. Was first called May 26th to be told they were closed the 31st and to see if i could pickup Saturday at 9:30am. Again called May 27th and told the orginal vehicle booked wasnt available, but a comparable one would be. I called May 28th to check that a vehicle was found. Arrived May 29th at 9:15(took an early lunch to be available for pickup) and was told the vehicle that was going to be available for me was extended for the previous renter and nothing would be available until maybe 11. They knew this the night before at 5:30pm, but no phone call was made to me to inform me of the change. Worthless...

Yvonne was great today, I am an traveling Lab Tech in Rolla working at Phelps Health Hospital. I havent seen my family in 2 weeks and my contract is 13 weeks, tomorrow is my birthday and I needed a last minute rental to pick up my family. She definitely came through in the clutch for me and my family, she has great customer service skills and was working all alone. With the help of a young fellow who prepares the vehicles, I highly recommend this location. I admire individuals like her, great job and thanks again 😊.

I know it isnt the local employees fault (they were very nice) but, I booked a reservation with a representative from enterprise, only for it to be cancelled on me about an hour before. Enterprise is overbooking without having enough vehicle inventory. I booked a reservation the next day because I really needed a rental and there isnt much to choose from in the area but, I didnt get a car until almost 3 hours later. Watch out if you have reservations to be somewhere or, are needing to be on time!

I got “stuck” at my car’s dealership while they were doing repairs, because it ended up taking more time than they thought it would. I called and JP assisted me. He was able to get me a reservation for that day in a vehicle that was available, and was at the dealership within 10 minutes to pick me up.

The car was comfortable to ride in, 1 tire had a slow leak and we had to put air in it, and when we got in to start our 12 hour trip we saw that the windows looked like they had been sprayed to be wiped down but the window cleaner had dried on the windows and was very spotty. Other than that it was a good ride and great gas mileage.

I returned a car Friday night. The lady checking me in was great! Her customer service is always over the top. Another lady assisting a young couple was also very nice. These two ladies deserve 10 stars for handling themselves in a professional manner after a male employee rudely insulted the lady and the young couple. Sir you deserve 0 stars and would have instantly been fired in my place of employment. The lady kindly asked the male employee who entered the office if he knew if the car she was about to give the couple was clean and ready to go? The male employee hatefully yelled, Jesus Christ to her and the couple, and proceeded to state in a loud voice at the couple to take another car! That behavior was totally disrespectful and unacceptable! I never seen that employee before but I know I do not want him near me or my family the next time we pick up a rental. Kudos to the ladies who were clearly embarrassed but handled the situation with class. You sir need to find a different job!

This location was able to assist me today with a last minute car rental. They were short staffed today and I was amazed how well the lady working by herself took care of everything. She was professional and polite (even with eleven people waiting). I wish they would invest a little money in this location and provide the employees and the customers a better place. They cannot hold as many cars as a traditional location which hurts business and upsets customers due to not having cars available. The employees however make up for corporate not investing the money in this location with how effective and resourceful they can be at getting you a car at the last minute. Perhaps I was lucky, but I doubt many other locations try as hard.

I have rented from Enterprise for years I never had a problem. Although this time my experience did not begin pleasantly as they had no vehicles for me at on my reservation day. I will say though that everything worked out for me in the long run and Enterprise handled the situation with Grace and made sure that I was still going to be returning happy customer and I will they extended my rental for me for no problem and were more than willing to help me achieve what it was Id set out to do staff was friendly and just happy to help.

I was treated with respect, health and safety guidelines were in place to keep all customers safe from the COVID pandemic. JP Macormic ensured that I had a truck to drive as he knew my needs. It was ready to go for me at the exact time he told me to be there to pick it up. It was clean, smelled very nice and was an excellent vehicle. I was extremely pleased with my rental experience. I had the rental for 18 days due to my vehicle being totaled in an accident.

Reservations dont work here. My husband tried to rent a car at the Rolla Enterprise Car rental. He gave his credit card to reserve this car. They said it would be ready at noon and we arrived at 1:30. So no car for us. They rented it to someone else because we didnt arrive at noon. No phone call... the fact they had our credit card didnt matter... they just gave the car to someone else. We chose a car that fit our needs for traveling north. The replacement car they offered isnt suitable for that. So now we are stuck with packing a car in the morning when both of us are busy with classes before we drive 8 hours. Enterprise is dishonest and unhelpful.

I rented a car for a week and on the day I was to return it something came up and needed to extend it for one more day. I called the Rolla location and they add a day no problem. Then the next day a different problem came up so I couldnt really make a phone call so I used their website to send a message and with hardly anytime at all I received a voice mail saying of course they would extend it for another day. This location was friendly and so so helpful. I can not say enough wonderful things about them. Keep up the great service

I had a rental due to an auto accident from this enterprise and just a few things stood out to me. For one they are great at trying to accommodate your needs when it comes to a vehicle rental. Two, they really try and make some extra money off you the customer when you do not return the car with the same amount of gas in the tank. I had rented a car that estimates the tank capacity based on avg MPG. This is nothing new but when I returned the car with an estimated range higher than when I picked up the car I assumed I was good to go. Not the case. I was charged around 65% more per gallon since they (enterprise) had to now fill the tank themselves. It wasnt much in total but beware that small charges can come up. I vacuumed the car as well before I returned it, to try and help them out. Remember if you borrow someones property then you should return it in better if not the same condition as received. Hopefully this helps guide future customers.

Great service at our local Enterprise operation. When checking the van that we rented, before releasing it to us, the gentleman noticed that the tires weren’t great and knew we were driving to California and back and switched us to a different van that had better tires. There are cheaper rental companies but you don’t get the quality that Enterprise delivers.

I recently rented a Pickup truck for my beach vacation and loved it! As silly as it sounds, the pickup truck was perfect for my trip. It was so clean and pretty with plenty of room and decent gas mileage(20-22mpg). Yvonne was who took care of me and she was great!! She was so sweet and helpful!! I arrived late for my rental, so when I called ahead to verify I would still have a vehicle Mackenzie answered and politely assured me that I would have a vehicle for my trip. They dont deserve even one star from me. they rent me a car with serious tire wear and the tire was leaking on the highway, thanks god that I was ok, and I put on the spare tire and returned it, it was late for 2 hours, and they charged me for two days. I will never rent a car from this enterprise, shame on you guys.Oh, btw, the employee in this store always speak super fast and interrupted my expression during I was telling her what happened to me. Looks like they dont care my safety and they dont like foreigner customers.

My experience with Enterprise wasnt great- the car malfunctioned, the lady on the emergency hotline told me it would take 5 hours for help to arrive, and ultimately I have to make a claim for a car that malfunctioned on me without it being my fault. I do recognize that I cannot prove that the problem wasnt my fault, and I understand that policies cannot be changed.I do appreciate Jace calling and apologizing for the lack of service- his empathy goes a long way and I appreciate that he reached out. Yvonne was also very kind and I can understand why she gets such great reviews.

(For the Rolla, MO location I give 1 ☆, but for the Corporate office in STL and rental office in Eldon, I give 5 ☆☆☆☆☆) I rented a minivan from the Rolla location, reserved it about a month before, but when I went to pick it up, ran into problems from the get-go. I had made reservations with my card and had a problem with the transaction, so my husband being there, thought he would rent it. No Go! Something about other people waiting for one. Where, they went there? If the transaction had gone thru, we would have had the car and no one else would have rented it. I found the whole situation ridiculous to say the least. No matter how we tried to save this transaction, SHE clearly would not cooperate. Having planned our vacation at the same time this reservation was made, we were between a rock & a hard place. If we changed our lodging at one place, we would have to change it at all 7 other places. I called the St. Louis office, after explaining my dilemma, they quickly set up arrangements in Eldon for a minivan that would be waiting we we arrived. Our vacation was saved and our whole family is most grateful for Enterprise Corporate office in STL and the rental agency in Eldon.

The cars I get are always in good condition.The staff is very obliging and extremely considerate when they are short of cars or have kept me waiting too long. My husband rented a vehicle for our 7-day vacation over the phone, and I went to pick it up. Having never dealt with a car rental before, I didnt really know what I was doing. The woman who I check in with was friendly enough but spoke extremely fast and quietly, so it was hard to follow. When we walked out to get the car, she turned it on and we walked around it and inspected it. I didnt see anything externally abnormal, so when she gave me the paper to sign saying Id be responsible for damages, I signed it. Then, she told me since I was leaving with a full tank of gas, it needed to be returned with a full tank. I had my 2 year old with me through all this and was dealing with him. We then went to park our personal vehicle and the lady went inside to help others. I got everything into the rental and started off down the road, went about 4 miles and realized that the gas tank showed 71 miles until empty. I stopped, filled up the car, kept my receipt for proof and took a picture of the gas gauge and miles. When my husband dropped off the car after 7 days (I wasnt with him), it had 3/4 of a tank of gas in it because he forgot to fill it up (which I was unhappy about). However, we were charged extra for the cost of a tank of gas. When my husband explained that we didnt get it with a full tank, the lady he spoke to said that I signed the paper saying the tank was full when I got it. I know its only the cost of a tank of gas, but this irks me immensely, especially since we had proof that they should owe us a tank of gas for it being completely empty when we got the car. Very unprofessional. I will not be using Enterprise in Rolla and will not recommend them to anyone.

The woman behind counter was rude and very disrespectful. All, could have been avoided if the 3 calls earlier this day would have been followed. Also, they would not even bring me the car 20 miles away, instead got a ride and was stranded for an hour and a half at Enterprise while I was discarded while others were taken care of until office empty to take care of me. I rented a car from the STL airport Enterprise and got a hole in the sidewall of a tire on the way to Rolla. This office didn’t have any extra cars for an exchange but did send me over to a tire shop a few minutes away to get the tire replaced at no cost to me. Was back on my way about 30 minutes later.

I rented a car back when they had the promotional weekend deal and it was great. Clean cars, really nice ladies who attended me and love for S&T students.

Don’t do any reservations here if you don’t want be late, I have reservations a day before because I have to go to airport and 1 hour before they call me for say that they don’t have any car available

Nice staff. The reason for the One Star.50 minutes to get rental vehicle even with a reservation of more than 2 weeks.Did not have the vehicle I reserved and couldn’t tell me why they didn’t have the vehicle I had called them twice on to verify availability.Inside of Office was dirty and run down and the rental I got stuck with wasn’t much better with spills on the doors and seats, dog hair in the cargo area, trash in the console, and dried boogers on the ceiling.Super nice of them to pick me up at the collision shop however the inside of the vehicle smelled so bad of cigarette smoke it made me nauseous.

I would like the recognize Manager and Staff in the office Sandra and Jamy and outside staff that keep the cars looking so nice. The inside personnel do a great job. They are efficient in preparing the paper work and help to transitioning customers into a clean, safe car. The represent Enterprisein the Rolla area very well.

Its amazing how some companies have so much money in their pockets. They can just turn away new customers coming in to do business with them. Those commercials where they say they will come and pick you up. Should have at the end, ...and theyll kick you out of the office when you get there.

Rented a 2wd dodge truck which was a decent vehicle.. but which got hung up in my driveway on a very slight decline. While trying to free this helpless & hapless truck i was shaking the side of the bed while pushing it and the metal under my hand buckled leaving a dent. I was honest and reported this event and while i did not have insurance coverage purchased from them, they not only took my 200 dollar deposit, they charged my credit card an additional 640 dollars for a palm sized dent on the bed. I recieved no further communications from them, but discovered the charge on my credit card. I will be filing a BBB complaint against them and I dont care what their fine print says. STAY AWAY FROM ENTERPRISE IN ALL OF ITS FACETS.. this company will rip you off. UPDATE: Followed this same truck into town on the highway i live on. No repairs had been made or attempted. Dent was still there. Stay away from these scammers.

I made my reservation a week ahead and showed up this morning to pick up the rental. I was informed they had nothing available and that my reservation didnt matter. The lady was rude and not helpful at all! Unfortunately being the only rental place in town they dont care how they treat people. They said they tried to call but I didnt get a call or a message.

They said that they would pick me up on Saturday but never showed, so I missed out on 12 hours of overtime at work. If they would have told me they couldnt pick me up at 9:30 am when I called I would have been able to get a ride. Monday morning I finally got picked up and that gentlemen was very nice, but when I got to enterprise I just stood there while they did the paper work. I never received an apology!I have worked in the costumer service industry for 16 years and this is not an acceptable practice. If something happens and you cant help a costumer you should call them and let them know what is going on. Instead I waited and and let everyone at work down. Unacceptable!
