Car was picked up late. Car was not ready on time. My mom was told to they dont have a waiting room and that they use the waiting room at JD Byrider. When she went over there, they told her to leave or they would call the cops. Cant get any supervisor on the phone to talk to. Customer service is very poor. Not going back there again.

Good work only real complaint was 8 am pick up became 2 pm i was just getting ready to go to work.
