Gave them a work order back in the middle of October to make a repair that they said would only take an hour to do. They still have the cabinet doors and told me they had to order new hardware before Christmas. Can hardly get a hold of anyone at the phone number listed. Every time I call no one has any real answers IF I am even lucky enough to get someone on the phone. So this whole time I have been waiting for them to supposedly get the hardware that they say they ordered otherwise I would have just cancelled them and got someone else to take care of it. I got a hold of Lisa yesterday and she said she didnt know anything and I said I need the doors returned to the facility tomorrow so I can get this taken care of. A job that would only take an hour has turned into a 2.5 month long ordeal and its very unacceptable. Hopefully they return what they took today so I can get this simple repair completed with another contractor.
