It was frustrating to break down as we were passing through Rolla but I feel very lucky to have reached Big Boys Towing, who towed and serviced my small Class C. They went above and beyond, even the night they arrived to tow, they attempted to get me back on the road immediately. It took a little more time to troubleshoot and find the issue, but they kept me updated the entire time.I interacted with several people at the shop in person and by phone and everyone was so kind and helpful, not to mention very knowledgeable. You can trust Big Boys Towing - they were more than fair with their prices and were now several states away and the vehicle is running great.

Professional, good tow on my rv. Got me off the highway.. Pretty high price, but did get the job done efficiently and safely.

They had to tow out a camper from my driveway that was nearly cut in half by a tree. They did an amazing job. They cleaned up all the misc parts of the camper and threw those inside to tow away. Very quick and efficient.

Broke down on the side of the interstate with my toddler, these guys were out and had us back on the road in under an hour after we called them. Took the time to diagnose and fix our issue to save us time and money.

We called for a heavy duty tow on 07/22/21, and the woman was extremely rude and unprofessional. She really needs too be fired and learn proper phone etiquette when dealing with customers. RUDE RUDE RUDE

I just called to inquire about a tow and the lady that answered was very rude and when she gave the price which was high I told her I was going to check around for a better price and she hung up me! Will not use them nor recommend to anyone else! Extremely poor customer service!

Especially when she is the one that called me and I was extremely nice even though she needs an attitude adjustment. I will also be calling and talking to an owner about this situation. Submitted a Geico Roadside service request at 9:05pm. My wife’s car wasn’t starting because she left her lights on (I’m bad about it too in that car). ETA was supposed to be 9:35pm but they pulled up at 9:26pm, I was exceeding happy to be on our way home before he was even expected to be there. I LOVE that!

Service was overpriced and over charged . I was then billed for personal time the driver took off for himself during the actual haul. He stopped took lunch I guess, in the middle of the actual tow. Never would recommend and will Never use again.

Had a dead battery during that bitter cold snap so I called my auto club to send someone out. The service guy was here within 30 minutes and had my car jumped within 3 minutes. I cant remember the name of the guy that came out, but he was friendly and polite from the time he stepped out of his tow truck until he left. Ill definitely use this service if and when I ever need to again.

We were driving from Joplin, MO to Appleton, WI when my car broke in the hills of what seemed nowhere. It was Sunday and there was no shops open except 40 miles away. When Michael the tow truck driver from Big Boys showed up, he took a look and realized the fix for my car would actually be a pretty simple one. Instead of Charging me tons of money to tow it 40 miles to get repaired, he instead towed it too his companies shop. The shop was not open on Sunday, but he opened it up just to fix my car and help us get back on the road. The repair was inexpensive costing me only $180 for the tow and repair. (The original quote from my insurance company was $200 to tow and then the repair cost on top of that.) I went from being very worried about what I was going to do so far away from home stuck with my daughters, to being back on the road in no time. These guys truly were my saviors that day, going out of their way to help me and get us back on the road home, even though their shop was not even open that day. I would highly recommend you call these guys if you need anything.

I gave them 4 stars because of the wait time and the last minute changes. The driver got pull to do another job while he was on the way to pick up my car which he was dispatched to and I didn’t get notified of the change and the extended wait, however they did pick up and drop off the car without any issue.

The owner asked for me to contact him regarding my review. I did but was told he wasnt in and he would call me back. That was 3 days ago and still nothing.

Still waiting after insurance called for a tow. Been 2 hours sitting on the side of the road!

Used them to tow a box truck 3 miles after our failed attempt to load on our car trailer. Dispatcher was fantastic as was the driver. My only issue was they quoted me 85 to tow and 5 dollars a mile so it shouldve be 85+15 but somehow they charged 115? But oh well its over. They came on time and everyone was very nice.

Absolutely fantastic. 70$ to tow my car from Autocraft to Troop I for inspection. When I arrived later at Troop I, my tow guy was in the waiting room, waiting on an officer to make sure he put the car down in the best spot. Thats above and beyond for $65 plus $5 debit card fee.

My dad was in a very terrible car accident and his car ended up being towed and stored here. Very nice people in the office and out in the lot. Ive dealt with towing companies that were extremely pushy, harsh and short tempered, but Big Boys is very laidback and dare I say concerned. They were able to answer a question over a month after the accident and looked something up in their file for me and were very nice about it. Nice people all around.

Outstanding experience! Mike and Terry went above and beyond to help us out. We were over 300 miles from home when my clutch went out. Terry picked us up, took us to a hotel, and dropped my Jeep off at a garage to be repaired. All of this was well after 9pm. Great job guys!

Michael unlocked my car for me super fast and was really sweet and professional. Made sure I had any paperwork I might possibly need for insurance. Hopefully I won’t lock my keys in my car again but I’d call them again if I did.

Michael at Big Boy Towing was very helpful! I had a blowout traveling from Dallas to Wisconsin with no spare . Michael went above and beyond by taking me to a Hotel after dropping my vehicle at Walmart. He came in to the Hotel to make sure I was taken care of and if that wasn’t enough he picked me up the next morning and to me back to Walmart Tire to get my car! Thank You Michael! Absolutely incredible. Insurance co. gave them the wrong address, then insisted the driver wait while they sort out whether it was a new claim or still on an old claim. 3 hrs later, I was finally home, ALL of which was insurance cos fault that it took so long. I was in an accident and they were called to tow my vehicle. They were very quick. Later that day I had to call their office to follow up for my insurance company. I was flustered from the accident earlier and the man on the phone was kind and patient! They delivered my car to the location I requested on time, with no issues. I will definitely call them if I need their services again.

Used a rotator to move a truck when they couldve just pulled it back a few feet. Then charged for a rotator because it was a new toy they wanted to play with. They are very nice but so are a lot of thieves.

THEY ARE GREEDY!!On Labor Day in 2017, my mom got in a really bad truck and trailer accident. Which she is still recovering from today. She broken three of her vertabre, she had severe brain trauma, and her scalp and arm were degloved. If it wasnt for her seatbelt, she would of died. While she was sedated in the hospital for ONLY ABOUT 3 DAYS, they tried to charge her way over $5,000 and everyday it would go up even more. They told me I had to drive out there to sign the release papers to give the vehicles over to our insurance and when I got out there they told me I couldnt sign them with out my moms permission or POA papers. Well, she was sedated in the hospital from the accident that they cleaned up. She cant sign any papers or give verbal consent, which I told them. So they made me leave my moms side for nothing. The insurance adjuster said in his entire career he has never seen a bill that high!! In the end, I really did NOT need to go out there to release the vehicles AND the insurance said they did NOT pay them what they want.
