Worst experience ever hands down! tech left a flashlight in the throttle linkage of my classic car. I pulled out into traffic and when I engaged the clutch the engine almost redlined till I could grab a gear and do 360. At the shop I found the light holding the throttle open. The snap manger said he was sorry it happens all the time. Nothing more that’s it that’s all no real concern for my car or how bad of a tech he has only that a classic car guy might be a little made that you can’t even knock out a simple motor mount.

Great up front service. I got 4 new tires ordered & installed. There were issues with me price matching the tires I ordered but gut working up front was quick to help me out and get me their best deal. The guys in the back fixed a vibration I had for thousands of miles with a more detailed alignment than I had before. I will be going back for tire issues I have next.

I have visited a few times to get an oil change on my vehicle. They have been friendly every time, and explain things thoroughly when I have questions. I also appreciate the Ladies day discount on Thursdays.

Could not recommend Big O enough - I was driving through AR from out of state, and my car broke down on the interstate. They squeezed me in after hours to make sure I had an idea of what was wrong with my car. My car had engine failure, so they drove me to the car rental store to ensure I made it home for work the next day. Then they went to bat for me as I negotiated with my car dealership around getting reimbursed for what happened to my car - even calling the dealership themselves so that I wouldnt be taken advantage of. Eventually I had to salvage my car, and they worked out a deal and to mail me back the plates + the cash, well after my time in AR! They really just went out of their way to help me when they really had no monetary reason to. They were continually nice and helpful, everything you could ask for. Special thanks to Andrew for texting me photos of key documents and negotiating everything for me.

Recently had a couple of tires replaced and couldn’t have had a better experience. Andrew, Shannen, and their whole team made the experience seamless, even after I had to reschedule a couple of times.

I went in there for an tire rotation. They told me 45min to a hrs wait. I sat there for a 1.5 hrs. And the only thing they did check my oil. Then after it was all done they guy that parked it sat in my truck for over a min and I noticed that my center arm rest has been moved. They did adjust the price, but I will not go there again.

This is my first review for them, but its been a long time coming. The guys here are amazing! They are friendly, professional, timely, and best of all - honest. They go above and beyond to provide great customer service and I have never left dissatisfied. I bring all of my cars here for tires, oil changes, and minor repairs.

Bought our own wheel bearings for this place to put in the truck an 3 months later the driver side front wheel bearing came loose while driving on highway 63, which caved the whole tire inward making the truck unable to be driven, thankfully my mother was able to get it stopped on the side of the road. Had to get towed to our trustworthy repair shop who had looked at it an said it didnt even look like they had changed it out. You can believe our shock an frustration.When talking with the manager of big o tires about what went wrong, he told us they can rust over night and look like nothings been done to it, I dont know a whole lot about this but, I did a little research and Ive found nothing that says wheel bearings can rust over night. They should last longer than 3 months.Speaking with him further, he said that there should have been a 50 mile tune up on the wheel bearings (yes, he told us 50), which was not discussed at the time they installed them.It doesnt seem like the head of this Big o Tires really care what happens to their customers after they already pay for their services. Very disheartened about the situation...

Excellent service. I presented with the assumption that I needed tires. The problem was a tire balance issue. There was some minimal abnormal wear but not enough to cause concern. I still have half of the tread remaining and no faults beyond those typical of normal wear. I was pleased and gave them some routine maintenance which was also through and efficient. I keep my vehicle clean and they used protective covers on the interior. I am very pleased with both the counter staff and maintenance techs.

I was traveling across the country from Vegas to Illinois. I happened to get a flat tire right outside of Rolla. I was so lucky that there was a Big O Tires in Rolla, because we bought our tires at a Big O Tires in Las Vegas, and I thought we had a warranty on them. I was able to make it to Big O in Rolla with my run flat tire. After driving for three days, I was tired, and just wanted to get to IL. I thought this was going to be a long process, and take quite a bit of time. But it didnt.I was greeted by Andrew, who went out of his way to be kind, and help me in anyway he could. He couldnt find me in the system, so he called the Vegas store, getting all the information he needed. He told me that he would take care of it and made sure I was back on the road in just a few minutes. He told me that I did have the warranty on my tires, and I would only have to pay a few bucks for the labor. Yay! I let Andrew know that I was traveling with my dog, which he let me bring her into the store so she could sit in the AC with me(super hot outside). As I sat there waiting I noticed that it wasnt only Andrew who was a class act, with great customer service. The entire staff was. Every team member was happy, smiling, working hard, and very kind to me and every customer that walked in. They all got along so well, joking with each other, and laughing while working hard, and focusing on their job. Everytime a customer walked in Andrew treated them with kindness. Everytime the phone rang he answered with trying to be helpful. To me this team cares about their customers, knows the ins and outs of their jobs well. I was there for a little over an hour and could tell that this store ran smoothly, efficiently, all with having great attitudes and good manners. These guys who were all very young made me miss the Midwestern hospitality, but more importantly, not only showed me, but every customer they delt with that day, that it still exists. Their customer service put the big O tires in Vegas to shame! I am so grateful, and very thankful that my tire went flat when it did. This may have been the most positive customer service Ive ever had with any mechanic. Thanks Andrew and team, you made my day!

They replaced my wheel bearing in my truck and my wheel about fell off! I just had them put on March 30, 2021. I went in to complain and they told me that wheel bearings start rusting as soon as you drive it out. WHAT? I would expect them to last longer than 3 months right?

This shop will try to rip you off. It used to be good years ago but it is not now.

They lied and said they switched the tires around when you can clearly see brake dust on the two that were to be changed.We were charged for it and the guy on the phone argued about it and said he could check his camera.Ok, check the camera, if they did remove the tires to be switched, they screwed up and put them back in same place.Thanks for being a jerk.

Dakota!!! He saved our trip, saved us time. I called every other place on a Saturday and of course, being Saturday wasnt going too well for us. I called Shannen and he said they were open and we could get there and get on the list. We got there, expecting a wait and right away they check us out for what the problem was and had it fixed in under 10 minutes when we expected to wait a couple hours. I ordered 2 front tires for my 2013 BMW 328i, on Wednesday, March 24th. I was told they would be in within a couple days. On Monday, March 29th I had not heard from anyone at 2:00 PM so I called them. I was told that they were in but had yet to be invoiced. I asked if that meant I could come in and was told yes. I asked if I should make an appointment for the following day and was told that they would be ready at anytime the next day and needed no appointment. I asked if they could also do the front end alignment? I was told that sometimes they might have an issue with getting BMWs aligned but assured me they would be able to place it on the machine and let me know from there.Thankfully, I didnt arrive early in the morning. I arrived around 1:45PM on Tuesday, March 30th and was told that only one tire was there but the other tire should be there around 2:30 PM that day. I was then told that they couldnt even place my 2013 BMW on the alignment machine because my car was too new and their alignment machine was too old and not updated at all!!!I was still maintaining my cool and just agreed to wait for the other tire and cancel the front end alignment.While waiting, I asked to make sure the TPS monitor would be reset and asked if they could top off my fluids, mainly the washer fluid because the low-level warning light was on.Around 3:45 my car was pulled out of the garage and parked by the front door. I immediately knew that he did not reset the TPS monitor because I saw him bring it straight from the bay and parked. They have displays on the front counter all about TPS monitors, how they work and what you need to know about replacing them. The mechanic didnt have a clue. I told the mechanic that I would show him how to put the TPS monitor in reset mode. He still acted like he didnt have a clue so, eventually, the man at the sales desk went out to talk to him and I could tell he was showing him what to do. This made me very concerned and so I went against my decision from not purchasing a warranty on both tires ($14 dollars per tire!) to purchasing the warranty because I had no clue if they were put on properly! I paid my bill and left. I get 2 miles from their shop and my washer fluid warning light came on once again. After all of that, they still didnt do the tiniest thing of even topping of the fluids and all I asked for was to make sure the wiper fluid was topped off.Very disappointed with this type of service!

I had a flat tire with a screw in it that needed repaired. I took my car to Big O, and they told me it was not repairable and that I would need it replaced. (Fine, fair) Then they told me the other back tire was bad and I said I knew that but to leave it. I had just taken my car to my local guy a month ago and he said the back tires were fine. They then proceeded to change both of them anyways. I did not realize this until they had already put both of the new tires on.I would have asked them to take the tire off that I did not ask for, but they had already taken two hours to change the tires, so I really didnt have more time to have them take it back off.Then they charged me a tire protection fee that I did not ask for. The tires already come with a warranty, so I did not want the protection fee.Im an easily fooled college student when it comes to stuff like this and I feel like I was taken advantage of.

Apart from being among the most dishonest tire shops in town who regularly misquote costs until the work is complete (if this isnt illegal it should be) the 3 times I tried them I had to take my car somewhere else to fix their mistakes.

Had 4 new tires installed.They did not do the alignment like they were supposed too.2 front tires were are up within a few months. Talked to management, would not take responsibility. Tried to sell me 2 more tires. Poor service If you ask me. I would give no stars if I could.

Had an accident on a family vacation! The PD suggested Big O... And after a short phone call they willingly stayed open longer to accommodate us! They even called a nearby pet friendly hotel and made reservations for us! One of the Dakotas even transported us to the hotel! Kind, generous, courteous, accommodating, friendly. I rolled in on a cold, icy, snowy Thursday as soon as the doors opened. I had an issue while driving up from Mississippi. The dealership who had rotated my tires had put the hubcap over the valve stem causing a leak. The employees at Big O had me all fixed up, ready to make my way back home quick fast and in a hurry. They were kind and courteous. Due to no actual damage to the tire or valve stem, they refused payment. I was shocked and felt very blessed. In this day and time, you dont see business done this way anymore. Thank you so much!

As a local resident of this community I would highly caution anyone to go to this auto shop. I as well as many others I know have been lied to about problems with their vehicle. They wanted to charge me $2,000 for fixes before passing my inspection, several of the fixes which are not required for passing a state inspection. Another mechanic who was locally based did not flag me on any of these other issues. It turns out that the list of repairs were falsified as my vehicle was perfectly fine. There was another incident where they failed to honor a warranty on a tire because my family and I drove it to the repair shop immediately after seeing that it was going flat. Its hard for me to see this shop as anything besides a crooked business. Support your local business as they have more incentive to be honest in order to keep customers.

Incredible business, I highly recommend it!!We were traveling through from Texas on our way to Michigan and ran over a screw. Not only were they incredibly polite and courteous but %100 HONEST! They pulled out the screw, told us it wasnt leaking and we were good to go! On to of that they didnt even charge us!!! These folks have integrity, honesty and I cant thank them enough. Very unhappy with my experience I asked for 2 tires to be put on then got told 2 hours later it needed 3 tie rod ends then 2 hours later a rack n pinion. Now the steering is so lose Im scared to drive it. Would recommend my worst enemy to go here.

YOU ARE NOT GOING TO BELIEVE THISI had an appointment three weeks ago for a two-tire service and alignment. I desired a specific General Tire that Consumer Reports rated well. I dropped off my car and about 90 minutes later returned and found the old tires still on the car. Turns out that they didnt have the tires I needed and I had only given them my home phone number.A week later, I again made an appointment and was assured the tires were in. I made them check. Sure enough, no tires.Week three, I dropped off my car at Big O. About four hours later, I got the phone call and heard the words no service manager should say: You are not going to believe this.Sure enough, the tires were the wrong size. At this point, they dispatched someone to fetch the tires from their warehouse, which I believe was two hours away, because four hours later, the tires arrived.So, after three attempts, I got my tires.I will reward the service manager with praise for giving me the alignment for free. He said they had similar delivery problems with other customers.

These guys are amazing. Not only did they fix my 16-year old Volvo that previously only a dealer could do, they gave me a ride home 35 miles in a snowstorm. Thank you.

We hit debris on the highway from a car wreak and needed a tire repair service. They immediately assisted us by taking the tire off and putting on the spear before our tire went totally flat damaging the rim. They went the extra mile to assist us in our time of need. Fast and friendly. This is the place I will definitely do business with in the future.

I had my tires replaced here a few months back and they did exactly what I asked, they did not try to up sell me or tell me that something else was wrong with my car when there wasn’t. And because of that I returned for brake service recently (I was way overdue!!) and they test drive my vehicle and inspected my brakes before calling with my quote. All something 3 of their competitors did not do. And again not up selling me and simply giving me just what I needed for my vehicle! I was able to drop my car off both times and pay over the phone and pick up my car at my own convenience. Thank you for making what is usually a stressful situation a little less stressful!!!

I called and made an appointment days in advance, easy enough. I needed two new tires put on. That’s it. Over and hour and a half after arriving for my appointment and giving them the keys to my car, I was still sitting there waiting. Over 90 min for two tires, with an appointment, is insane. I made this during my lunch break because that’s my only free spot during the week and wasted all of it and more time. I will not come back here again, period. I could have put the two tires on myself with screw drives faster than this....

Ran over with a flat tire. Went in and talked with Dakota, after looking at the tire he let me know that it could be fixed. Just a matter of minutes he had it fixed and I was back on the road. Everyone was friendly and professional and got the job down as fast as possible.

A couple years ago I bought new wheels and tires for my daughter as a Christmas present. Three months later one tire had a big bubble on the sidewall. I took the car to have the tire looked at and was told it was on the sidewall so not a problem. I took the car to another shop and had the tire replaced.Last week, a friend was in town and needed a new tire. He removed the wheel and we took it to Big O even with me saying we should take it to another shop. But, they had the tire he wanted in stock. So it was dropped off early in the morning and we were told right after they finished the truck they were working on they would do it. We said we would be back in an hour and they said OK. We came back, the tire was mounted but not balanced yet. We were running errands so said would be right back and they said OK and they would call when done. Three hours later we stopped by and still not done. They said it was a busy day and apologized for taking so long but they would have it done that day. Fifteen minutes before closing I started driving back to town to fetch the tire done or not. Taking the off ramp by the shop my phone rang and it was Big O saying the tire was done. So, it took one complete work day to mount and balance one tire. Using my math skills, if you have a car with 4 tires, it will take 4 days for them to put new tires on for you. Obviously my business and safety is not important to them so that is fine. Ill just take my business elsewhere and make sure everyone I know does the same. You can make your own choice. This place has many good reviews but my experience was definitely different than theirs.

I sent my wife in to get an inspection on her car. After my mechanic had already gone through the car and assured us it was safe to drive and compliant with all safety standards the technicians at the Rolla location failed her car for a bad ball joint. Our mechanic re-inspected it after and was still unable to see anything wrong with the ball joint. Then we took it to the Highway Patrol who was also unable to find anything wrong with the ball joint. When she returned to resolve the issue the workers openly complained and criticized my wife in front of her. I WILL NOT DO BUSINESS WITH A COMPANY WHO TREATS WOMEN THIS WAY!!!
