We ordered in June and we are still waiting.I understand that it’s been difficult for companies with back orders but I feel this place is really lacking communication with the customer.Every time I have called and talked to Michelle, she has been so rude. I have got hung up on quite a few times in the middle of talking/asking questions.I got a call in August that my order was in and will be delivered in two weeks.. (it’s now September 7th) I had to call them and ask where it is. I was told it’s back ordered AGAIN.

Love this place. This family run company has always been a staple in the community. The way they run shop is impeccable. Easy to place an order over the phone, knowledgeable staff, and readily returns your call if you leave a message after hours. If its glass, they got you covered.

Been dealing with Archs for years and years. You cannot find more helpful, accommodating and professional people to work with. Too bad they had to move, but they seem to like their new location in Rohnert Park and are making a home of it.
