I have shopped here for my jewelry since this location opened in Rohnert Park. They always have the best selection and competitive prices. I even got my wife’s wedding ring here. They gave me a great deal and sized the ring for her. Now we stop by for our complimentary jewelry cleanings every once in a while and to peak at the selection. Highly recommend for anyone in the area looking for jewelry to stop by and take a look. You won’t be disappointed.

The best place to go. After the fires, we found my aunt jewelry totally burnt and looking worthless. Gold Rush totally transformed the jewelry back to life. It was nothing short of amazing! I love this place! every employee has a amazing attitude and are so helpful. Ryan especially has been great. He black antiqued a band and made the little diamonds pop out and look beautiful. He and his fellow employees have gone above and beyond to help me search for a engagement ring and I could not thank them enough. :)I will definitely recommend friends and family, not only because they have a unique selection but because the service and Ryans talents are so incredible.

I had a beautiful violet Michael Kors watch that needed a battery and new band. I was initially only interested in getting a band. Not only did she choose a beautiful black snakeskin band to complement the face, she also gave it to me with a working battery. The staff here is knowledgable and very interested in perfecting their craft. Highly recommend this location!

Such bad customer service! Walked in the door and waited for at least 10 minutes. There was a man and a woman in the back, I could hear them talking but neither of them even acknowledged I was standing there. So rude. Couldnt even say hi or be right with you. She acted like she didnt know anyone was in the store, maybe they need to get a bell on the door. Just irritating.

Called the same day to have my diamond on my white gold ring tightened because it was loose. I didnt wanna lose my diamond so I hadnt worn my ring for damn near a YEAR! So, i FINALLY decided to inquire about getting my diamond tightened. Went in, had to wait about 7 minutes (there was a Be back in 5 sign on the door). Door opened, explained my situation, 10 minutes later, my ring was shiny & tightened!!!!!!!! 😁👍🏽💍 Less than $30 for the job!!!!!! I would ABSOLUTELY do it this way because like the young man said (didnt catch his name because i was distracted with my kids) its a lot cheaper to get it tightened than to buy a whole nother diamond! 😁👍🏽 So, thank you, thank you, THANK YOU!! I can now display my rock again with pride!! LOL. Highly recommended.
