Unlike many other business during the pandemic, Simple Biz was super responsive. I always got a very quick response and my issues were always quickly resolved. This company is full of empty promises. Buyer beware. Make sure you ask them what platform they are using before you have them build a website. They are limited to what they can do, and not honest about it.
