Id give it a 0, but its not an option. Its dirty, scummy, transient hang out. Lots of drugs. There is NEVER a attendant, even tho theres an office. Constant machines breaking down..... You have to leave a note if you have a problem.Just a trashy place!

Update: my clothes are all ruined! a month after my initial review i found myself back here hoping things had changed. Unfortunately they hadnt. Because of my schedule i had no choice and proceeded to wash and dry my clothes. When i returned home i noticed a mysterious spot on one of my shirts. Then after looking through all the items i washed i noticed that they are almost ALL ruined! There are oil/grease stains spotted on everything i washed. One machine was replaced with a counter but still half the machines were out.Original review: 8 out of 22 washers out of service3 out of 26 dryers out of serviceI have come here on and off since the place opened and unfortunately it seems to be getting worse and worse over time. This place is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week . 4 stars for cleanliness . 5 stars for newly added washers and dyers .

Freaking awesome! Open 24 hours-clean environment -large washers and dryers - don’t need to rush-this is a great place because I can do my laundry whenever I want just like if I was at home. And don’t worry about ppl tweaking (so ridiculous) because we’re all just night owls avoiding the annoying daytime crowd lol

This is the only 24 hour landromat in Rohnert Park. Busy at night. Some suss characters at night but otherwise the fact that you can go and do your laundry any time of the day or night is convenient.

Not bad just dirty floors and very small for laundrymate. machines are clean with no mildew smell.

This laundromat has good prices and is open 24 hours, but the dryers are unreliable and half of them are out-of-order most of the time. This place can get very dirty, but it seems like it gets cleaned once a day.

Great place. Has plenty of washers and driers, also has the largest size washer thats hard to find. I especially like that its open 24 hours . its well keep Id recommend it to my friends. It even has free WiFi

The people are really cool.And nice to,no matter what hour we work were always able to get our wash done.

OPEN 24 HOURS❗❗Was g oing on a trip early in the am.Wanted to be ready.I had last minute items that needed washing.I was grateful & relieved to find a 24 hours laundromat.

Cleaner laundromat than most. Fair prices plenty of oversized washers I love that its 24hrs No matter what hour I go there I feel safe

I usually come here every week to do laundry. Today my wife and I went, started the load and then went to grab Starbucks. Come back 25 mins later (the same amount of time it takes to for the cycle) to find some woman taking our clothes out of the machine because “she didn’t want to wait”. Called the OWNER of the place and they told her it was OK to touch SOMEONE else’s clothing. Absolutely disgusting that the owner of a business would allow this, and all because she couldn’t wait an extra couple of minutes. Will definitely never be coming back. Just talked to owner who was so extremely rude it’s hard to believe they are a local business owner. No respect for other people
