I dont have to lie about the information Im about to give you re. Lift and Accessibility Solutions. First off you need to see if they have any violations on The Contractor State Licensing Board for the state of California. Dont forget the City of Santa Rosa, Ca. If you have looked: YOU Will SEE- they have three (3) violations from the state and eight (8) violations from the City of Santa Rosa and ALL these violations were done on my home. The Regional Center who also paid this person (Paul Harlin) and his company have at least 11 total violations which were placed against his license just recently (2017-2018). Again, at the end of the day, the electrical problem, the plumbing problem and the pure safety of our children have been at stake. He knew it and he walked off the job along with all our new materials, he stole ALL the fixtures to make a functional ADA bathroom. Paul took (removed) the basic (new) materials from this propertys ADA bathroom: the sink, sink fixtures and its cabinet, the linen cabinet, the over sink light fixture, and its doorknob, the ADA grab bars, towel rack, toilet paper holder, the curve shower rail, and the doors for the Stiltz Lift. He left us with lots of problems and a toilet because the toilet came with the house. He took it down to the studs and built it back up with crappy work (violations). Our bathroom is not an ADA functional bathroom. He stole them and left the property with problems, the State of California License Board agreed. He also NEVER GOT PERMITS to do any of the jobs here at my home from the City of Santa Rosa. This company also took the money and exceeded the contract amount and was cited for that too. Oh yes, he is no longer is a Vendor for Stiltz Lift. So, if you decided to use them, just RUN. I am writing this because NO FAMILY should be subjected to lousy workers and a company who steals and treats their clients/customer this way. My family has been without this ADA bathroom and the poor/rotten workmanship of the whole contracted bid for the last two years. We DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY... We have to pay again out our pocket to get this crappy work fixed.RUN FROM - LIFT & ACCESSIBILITY SOLUTIONS aka Johnathan and Sons.

We have worked with Lift and Accessibility Solutions at both of our houses.Paul and Rhonda gave us great advice and came up with creative solutions that have made it possible for us to continue living in our homes. They installed a patient transfer lift in the master bathroom if our country house which enables us to get into our Jacuzzi bathtub. They installed one stair lift in our country house and two stair lifts in our city house. They installed a number of super poles, grab bars and other devices throughout both houses.They are knowledgeable, responsive and caring people.They have accommodated our difficult schedules which were caused by my husbands recent hospitalization. They worked late in the evening with no added charge, and even came to our house on less than 12 hours notice to modify one Super Pole when my husbands physical therapist asked for a modification as my husbands condition improved.I think you will find that they are a great resource and can give you great advice.They are certified aging in place specialists as well.We are very pleased.

It was really nice to work with people that understand our needs and worked hard to get our lifts installed and working with the government regional center etc.., The Harlins and their staff really are great to work with! Everything was installed accordingly and works great!

Its been a pleasure working w/ both Paul & Rhonda over the past few yrs; not only exceptionally knowledgeable and professional, but very personable and customer-focused on the right solution for each situation. Wouldnt hesitate them to anyone needing their services.

Very disappointing company to deal with!Spent over $3000 with them on a stair lift. First time I tried it I knew it was not installed so I could use it. I immediately called them and they want another $600 to correct the problem.Update 1: We have now spent 10 days going around in circles and they are now saying $500 to correct the problem after first promising to take care of it for free.Update 2: I have finally given up on this company and asked them for the refund that they promised but they refused that as well.Poor customer service and no satisfaction guarantee here. Don’t walk away from these people, run while you can.
