Kris has the most amazing facials. My skin feels like baby soft skin. I literally fall asleep.Oh yes n my brows make me look 10 yrs younger. 😊

Kris at The Wax Room provides the best service and client experience of any salon I’ve been to. Kris will always recommend what will work best for you and she has a great depth of knowledge. The salon is always spotlessly clean and every service I’ve had is of the highest standard. Kris is a very friendly and easy to get on with. The Wax Room is conveniently located in downtown Rogers and there is always parking right outside the door. The pretty flower pots outside always make me smile- as does Kris!

Does anyone enjoy the waxing experience? No! So, how does Kris make it pleasant? As I was leaving my last appointment I said how relaxed I was. Well, as relaxed as I could be, right? :) Kris is super friendly and personable. She knows her stuff and will give advice upon request, she doesnt force her opinions or preferences on you. She goes above and beyond to accommodate her clients and make the experience a pleasant one. Book early! I always book at least 8 weeks out.

Brows: Best in the business. Hands down. The wait to get on her schedule is absolutely worth it. Very good. Was comfortable the whole time, talked about music, made jokes, and completely understood eachother when it came to allergies.First time waxing, will definately come again. Kris is amazing.

The Wax Room is a phenomenal experience!!! Kris sincerely loves what she does, and it shows during each visit! My eyebrows always tend to look bad.. no matter how great the shape is (as I am a red-head and have translucent to dark auburn in my brows).... When I started seeing Kris, her immediate thought to this was.. Lets dye them! I was hesitant at first, but trusted her - I am soooooo happy I did! They were PERFECT! She was able to match my natural red hair color, which I didnt even think was possible! My friends thoughts after were hey, you are never allowed to go anywhere else! That look really completes you!All that being said, Kris is a wonderful presence for anything from needing to have a friend to talk to, if you need a good laugh, or if you need the positive energy of silence. She was very rude. Wouldnt take a walk in for eyebrow said she was booked until August when i walked in there in JUNE.
