Great place to ship items UPS or FedEx typically cheaper rates. Can custom fit box for lower costs. Staff was super helpful! Also its in a great location compared to other FedEx UPS drop offs with the added benefit of shipping labels.

Great place! My go to for any sort of shipping things or boxes. Decent prices and best selection.The staff only really assist you until you ask for help. Customer service could be a little better. But it doesn’t really matter for a store like this and they are always very quick to assist if I do ask.

Paid $24 for box, packing, and shipping with $100 insurance and tracking. Ups quoted me $62. I found my new shipping store!

I love coming to ship items here. Today I had a very heavy product shipment that I needed to get returned with a highly complicated interface. They measure what you want to send then within a minute retrieve the perfect size box out of about 150 different sizes. Then they use appropriate packing materials. It saved me at least an hour shopping for those needed items. They are very customer service oriented and super efficient.

I was treated sooo rudely! It took forever for the guy to show up to wait on me and then he made me feel so uncomfortable and the cost of shipping my box was unbelievably high so I took my item and left. I don’t know how they can stay in business that way!!

Truly the worst customer service I’ve encountered in Rogers. The staff behind the counter don’t leave their desk in their office to even wait on you at the counter. Instead, they half heartedly acknowledge you from across their office. We’ve attempted to use their services on multiple occasions and every single time we left angry at their very poor service. It’s almost laughable how bad it was. Like funny meme worthy however we’re trying to run a business that requires daily shipments.

I had passed this facility a million times as a nearby resident I guess I was so use to it I failed to realize the greatest, cheapest, and they do all the work of packing it too, shipping and moving box and supply business! I JUST shipped my granddaughter a backpack full of books, they boxed it and shipped it for $22.00! Everyplace else was 3 or 4 times their price! I ship a lot to my family in CA and AR SO I AM THRILLED BEYOND BELIEF TO FIND THEM!

Have been an avid Ebayer for several years and find the Box Barn to be the best business in NWA for custom size boxes, shrink wrap, and all other packing materials.Recently shipped a large piece of furniture which I had The Box barn to pack and ship for me. Both I and the customer were extremely pleased in all areas. I found the rate to be incredibly reasonable and was received in MN in a matter of four days from time of drop off to Box Barn.I highly recommend The Box Barn to anyone in need of shipping services and materials.

Worse than a night mare. Had broken items when three packages are rrived at destination. Box barn seemed to be eager to help me until finally they said they had submitted to Fedex. I Tried several times to call and email them getting no response back. finally contacted FedEx myself. FedEx told me that box born had never submitted a claim and time to submit was over. 💥💥Never use box barn🔥🔥

I completely disagree with all other reviewers. Ive been selling online for 14 years, and while the Box Barn was owned by Mr. Stribling, this was my go-to place for everything. Friendliness and customer service combined nicely with decent prices made it an establishment I enjoyed supporting, as they also supported me and my small business. Lately, all we get from this Box Barn place, either by phone or in person, is rudeness (ie. hold on a second and Ill get a price.... then a bunch of loud Hispanic gibberish in the background just before the phone goes dead) and a complete lack of any box size we need. I understand mark-up more than most folks, but charging me $5.25 for a box I can order from Uline for $1.69 is excessive. When they dont even carry standard 26x5x15 comforter/blanket boxes, nor 10x10x15 rectangular boxes, and Im insulted by being told that MY shipping calculators are off and the USPS does not charge extra for zoned priority mail, it is more than irksome.
