I cannot say enough about how Tiffany has helped me. She may be young, but she knows her stuff. It means so much to have such a safe and understanding place to open up. Not only do I leave each session feeling lighter and relieved, I leave with a plan and tools to use in my day to day life to improve things. She is a wonderful listener and incredibly intuitive. She has made all the difference in my life and I highly recommend her expertise.

I’ve been going to Pinnacle Premier Psychiatry for about 3 months now. I’ve been in therapy for years, but never could find a place that worked for me. Here, I’ve finally found a therapist that goes above and beyond. It’s been such a relief to find a place that listens and doesn’t provide a one size fits all treatment plan. My life has changed drastically since coming here. I can’t thank Dr. Hyatt and his team enough.

I have been going to this clinic since the beginning of the year and Im very happy with my therapist and Nurse practioner. I saw Dr. Hyatt initially and then NP Kyle after on a regular basis for medicine management and for the first time in my life I felt like I was being listened to and not just thrown prescriptions (one size fits all). I highly recommend therapy from here as well.

I see the providers here for medication management and look forward to each of my therapy appointments. I have learned a great deal from visiting this clinic. I recommend seeing both a psychiatric provider and a therapist at this clinic.

I had high hopes for this clinic. Visually the clinic is beautiful. I am disappointed each visit. The front office staff come off as cold and judgmental. I am overcharged every visit. The company they contract with for billing can give no answers except call the office. The NP I have seen comes off like he hates his job. The longest appointment I have had with him has been 10 mins. For the last appointment I was charged for therapy on top of medication management. Im no expert but therapy should take longer than 10 mins. I feel stuck. It took forever to find a physician for medication management and I dont want to go through the hoops to potentially end up no better than where I left. I leave each visit feeling ashamed for even seeking the help I need. If you can find somewhere else to go!

My daughter is on Medicaid and had two appointments at this clinic. She then received a letter that she was discharged from care for failure to follow the treatment. She had been on several medications in the past that worked for her and when she asked to be put back on one in particular (Latuda), the doctor told her he didn’t want to prescribe it due to patent issues? This appears to be more about money and not helping my daughter who is suffering. Why discharge her immediately rather than work towards helping her? The doctor will not call us back to explain or offer options.

I was looking at this place for my boyfriend but seeing as you respond unprofessionally to reviews, we will not even be considering this place. You told someone who probably actually has been there that you couldnt find their file and thats why they cant leave a negative review. How sad.

Seeking and receiving help has had a significant impact in my life within the past year. This clinic is the absolute best, between the office staff, the cleanliness, having an extra waiting room for privacy, the providers, and the therapists. Anytime I visit, I am comfortable with the decisions I make with the care they provide. As a bonus, several times, they have even helped me schedule an appointment within short notice; when dealing with mental health, sometimes I need last-minute arrangements.

Dr Hyatt and his staff were wonderful, they took the time to hear my concerns and included me in the decision making regarding my care. I’ve tried multiple psychiatrists and this has been the best experience I’ve had.

They don’t take Medicaid so I lost my doctor which was sad but they made my transition a good one.

Best psychiatric clinic with great staff, providers, and therapists.

At first I thought this would be a good clinic to help with my panic attacks and anxiety. I made my initial appt with them and it went well and they were very thorough and I was very honest with them about my psychiatric history with mental illness. They prescribed me citalopram and I thought we were on the right track. About 4 days into taking the medication I started having the most severe panic attacks Ive ever had...so severe I ended up in a ambulance and went to the er twice! I call the clinic and the provider insisted that I continue taking the medication. I continued and the attacks became worse and more often...3 to 4 times a day!!! I stopped taking the citalopram and it took about a week but the severe attacks stopped and went back to normal panic attacks. I never have had such panic attacks that severe in my life and the care this clinic gave me at first seemed amazing g but when the provider told me to continue taking the citalopram and I ended up discontinuing the med myself and the attacks subsided makes me wonder what kind of help was I getting?! They didnt even offer panic attack medication treatment like Ativan to me at all. After this experience I am staying clear of this clinic and their staff. Very disappointing..

When looking for a new provider it is always nerve wracking to find a good mental health care professional. Struggling with depression has always been a burden for myself and caring for my family. From my initial visit I was at ease and the staff kindly welcomed me as not just a patient but a person. I highly recommend others struggling with mental illnesses to seek help, and this is a highly rated clinic with exceptional providers!

This is a great clinic with wonderful staff that has opened in the right location. We needed help here in NWA from providers that are welcoming and make the place a safe place for anyone needing help. I changed my provider to come to this clinic and was apprehensive before my appointment, but I have no doubts since my first visit that I am in the best place possible and would recommend it to all my friends and family.

I had an absolutely horrendous experience here, and I cannot recommend it to anyone for any reason. Lack of appropriate care, and recommendations included nothing but medications that don’t work and therapy sessions lacking in real substance.

Bryan Jones is unique and not your typical counselor. He is unparalleled working with youth (boys) and men. Its unreal the turn around in our family after just one visit. Each appointment is like 12 days of therapy in one.

What a great experience! Everyone was professional and so kind. I was very nervous about this appointment but by the time I left, it felt like a normal doctors appointment and I had no problem scheduling a follow up. There was no wait to get an appointment or follow up which is not the case at almost every psychiatry clinic in NWA. I was called with a reminder for my appointment date and time, I was offered beverages and really neat snacks during my appointment, and all the staff ensured my privacy and showed so much kindness. Why a 4 star: Dr. Hyatt is an exceptional doctor, that being said I’ve noticed that mental health patients aren’t always treated with respect and people in the system take this advantage of this, Ive experienced this in numerous places, and unfortunately had a an encounter once more here with Tiffany, one of the receptionists at the office. She’s so condescending and has zero bedside manner; I guess choosing to wear sweats on my day off was a bad idea because, she felt the need to tell me to sit up from the couch, which I didn’t even have my feet on the couch. I had back surgery in March and had a benign tumor removed in October and my back was hurting and I just wanted to rest my back until I was seen. She told me to sit up, and that I wasn’t at home to “lay” on the couch. She didn’t say this in a polite or professional manner. People with mental illnesses are not second class citizens. We are educated and intelligent. I work for corporate and I do R&D and I have a college degree, yet it seems like she thinks she can talk to me like an inferior person, just because I had laid my back on the couch. Not ok. She’s so entitled and definitely has a superiority complex, so much so, that she feels she can project at work, where she is performing a service.

I had a great experience at this clinic. Staff was so friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend you go see Dr. Hyatt for any of your psychiatric needs. Hands down the best in NWA!!
