2 stars is about right. This is literally the worst post office location and service I have ever experienced. Incidents of fees that are not listed on the USPS website, late deliveries with invalid excuses such as No Access to Delivery Location, more like the carrier didnt want to get out of his truck and bring a lightweight package to the door! Ive had more problems with this post office within the past few months of living in this town, than I have with any other post office in my life within the united states. I strongly recommend using a different carrier for your shipments. I will be doing just that, for the remainder of my time in this town.

THE STAFF ARE DISRESPECTFUL AND ACT LIKE THEIR RUNNING THE BENTON COUNTY JAIL! The lady that works in the front is just straight disrespectful to everyone! I can’t believe she even works there🙄 I’ve never met staff as rude as the ones who work here. And don’t even get me started on there packaging deliver drivers. In this day and age, where the slightest inconvenience can utterly ruin our first world lives, I feel its necessary for me to leave some positivity. The other day, a package of mine was placed in the wrong parcel locker and I was left with someone elses package. All it took was one, quick, polite phone conversation with this post office and the mail carrier came back to my home and sorted everything out, in the middle of a storm. Thank you all so much for what you do, yours is truly a thankless job and Ill be tipping BIG this holiday season. Much love for the USPS.

Had a Sunday delivery package. Because there was 3 of snow, they failed to deliver. (So much for their motto). Today is presidents day, so they are closed. Tomorrow, more than 8 of snow will be on the ground.Think Im getting my package? Yup. Im going to pick it up myself because a mail jeep with chains cant drive in 3 of snow, but my Tahoe with balding tires can.

Have never had any problems when Ive gone into this post office to mail something. Im always treated with a greeting and a smile.Our delivery mail woman is amazing and friendly, I wish all could be like her. Why only 4 stars? Because when they do have a fill-in delivery driver getting the correct mail is a crapshoot. I dont know how you get the wrong street address, I can understand the wrong house number but street address (that street is over 2 blocks away). Its like when a fill-in is working their only goal is to get done delivering ASAP.

The tracking said my package was out for delivery since 6am we recieved a postal truck at around 11 in the morning. Got two things. Thought weird but whatever. At 5:50 pm receieved an alert stating the couldnt deliver my package because (delivery attempted, no access to delivery location)?????? I live in the city/ neighhood area??? How could you not access my home?? And there have been no accidents in my area. Ive been at my home all day and no show. Why not put my packacke on the first truck that was able to come to my area? Honeslty, the drivers for the usps in the rogers location are garbage and liars.

Rogers AR Post Office are some of the friendliest, and most patient staff I’ve seen in any work environment. I am lucky to live in a place where your post office genuinely cares to ask about your day, and are incredibly patient with some difficult people. 10/10

I scheduled appointment to get passaport got here 30 min before appointment lady gets here 10 min after the appointment and still has the nerve to tell me i have 15 min to fill out until she has to move on to next customer when the email says to he there 10 min before appointment yet she gets here past my appointment garbage postal service here go somewhere else if you can dont waste your time here

Constantly having mail delivered to us that is not ours and constantly having our mail delivered to the wrong house. It is to the point where I am only ordering online from websites that use other mailing services. Absolutely ridiculous. My neighborhood has a FB group and others are frequently complaining about this issue as well.

Left my package in a parcel bin without giving me a key for like two weeks after repeated attempts to get one.someone else had a package delivered and put in there but they got a key and opened my package then delivered to me taped up. this facility is lazy as hell and obviously a bad joke.

Usps is notoriously terrible. I’m not sure if this location is better or worse than any others as I attempt to spend as little time as possible inside these facilities. I know in general the USPS can not be relied upon.

Personally took our “change of address” to the Rogers, AR post office & handed it directly to the postal clerk. The postal clerk lost it in the post office. After several weeks of not receiving any forwarded mail, we checked back. No apologies, nothing. The government can’t run a business properly evidently, no accountability.

Very friendly staff who have always done all they can to help me when I need it. Sure sometimes a package has been delayed but after talking with someone theyve always been able to either find my item or refund me. Theyve even given me tips on how to get things sent easier.

Mary, at the Rogers post office, is amazing! I received truly great customer service plus she is very friendly and very informational! She said our mail carrier will be Matt and we will be in great hands with him as he has been a carrier for over 25 years. We will start receiving mail at the office as of today! Everyone I have worked with in Arkansas is so friendly! We are going to love it here.

Your item was returned to the Post Office for address verification on January 11, 2020 at 10:22 am in ROGERS, AR 72758 because of an incomplete address. Your item will go out for delivery on the next business day if the address can be verified.Only that my address IS verified, and I had other mails arriving just as usual for the past 2 weeks.

Shane Blackburn and Mr.Powell were just awful customer service support. Don’t forget Don Schuler the mailman who “delivered my package.” A barcode couldn’t read that day (August 28th) so they decided to list the item as out for delivery knowing there was no way to then track the item. The buyer of my item then claims they didn’t receive anything and I’m out 200$ Because they listed on the tracking out for delivery but never scanned the item. Shane said multiple times this is our fault but wouldn’t offer the insurance I had bought with the tracking. Talked to Mr.Powell who is one step below him and he was the most arrogant person to have absolutely no clue about the package. Complete embarrassment of staff. Won’t be shipping to Rogers Arkansas anymore!! Terrible

We had a10 am appointment to get 4 passports done at the Rogers location. Teri was our customer service representative and did an awesome job getting all of the paperwork completed and organized. It took around 10 minutes per person and she was very patient with our list of questions while she put things together. It was a very pleasant experience dealing with Teri and I would recommend getting your passports done at this location. Great job Teri!I can’t however say the same for the unprofessional supervisor who kept interrupting Teri while she was working on our stuff. This lady interrupted 3 different times and tried to provoke our person into a debate on work hours. As a manager she should know better than to engage employees that way in front of customers. I wish we had gotten her name so it could be properly reported. She was nasty in her tone and has no business managing people if thats normal behavior for her.

Always too busy. Staff seem unconcerned about how long you have to wait. They chit chat with people, take their sweet time, then Ive actually had one tell me to fill out the survey to let USPS know they need more staff. I dont disagree with that - they need all the registers moving at all times, especially during the lunch hour - but they also need some people with a sense of urgency. That said, the folks are nice.

The old lady that delivers packages here decided to ask my husband once he got home for his lunch break if he lives in the apartment on the package. He said yes and she gave it to him to carry up the stairs. Why are you doing this job if you cant deliver packages to people correctly? Lol.

This is with the carrier. This happen once before. On a Saturday they don’t deliver my package. It clearly says out for delivery. I saw him stop. He put one junk mail in my box. But not my small package. I was looking forward to it.update I knew better than complain. This has happened before over a period of time. You complain you won’t get your mail on time(important mail). I check my Amazon site. He had it delivered to me. Lie. I double checked my mail box. Nothing. I guess his honey got my presents. Beware if you complain your trouble has just begun. It is not fair.

Honestly, me and my family have been using this post office for years and have never had any problems. Even when they are busy they are usually relatively fast(compared to other p.o. I sometimes go to) and efficient as long as you know what it is you are needing. They have always been helpful to me and have even suggested alternative packaging options that were less expensive in the long run.

The USPS in general is a waste of taxpayer money. This location however excels at poor service. Phone calls are simply ignored & my packages are regularly lost. The most valuable thing this location offers is an automated kiosk that can lose your mail without any human input.My most recent issue was that packages were delivered to a community locked box and marked as delivered but I wasnt given a key to access them. Do yourself a favor and ship UPS if at all possible & also avoid subsidizing this poor service. They lost $4 Billion dollars in 2018 alone.

Not a review of the personnel, necessarily, but of policy. Spent 20 minutes on the phone to try and get a hold placed on my mail. After all that, was told by automated system that they could not do that. I was given the option to hold for an hour and a half to talk to a representative. Instead, I drove to the post office in Rogers where I was told I could only do a hold if I was on vacation. So I guess I could have lied and told them I was on vacation. What difference does it make to them? Typical government agency, not customer focused, and inefficient as hell.

This post office has some of the laziest workers and they know it. The post man on my block never gets off to deliver packages. He leaves the peach colored post cards to pick the package up the following day. When I tried to pick it up the same day they said he would be back by 5:25 when they close. He wasnt. He smokes all the time and drives like crap. He cares less about getting you your package. He even tried to say one of my packages was lost and it was an expensive ps4, I knew he was trying to steal it. I did a majors investigation on my part and got slot of people involved. At the end of the day it magically appeared. The people at the counter are old and need to be replaced they dont care to help the general public. Theyre rude and turn people away that bring justifiable information up to them and play it off like they know nothing. Theyre the worst. They all need to be replaced with young people that actually have energy and CAN work. Every single one of those people just want to retire there for the benefits and dont care about anything else. When I took my card to pick up my package they said I wouldnt waste my time to come by and pick up the package, cause they knew very well the drivers bad habits and they cover them up. Completely terrible service in the name of the community we live in. Absolutely terrible. They need to hire people that actually love their job and not just do it for a pay check.

As a business we have been requesting our locks changed on our mailbox since November 2014. They finally change the lock and put the key in someone elses box. When brought to us...the key didnt work. Nice. Now we are still having to catch the mailman to get important mail. Would recommend someone else if there were such options.

Same story as everyone else. Spoke with Shane (current postmaster general) about an issue I was having, he stated a rule that spoke to the issue but couldnt tell me what rule that was(because it isnt one). Rudely told me he would get back to me as quick as he could. I dont anticipate hearing from him, and I am not receiving mail.

The post man that delivers my mail keeps taking my mail to another address on my street just because that person at the other address stated they put the wrong address when they put a change of address in. I am not receiving my mail at all when the man delivers my mail. I repeatedly told the man that it doesnt matter what the other person says. I live at my address and I went threw proper paper work to change my address so my mail should come to me. Not the idiot that dont fill out paper write. Besides my name and their name is nothing alike.

Sent 2 packages first class with signature required and they didn’t scan them into their USPS system when picked up. Can’t track the packages and constantly have to reassure the recipient that I did ship the packages.Called and spoke to a supervisor. He said that this’ll be a “learning experience” for the mail carrier.

This Post Office claimed the package I shipped weighed more than it did and made the recipient come down and pay the peanuts it was to complete delivery. The item was weighed again and had been weighed correctly the first time, so they need to correct their scale instead of making people come down and deal with false discrepancies.

I ordered on a Thursday 3 of the same thing on eBay from 3 different sellers and I got 2 of the 3 things 4 days later and the 3rd didnt come in and Wednesday I got an email saying I wasnt home Monday to sign for my package and so I went up the post office next day they said they didnt no wer it was...I been waiting 2 weeks called and went up ther bout 4 times and the guy I bought it off eBay called 3 times everytime they say they have no idea wer its at. And finally I get a note in my mail box today saying they missed me while I was out and theyll hold my package until 5/5...this was a final notice but I never got a first notice...this post office sucksEDIT: I just went up to the office with the final notice they left me and they said they still dont know were it is....

Horrible service! I paid $43 for 3 day shipping because the person guaranteed my package would be delivered on time but my package took over a week to ship. They refused to give me a refund and and were very rude about the whole thing. The lady basically laughed in my face and said there was nothing she could do about it. $43 for shipping is already ridiculous but I didnt even get what i paid for. I will not be returning to this post office.

I moved into Rogers and the next day I opened the mailbox to check if the key worked. There was a vacant card in there, so I filled out the information to the names who would be receiving mail at this address. I ordered a check book, and two other packages. The post man, never claimed the card and therefore never knew someone lived there. Never even checked! He sent all three packages back to the senders with the message Undeliverable as Addressed! The card still sits in there over two weeks later and Im charged with return and reshipping fees. Late fees! and having to take a money order which also has a charge! Who ever did not do their job should be fired!

Clerks generally pleasant, but chronically understaffed at counter. Wait times almost always unacceptable. Home delivery poor! Carrier frequently doesnt make it to our house before quitting time. I have complained, but postmaster Danny never seems concerned.

Very hard to get on the phone. Continuously lose our mail/packages. When I can get them on the phone, they do not seem overly concerned that they have, in fact, screwed up. If we had another choice of post office/ postal carrier, we would SWITCH! Absolutely horrible. I am still waiting on a package that was scheduled for delivery 2 days ago...they have lost it in the Rogers facility....

Would give no stars if I could. I ordered a package two month ago and the mailman passed by the first time and we werent home so he skipped us and left a pink slip that said to pick it up at the post office. And so we went and the man in the front said he couldnt give us our stuff and that he was sorry, but he did say he would have it redelevered to our home the next day. My fiance has been home everyday since then and we still havent gotten anything.

Went in asking to have some mail held so I could pick it up earlier in the day (mine doesnt deliver until 4ish and I needed an important document). The older man working the desk, Lester, didnt even bother to look up when he told me it doesnt work that way, he said if the machine doesnt catch it then it goes out. I had just come from the Bentonville Post Office, where they are amazing, and was told what I needed to fill out, I handed it to Lester and he said who knows whatll happen? Ive spend an hour on the phone today trying to get someone to call back but it just keeps ringing, maybe the worst Post Office Ive ever dealt with.

One star is far too high for this pathetic operation. After returning a letter addressed to someone who does not live in my apartment I got a note from my carrier that I would either take all of the mail or get none of it. I have since had multiple pieces of mail disappear And many packaged held at the post office undeliverable usually no reason is given, but once it was because The business was closed. Its a residence.

Male carrier wouldnt deliver my mail because they would have had to take one step out of their vehicle since my truck was parked 6ft away from my mailbox and she felt it was too crowded for her to get her little mail truck close enough for her to not get out. so I wouldnt of gotten my mail. called to complain and all I got was that they dont have to legally deliver my mail if they have to step out... and this is why the post office is is on its way out folks.
