There is no team 3 tree! I live in a studio apartment and asked for my bathroom and kitchen to be cleaned. Between the two of them they clean the bathroom and swept the kitchen floor. I talked to the dispatch lady twice saying I wanted my bathroom and kitchen cleaned instead who knows what they did for two hours and then they expected me to pay another hundred dollars for another hour. So I paid 240 dollars for them to clean a Studio apartments bathroom and sweep a kitchen In 1.5 hours. They cleaned no more than 200 square feet and my kitchen is just as dirty. I open my washing door to find they just stuffed my clothes in a garage back and threw it on the washer. The lady claims they arrived 30 mins before they actually did. Pictures taken right after they left. To prove my point. Do not give them your money unless youre place is already spotless.

Team 3-Tree did an amazing job deep cleaning my home! I will definitely be using them from now on. They took their time cleaning all the things that one cannot get to on a daily basis. My blinds are dust free, the fans, oven, trim, bathrooms. My house looks spotless, I love it! Thank you so much for your hard work ladies!

Hoping people notice that the great reviews are always mentioning team numbers and are obviously fake reviews from this business. Don’t believe me -find a bad review with a “team number”—you can’t! When asking the people who have used this company or when my husband had them clean our house -remember being given a “team number”—they can’t. Those and the other couple “great reviews” are also totally generic, but nice try, guy from Molly Maids! Not all will see past the b s. Here to help. How they are not shut down yet is unbeknownst to me-I guess because it’s a franchise, owners/management supposedly get switched around and “will be better”, or some people have low standards or are not too observant?Buyer beware-you’ll be way overcharged, they will steal from you and my 6 year old niece can do a better job cleaning!Go team!

Cleaning was fine. I felt like their rates were very very high. Additionally, it took a while before I could get a justification for their charges, which were much higher than the price I was quoted.No invoice was left, so I had to call and get an invoice...then I had to call and get a list of services performed because the invoice did not clarify how many hours I was billed for.

Unbelievably good job! I am just in awe of the job that Team 3 Tree did for us. I haven’t found even one little spot that was missed! It is so far beyond what I expected, I think I’m still in a state of shock! Seriously, it was THAT good!

We use this service weekly. Our team is Team 3 Tree. They are very thorough, very time efficient and very pleasant. We have two big dogs who track in mud and dirt daily. Our floors sparkle when they leave! They leave the house looking totally finished and ready for company with all those extra touches - toilet tissue folded, all blankets, covers and pillows straightened, etc. We try and pick things up before they come so they can clean, but if we miss something it is stacked or folded neatly like it was supposed to be there!

Team=3-tree is simply an amazing pair. We have had them clean our house twice, and it was left cleaner then I could get myself. I highly recommend them and Molly Maids!

A coworker recommended Molly Maids as they had done an outstanding job on her home. Initially, I was pleased with the presentation and the deep clean. Although some very obvious areas were missed and others not addressed that had been discussed at the initial consult, and they were a little behind schedule, I still felt they had done a tremendous job in the deep clean. I communicated the areas that werent addressed and was told that it was on record to address the next visit.However, for the first standard clean yesterday, several areas were once again not paid attention to and left untouched. Upon calling to request possibly a different team for future visits or how to communicate requests to current team, I received poor customer service. It was my understanding that sweeping/mopping floors, dusting, and wiping down surfaces would be included in the standard cost, but I was told that there could possibly be additional charges. I was NOT requesting for a team to come back out, but rather inquiring how to fix the problem going forward.I am very disappointed. The company did not seem want to retain my business & when I requested to speak to someone else, I was told that the owner is unavailable. :(

Im about to list my home and Molly Maid came in and did an amazing job!!! They cleaned the base boards, windows, fans, refrigerator, oven, and stuff I just do not have time to do! Extremely thorough job! I would definitely have them come and clean my new house when I move in.

Juanita and Reina did a wonderful job of deep cleaning my house. My allergies are already improving. My oven hasnt been so clean since it was brand new. Certainly their work and attention to detail is very commendable.

They did a great job in the beginning but didnt pay as close attention as time went on. The office seems to have a high turnover rate. Rarely talked to the same person twice.

Molly Maids Team 1 did a super job cleaning my deck and screened porch. They were extremely thorough—everything positively sparkles! They started with the ceiling and scrubbed everything—even the leaf blower! I recommend Merry Maids of Northwest Arkansas with as many stars as possible. Thank you ladies!

I was using this service for a very long time. However this time I found a different person handling the calls. She is very unprofessional. She scheduled a visit in the afternoon and did not confirmed any time. When no one turned up I called her and she repeatedly disconnected the call. And when finally I was able to talk she blatantly said that she booked a 2 hour arrival slot. She lied.. When the professionals used to get delayed, I was informed by this office earlier. This time there was no calls. This experience will ruin all the good experience I had with Mollymaid for last 1.2 years. Not calling molly-maid again. EVER

Team 7 cleaned my house today. And I am honestly BLOWN away by how clean my house is. I have looked high and low for one spec of dust. Nothing. And it was real bad before they came in. I have 3 dogs and two cats. That’s a lot of fur. The oven looks like a brand new oven, all of my light fixtures are dusted (even the ones under the cabinets and under the oven vent??) not one paw mud mark in the hallway. Finally I feel clean and comfortable in my own home. Thank you for the peace of mind Teresa and Marina, I hope to keep it cleaned up for you guys!

I asked them to come in and clean my new home before we moved in. I wanted them to clean out the cabinets and clean the floors. The floors got done, but the cabinets were ALL untouched. They were there for 3 hours but it did not seem like anything really got done. For 300+ dollars I feel very upset and ripped off! When I called to let them know they said they could send them back out, but all of our stuff is now at the house and cant be put in until cabinets get cleaned! I will NEVER suggests them.

After our family/friend cleaning lady retired we had tried another two independent cleaning people from word of mouth, one would show up hours late or not at all, the other never ended showing up. So, we decided to try a cleaning business. I spoke with Cristina and we talked about how we were mainly wanting 1 out of the four bedrooms clean (mainly our master bedroom, as the other rooms-one is a workout room, the other is our four year olds room and then my husbands office that he’d be working in that day-so we did not need those rooms to attend to, but did ask if they could clean the ceiling fans in those rooms, as I’m pregnant and that would be helpful). We keep a clean house, but once a month wanted the front room with kitchen, master bed and bathrooms clean-vacuumed, mopped, baseboards, dusting, as both my husband and I work full time. Which she said would cost us $220/month.They broke 2 items- one a dish that was not fixable, and some artwork that hung on the wall, but I was able to fix that. They called about the dish and asked if they could reimburse, I told them it was fine, no problem. No mention of the art work, but that’s fine. I had to straighten a lot of stuff back -some I feel -did they just move stuff around to let us know they cleaned, because it was several items, and under some items, still a dusty shelf or dusty item. As I’d wipe my hand under some to check to be sure and it was full of dust. Not all, but some. Also, I needed to straighten a lot artwork on the walls, but also noticed dust on some of some of the artwork, so not sure why those were crooked. I guess to make it seem it was touched by them. The shower heads/shower lines were not cleaned. A couple of windows I asked to have cleaned weren’t wiped down on upstairs landing my daughter likes to put her hands on, was not cleaned, I thought, if the majority is done, I can pick up a little slack. Also, we had spoke about our sheets in master bed being changed -I said they didn’t need to do that in our consultation, but asked if that made it less cost, she said no, so I said they could change the bedding. That was not done, but some of the pillows were rearranged, where I thought it was, but bedding had not been cleaned. She said the first initial clean might be a little more so I’m thinking at the most maybe $350. We were charged $550! You are given 24 hour notice of letting them know if anything needed to be done.We had our house cleaned on Monday and they charged our card two days later. I mean if it was going to be that much I would have called them back out! That cleaning was certainly not worth that much, nor was our house a disaster to “deep clean” for that long-nor did I ask for “deep clean”! But I guess you’re getting charged for a “deep cleaning” initially whether you want it or not (though it wasn’t deep cleaned).Which I thought I went over with her what I was needing, but when I called and spoke to someone today she said they do a deep cleaning on all houses initially-we just didn’t need that, or ask for it. So, that was a hard pill to swallow and we’re canceling any future business.We’ve never had an initial cleaning be that much. My mother in law said her initial cleaning was$350 with them, she thought that was a lot, but her house needed a lot of work. Maybe the size of our house is a little bigger, but again they were only cleaning 1 out of the 4 bedrooms, no laundry room or pantry’s were involved either. and our house is generally clean, just wanted some help with dusting, mopping, ceiling fans, baseboards, kitchen and bathrooms-I was looking for just the standard cleaning.Our house is 2500 sq ft, but we talked about them NOT doing some rooms, so well under 2500 sq footage that they actually cleaned. And again-it wasn’t that great, they broke two items, and I had to go around and straighten most items on shelves and walls, and clean a little more! Oh well, our tired selves will do our own grunt work ourselves (haha) for the time being and maybe in the future come across a fair, reliable cleaning person to help us out a little.

So, I had to add another account as you cannot respond to replies made by this company. And I now know that the reviews made by others and Molly maids response may not be the truth, as they did not respond truthfully to me. I called on my way home and thought I was calling Cristina as it was the card she gave me with her number, so I was taken back it was someone else, but I went ahead and told the person I’d like to cancel because I needed to cancel, she asked why, I said the price was way too much and that we did not ask for this “deep cleaning”. All she then mentioned was that my other cleanings would be $220 a month. I didn’t know if I was speaking to an answering service and would be useless to go into all of this for someone who seemed to be fine with me canceling, because it was a pretty short conversation and so I felt that going into all of it would be useless. I wanted to speak to Cristina, as I know what we discussed.Also, I wasn’t looking for your response, whoever this is, my review was for others to be warned about your services and what I was provided. Your response is dismissive and untruthful because MORE IMPORTANTLY -I never mentioned how I “enjoyed the cleaning and was happy with the service”. NEVER. That was is a bold face lie. Shame on you. That did not happen. Also, Cristina said it shouldn’t take more than 2-3 hours, they’ll let us know if it runs over, as they weren’t cleaning the whole house. They did not tell us they were going over . **Or she did not communicate that well to me** And why it took longer for what they did is beyond me, because it wasn’t great cleaning. Anymore lies to add? I’m here for it if so. If you want to respond, mm- a simple I’m sorry we did not provide services discussed and we’ll try and do better, will do.Beware everyone -they’ll stay in your house 4-5 house and push stuff around and way over charge you for their “initial deep cleaning” bs. Ceiling fans were left untouched. Cabinets were not cleaned inside or out. Sticky floors when done. Door tracking dirty. Just a terrible job!! If you are unable to report any issues within 24 hours due to whatever reason don’t expect them to correct what they didn’t do correctly. . $360 gone and still a dirty house. Michael is so rude and unprofessional.

The lady was 15 minutes late to our appointment and did not send me the follow ups via email as discussed. When I called the main number to check in they said someone would call me back. That was last week.

Do NOT use this service!!!! This owner is incredibly rude and shady... charged me $700 for a deep clean... charged $165 for an hour clean the next time they came out. I never agreed to $165 per hour and called about it. I have cameras so I know when they come and go and how long they are there. Owner said he’d credit me a small amount. My point is I never agreed to $165 an hour. Watch this guy. He never gave me the credit and was rude to me for calling him out on his insane made up price per hour. The cleaning girls get less than $20 per hour. Needs major help in customer service department! He only cares about himself and gouging people. I want my money back!!!

This place is a NIGHTMARE. We have a 1500 sq foot house and they charged us $333 after giving us a receipt that said it would be $186.58. We started with a deep clean to see how the service would go, before signing up for bi-weekly. The girls that came to clean were terrible. Took forever, talked the whole time, and missed windows, corners, baseboards, etc. So we called immediately after they left and said please cancel the service were absolutely not interested. And to be hit with a $333 charge for a 1 time cleaning with a receipt for $186 is a crime. We called to dispute the charge and the person on the phone wouldnt believe our signed estimate? Not sure how we could make that up. Would not recommend to anyone, unless youre interested in bad cleaning for an outrageous cost.

Team 3 has come to my house several times now. I wish I had hired them years ago. They are professional, and they do an amazing job. It would take me days to do what they do every time. It is so nice coming home to a clean house.

We really appreciate the service Shanda and Charley (team 5) provide at our home! They are friendly and efficient and put our minds at ease knowing that they will not only leave our home clean, but also take care of it in the process! I’ve experienced cleaners in the past that were very rough with our home and furniture. So it is nice to know I don’t have to worry about that with them.

As a student, a Molly Maid cleaning was the best gift that I have received from my parents. Molly Maid was able to clean my house during busy test week which allowed me to concentrate on my studies. They were able to customize my cleanings for me, as time allowed, and focus on my room first then take care of the common living areas, which my roommate was over the moon about! I will be asking for Molly Maid cleanings for every holiday and birthday from here on out!

Team 4 ... They (Shayna and Charlie) know our house 🏡 inside and out and understand, so I don’t have to repeatedly explain to them what I expect to be cleaned in our home and they do it. I can’t say enough good things about about them! When I have to call the office due to a change of schedule etc. they are always very pleasant their customer service is refreshing and Mr. Nash, I think is running a nice business with good people. My husband and I are very please .

If I could give zero stars I would. I have a four bedroom house and asked them to clean only one bedroom and they took two hours to do so then moved on to the downstairs and asked for extra time. A living room, kitchen, and one bedroom was going to cost almost $500?????????? I went back and inspected the counters and they were still dirty and had a layer of dust on them. If I could post my proof I would. I would never recommend these scam artists.

**Update**After leaving the unhappy review below, I immediately received a phone call from Molly Maid. She said “what can we do to make it right?”No excuses, no blaming, no anger.They sent out 2 ladies to finish the job and gave me an hour instead of the 25 minutes was shorted. They did a fine job vacuuming and dusting. I know mistakes can and will be made but just knowing they were willing to make it right is what matters! Thank you Molly Maid. I WILL recommend you!The ladies arrived at 8:30 am which was about 20 minutes earlier than I was told so that was nice. They did okay work and were nice enough. However, I asked for them to vacuum and dust my two living areas if they had time after cleaning my small kitchen, half bath, back entryway, and laundry room. They mopped their way right out the back door and loaded up their supplies with 25 minutes left on the clock and did not clean my living rooms. I pointed at my watch (small language barrier) and I got no reply from them. So I was charged a minimum of 3 hours, no choice, and got shorted 50 min (man hours) of cleaning time.

Since signing up for Molly Maids, Team#6 has really done wonders and made my life easier. Working daily and having minimal time to relax, molly maids has given my weekends and evenings back by doing an exceptional job cleaning my home. I have noticed the tables dusted, linen folded nicely in the bathrooms, floors mopped cleaned, stainless appliances cleaned, vacuumed floors, and taking out the trash. These are just a majority of the things I have least to worry bout. Thanks for all that you do!

Team 9 did a great job of cleaning my log home! I have no carpeting, lots of bare wood. Dirt has no place to hide. They did a really good job of cleaning everything. I really appreciated the extra attention they gave to my floors! They really shine!

It was wonderful coming home to a sparkling clean house after surgery and brief hospital stay. The attention to detail was found in every room of the house. We had a deep cleaning performed and would have it done again.

We have never had a cleaning service as good as Molly Maid. The attention to detail, the care they put into our personal items, and how they leave our home clean and tranquil is just incredible. We have stress in our lives that makes it impossible to keep up with cleaning maintenance of our home, and every four weeks a team comes in, works hard and even adds finishing touches, like folding the blankets on our beds or even adding a decorative touch to our tissue boxes.While its true that Molly Maid is more expensive than an independent cleaner, we never have to worry if someone will be able to make it in our scheduled day, and the fact that theyre bonded and insured adds the security that they will be careful with our home.Thanks so much to Team 8 and any other staff who have helped bring peace to our home each month.

We use Molly Maid for every 2 week cleanings. Today, we had an exceptional clean from team 7! Stephanie, Maria and Rena thank you for making our home smell clean and look beautiful. And thanks so much for putting the new sheets on our bed! You have no idea how much I appreciate this service.

Team 7 rocks. My first service: I was so surprised at how completely they cleaned every nook and cranny. I am sold and have asked for a monthly service beginning next month. This is exactly what I need as a working woman myself! Thank you Molly Maid for a super clean house. I can sit back and relax the rest of the Memorial Day weekend with my daughter and family!

Mary & Jennifer on crew #8 came out to do our initial clean. I was a bit nervous as I’ve had other cleaning crews out from different companies before who did not meet my standards. Molly maid crew arrived on time, with all the cleaning supplies ready to go. They worked hard from the moment they arrived & when they were finished I was in awe. They cleaned every bit of my house from top to bottom with great care, it smells and looks absolutely amazing!!
