From the first time I talked to Erin on the phone I knew we were in good hands. She is very kind and compassionate. Even though my mom had prearranged her funeral there were still a few decisions we had to make. Erin guided us through all of them and we never felt rushed or forced into anything. Recently we used Rollins for my dads Funeral plans.They did a perfect job. Christy was very nice and showed compassion for her clients. We also used Rollins for my mother’s funeral a few years and had a great experience then also.

Erin of Rollins Funeral Home was beyond amazing!!!!! Her care, love and servant heart was sooo incredible!!!! The care taken to comfort us with the loss of our precious Harper Belle was beyond anything I have ever experienced and I have been in the memorial business through the floral industry since I was 13. NEVER HAVE I EVER FELT SO MUCH LOVE!!!! The details were attended to with absolute tenderness...she even laid out our flowers at the cemetery after the service in a cross for us!!! I have never seen that much time taken....Erin you are an amazing funeral director!!! Thank you for loving on us and taking such good care of our baby girl!!!!! She looked beautiful in her princess dress with her tiarra!!!!

Erin at Rollins Funeral Home was extremely helpful during my wifes recent passing. I would highly recommend this funeral home. They are professional and they dont try to make money at the clients expense. Most people are not really thinking clearly during this time and this particular facility doesnt take advantage of your being mentally and emotionally out of it. They treated me as though I was their only client and they bent over backwards to help my family say goodbye to my wife. They gave us many extra options without charging us. I cannot say enough good things about this funeral home or Erin as a compassionate person. I plan on having Rollins Funeral Home take care of me when its my time to go home to Jesus. Once again thank you Erin and Rollins Funeral Home for you taking care of us during this time in our lives.

My brother passed anyway and we used this funeral home for my dads funeral so we called them. Once they knew we had a limited budget, the girl closed the book and said they couldnt help us. There was no discussion at all. we went to Benton County Funeral home and the same casket was 4000 dollars cheaper. Rollins is all about the money. I would have given zero stars if I could.

Death is hard, grief is harder, loss is forever. Our family feels very blessed that Erin was the person that worked with our family as we made all the arrangements for our grand-daughter. Erin was Jesus in the flesh to us during this entire process. The way she extended grace and care to us made this process just a little more bearable. She cares deeply and grieves with the family. She thinks about even the tiniest little things that make a big impact. We will be forever grateful for her and Rollins Funeral Home. May the Lord bless you all as you have blessed us.

Mid January 2020, my mother-in-law passed and we were recommended by someone who used services at Rollin funeral. Christy was assisting us with transporting the remains to Mexico. Paperwork and permits for this went smooth and had no issues at all when arriving at the Texas/Mexico border. Thank you Christy, the receptionist lady(i forgot her name) and your team. I was very happy with the service we received. They made a a very difficult time much less stressful. We were unprepared with what we needed to do and they walked us through it and helped us greatly.
