Rogers, AR Geek Squad is trash. The Fayetteville store called them and asked if they had a part to fix my phone and they said yes so they set me up an appointment. I go there for my appointment and they didn’t do the work or even test my phone to diagnose the problem. I spent an hr on the phone with Apple to set anther appointment with the Fayetteville store once they get the part in. I recommend the Fayetteville store. Stay away from the lazy guys at the Rogers store.
Just a complete and utter disaster. Started okay with good consultation at the store and an appointment set up with a Home Theater specialist. Nice young man who helped with the pricing. Then... He went on vacation, didnt attend the consultation with the installers then basically fell off the map. The installers (whom said would be available for question at anytime) basically told me to do all the wiring, set up myself. Not in their purview. They would not answer texts or calls with my questions. Nor would the specialist, nor would the person assigned while he was gone. I even went to the store for advise and there was no one there to help either. Fast forward to install day. After I did all the prep and research myself (as I had no help from the store), THEY DIDNT EVEN SHOW UP. Just got back from the Best Buy store with my $12,000 returned to my card. Starting all over from scratch. Do not use these people. Their communication and customer service was awful. Just a complete joke. The only reason Im giving the one star is because it wouldnt allow me to give zero stars.
Long time customer of their screen protector install service. It’s about $9 a year and they claim to replace a zagg screen protector if they mess up the install. This has typically gone well and they do a nice install. When I went in today I brought the phone with the broken screen and the new one I had received from zagg to have installed. The install went wrong in some way. I’m not sure as I never saw it but the guy grabbed another from the shelf as I was walking around the store. Unfortunately he grabbed a different screen than the one I had brought in so I got billed $10 by Best Buy who said they couldn’t do anything about the issue. Overall poor customer service by both Best Buy and geek squad.
I’m going to start this off by saying I’ve never wrote a review because I’ve never experienced such lack of work ethic, knowledge, and professionalism. I made a reservation to get my screen fixed on my iPhone 2 hours and 15 minutes before they closed, when I showed up and tried to check in they told me I would have to leave my phone overnight and tried to claim that it takes over 2 hours to replace a screen. I know from personal experience that’s complete nonsense and Takes about 25 minutes if you don’t know what you’re doing. He straight up lied to me about how long calibration and sealant takes simply because he didn’t want to do his job. These people are just trying to take advantage of their jobs and the people with less knowledge of technology. I advise you find somewhere else for your technological needs.

Staff assumes you know nothing about computers and condescends constantly. Then don’t even know how to answer the question you had in the first place after making you schedule an appointment. Waste of time honestly.
I just spent 20 minutes on hold for some kids who could not give me any answers. Any! What a waste of time.

I had a wonderful experience with Geek Squad. Chad was amazing. He was attentive, helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. He made sure I knew everything that was going on and how long itd take before my computer was fixed. When I picked it up, he made sure to start it up so I could see the virus had been removed and asked if there were any questions I had. I most definitely recommend this Geek Squad to anyone.
They did not diagnose the fast draining of the iPhone battery. I took it to another place and they provided the way to fix in 5 minutes at no charge.
Friendly and knowledgeable. Was on time and swift at helping me with what I needed.
Hello,I have to say My husband and I were quite excited at the prospect of the new Best Buy tech service for $199 a year. We set up and paid for an installation for our new Ring Video Doorbell as soon as we made the purchase.Now, I am sad to say I am disappointed already. Our service appointment was scheduled for today from 8-12. We both took off work to stay home and make sure we understood how to operate the doorbell once it was installed and of course to be home for the installation.By 1:00 pm there was nobody here to install the doorbell so I called Best Buys support line and waded through the computer system to reach someone to help.After being put on a hold the support person connected me to someone in charge of the installation company for my area who told me that they would be calling back with an update on the arrival time of the tech.This company representative called back about 30 minutes later with a number from New York (We are in Arkansas) so it was not even a local company managing our business. This really struck me as odd in the first place.Next the representative told me that nobody would be coming out today and that they were supposed to call last night to let me know but I received no phone calls last night to let me know they were not coming. They have now rescheduled the installation for tomorrow as if it were just nothing - but for us its ANOTHER day someone will now have to take off work in order to be home and wait.I have to say I am EXTREMELY disappointed in this new service already and have a feeling if this is the kind of shoddy customer service Best Buy is going provide for the new $199 a year Geek Squad service I will most certainly NOT be renewing it. With the outsourcing from out of state companies and the reckless behavior with not even bothering to call and let us know that nobody would show up this kind of service is definitely NOT standing up to Best Buys promise of an unmatched level of support.We did pay $50 for this install which is half the price of a regular install, however we now feel quite cheated!

Worst Experience! Would not recommend Geek Squad to anyone, ask around and get a computer tech that knows what they are doing. These guys are a joke! Charged me, didn’t fix anything. Then I go in to pick up and the pricing has increased from $200 to $600.
I have came and left with a broken screen on two separate occasions. Each time I got to the desk, showed them the problem, and they made excuses about how they could not fix it. Even though I scheduled an appointment and wasted an hour long drive to get my phone fixed I left with a broken phone, TWICE. They are geeks in name only, and they have the worst customer service that I’ve ever experienced. I never write negative reviews, but this was atrocious. Don’t ever use them. They told me themselves that I should go somewhere else to get it fixed. This I my first experience with geek squad, and it’s been a terrible one so far.
