I used Roadside Services through my insurance company and was very happy with their service. The dispatch office kept me updated on wait times and Jesse P (the driver) was very helpful. I had my children with me so I left my vehicle alone, they sent me photo confirmation that my vehicle was delivered. When the repair shop could not fix my foreign car, Jesse P facilitated it being moved to an appropriate location while we figure out next steps. Definitely 5-star service. Thank you!

We had a fantastic experience with Roadside Services Towing NWA towing my vehicle to the shop. Gary M was very helpful and knowledgeable about his job.First, I received an automated call letting me know they would be there in the next two hours.Shortly after, Gary called me directly, letting me know he was 10 minutes away. He helped us remove the car seats from the car and was very kind. 25 minutes after he left, he texted me with photos of my car at the shop and let us know that it had arrived safely.We are very happy with this service and would definitely use them again!

The young man who came out was so very pleasant and helpful and made suggestions that would save me money. I am so sorry I don’t remember his name. My vehicle would not shift out of Park, or start. Weston L. was very knowledgeable. He was able to get it in neutral so it could be towed to my mechanic. He dropped it off for me after hours and sent multiple pics as verification. Fantastic service!

This place is so great. From the sweet, kind lady at dispatch to our driver, everyone was so helpful. Wade R came to our somewhat remote location extremely quickly. My car actually didn’t need towing. I’d gotten it stuck and high-centered on a big rock. He came out and lifted my car and, like the gentleman he is, pulled the big rocks out and carried them away. Then we were able to set the car down and drive off!All this is to say, I highly recommend this company.

Im a new trailer owner and didnt hitch my trailer correctly before getting on the freeway. At 60 mph it came unhitched. I was able to get it to the side of the road safely but the tongue jack was destroyed so I couldnt tow it home and I was badly shaken up. I needed someone to come rescue me at 9 pm, tow my trailer home, and calm me down. James of Roadside Services did just that and then went beyond his role of tow truck driver to teach me about trailer hitches and explained to me how I could repair the tongue jack myself. He was bubbling with excitement over the fact that I was a new camper trailer owner and his enthusiasm was just what I needed to balance out my dissapointment at the accident. Im so grateful that I called Roadside Services that night.

Last night for some crazy reason my car started spewing like a locomotion! This morning, I called Roadside Assistance to Uber my car to get mended and by the luck of the draw, they sent this company. The driver, Wesley L. was very professional and made the transfer very smooth. They were on time and sent notification that Coco got to her destination. If you need a tow, I highly recommend this company, and if you are lucky too, youll get this driver!

Had to have my car towed today and was helped by Eric. Gave me a call letting me know he was on the way and made sure that all info was correct! I was concerned about how low my car is that it may scratch or cause the front lip some damage when being rolled up onto the flatbed but Eric was extremely careful and used wood planks to help and made sure it was taken care of properly. Super nice guy and would highly recommend him and their towing service!

I needed assistance towing my car to the local Subaru dealership, so I contacted my insurance company and created a claim. My insurance company reached out to roadside services and within minutes I received an update, as well as an ETA on when my car would be towed. Gary Mack is the representative who contacted me and towed my car. Everything was handled professionally and in a timely manner. I received a call from Gary with an ETA on when he would arrive to the location and because I wasn’t physically there with my car, he ensured that I would receive an update when my car reached the dealership. Gary texted me with an update once my car got to the dealership, and he even included a picture of my vehicle parked in the parking lot. He assured me that my car was locked and even mentioned the name of the person he handed my keys over to. I am very satisfied at the professionalism, ease and fast service that I received today. I would definitely recommend roadside services!

Micah can find any location and load any vehicle in tight quarters running or not. Hes towed two of our vehicles that didnt run and were in tricky spots. I dont need to worry when I see him show up.

Double flat tires required a tow. I left the vehicle and key for the driver. Kyle from roadside arrived to recover my car and found the key to be missing. He searched the area and called me. So kind! Waited for me to run another key back to my cars location and got it loaded and delivered to our location for repair. Safe to say KYLE made an overall bad situation better with reassurance and patience

Everyone knows the stress of car problem. As a woman who didn’t know what to do at all in the situation, Kyle came to my rescue. I was crying In the hot sun with no bumper, but I left smiling. He not only towed my car in a fast and professional manner, but he also made me feel so much better about the whole situation. It was overall the best quality of service and I am so thankful for Kyle and all he did today. He really helped me out as a person rather than a customer, and you could tell he was a genuinely there to help you out. I called the store to see where to leave a review when I met Steven. He and I had lovely conversation and he was also incredibly kind. The whole store feels like a friend. Although my car was in pieces, it ended up being a good experience.

OMGOODNESS...AMAZING.... before the driver even arrived I received a call from the dispatcher first confirming that i was safe...then my exact location and services needed...the driver arrived and was friendly... professional and most of all proficient!!! Even after a few hiccups with my vehicle due to be mechanical issues he got it loaded up and towed to drop off location all at 1am...he even had cold water and a snack for me!!! I was kept informed and asked about everything he had to do and why BEFORE he did it...the price was beyond reasonable...they are AFFORDABLE FOR EVERYONE!!! THANKS SO MUCH!!
