I was looking for a gel powder fill in on a Sunday. They got me in quickly and worked to give me exactly what I asked for fall colors with matte finish.

This is the result of a 75 dollar nail job. First off I was not pleased at the fact I got an acrylic nail and not a gel . The look of my nail are not worth the price. I didnt even get what I want on top of the quality is justbad. My pinkie has a run down the side my middle finger is not even my nails are completely filled. First time every going last going. Also my nails were cut off and I wasnt even asked if I wanted them cut.

I came here after a terrible nail appointment, my cuticles were literally on fire, and the nail tech I had and was super sweet and careful not to hurt my cuticles anymore. I was so taken aback by the genuine concern, I literally felt so relaxed and at ease.

This place was great! What a great hidden gem of a nail studio close to home! This time I did an accent nail, and I loved it again. Highly recommend!

Loved my manicure! The nail technician helped me find a style I liked and we came up with this nude color with a small flower design on my natural nails. Amazing service made me and my daughter feel good. This is my favorite salon.

I had a great pedicure here this week. A nice girl did a great job making me feel comfortable and safe amid Covid. The pedicure was excellent and the staff were excellent. Will definitely be back!

My tech did a beautiful job on my manicure and pedicure. She meticulously cut each cuticle and cleaned the edges of my nails. Most attention to detail Ive ever seen at a nail salon.

Been to a lot of nail salons in the area and have always left feeling slightly disappointed, but this place did an amazing job. Four weeks and my nails are still on and strong and look amazing.

After opening late even though I was the first client signed in for a pedi/fill in. After my rough and rushed pedicure I was placed at a nail station where i waited, basically ignored, for 45min for a fill in. I ended up going elsewhere.This isnt the first time Ive left unsatisfied but definitely the last. To add they only have 1 tech Tracey who does consistent good work but is always busy because patrons have horrible experiences with ALL the other techs and refuse to go to them.

Before and after pictures..if I could give no stars I would. Customers please beware. They act all nice and baby this, baby that but just as soon as something goes wrong its pretty much oh well thats your problem. I now have pink eye in both eyes. I have to take two types of medication and take care of an ER bill and all Sophia had to say was pretty much thats your problem.

I got a pedicure here today and had another horrible experience. This was actually my second time getting a pedicure here and both times Ive been pleasantly disappointed. Tracey didnt want to listen to what I had to say, when I was explaining my discontent with the service. The older lady that actually did my pedicure had the audacity to get loud. The technician was an older frail lady who obviously doesnt need to be doing this service any longer. A male tech started my service by putting water in the bowl and he immediately started working on my sisters feet. When the older woman got to me about 15 minutes later, my water was cold.She didnt put anything in my water when I was soaking, she barely scrubbed my feet, she didnt have the strength to massage my legs and only applied one coat of polish. I was so angry, I didnt even tell her that the polish was NOT the color that I showed her.I tried to explain to Tracey that the service was horrible but that was like talking to a child. They only want the money and could care less if the customer is satisfied. It shouldnt be up for debate when the client is telling you something is wrong. This is so unfortunate because I frequent the establishment to get my eyebrows waxed regularly.This is the second time my pedicure has been subpar. Customer service is just as important as the service you are requesting. Im highly disappointed that my concerns were not addressed. Be careful if you decide to go here. They are nice as long as you dont complain and if you are not satisfied, they dont care.

Went in, It was well worth it ! My tech did an amazing job on my nails and did exactly what I asked for . The prices are very good for the quality of work !!!

It took about 45 mins for me to get a male tech for my pedicure. After receiving my nail tech there was no pleasantries other then what pedicure I wanted and what color... He clipped my skin while trying to get my cuticles around my toenails. Then once he was finished with the process he pushed my feet away and stated he was done and for me to go dry....never again terrible experience

Spent 3hours in the salon for my nails not to be done correctly I got cut 3 times with the drill and I asked for red & black they filed my black down so much its gray and I can see every filing Mark under the polish not to mention the nail tech got loud and raised Hus voice because I told him I wasnt paying $75. Never will I go there again such poor service

I went here for the first time, everything was going well, until I saw that they were some acrylic bumps under my nail. Then 5 days past and i had already lost 2 nails. And they actually begged me to put a 5 star experience, so I did but I deleted and put the true things that actually happened.

Very nice people and they did a good job on my feet, so good that I went back the very next week. One employees said I looked like Denzel Washington, it made me blush lol.

From Elizabeth City and googled nail salons in Rocky Mount NC Nail Max was the 1st salon that I called Asked if they did lashes she yes come now I went there and I she took me right away I was out in about 15mins Excellent service I love my lashes

If I could give 0 stars I would. I’ve been trying to get my nails done here for about 3 weeks. Each time I’ve went the wait was over 2 hours long. I finally came early in the morning, right when they opened. An older guy in the first row on the left did my nails. I was rushed to pick my gel nail color choice. He did not layer my polish correctly on some nails. On other nails, the nail polish was clumpy. About 10 minutes after getting my nails done 3 of my nails began pealing. I returned and spoke with Tracy, she tried to send me back to the same older guy that messed them up to redo my nails. I told her I didn’t not have time to sit and wait again, I had work and if there was another day. She insisted I do it today regardless of me having to work, still trying to send me to the same guy that messed up my nails. I just left. They don’t care about the customers, they only care about getting and keeping the money. I will not be returning.

The only 2 people that actually know how to do nails are Tracy and sophia everyone else is still learning!! Or not certified!!!And will mess up your nails!! They will take 2 hours and do alot of filing and buffing which end up hurting cuticles and leave your fingers sore!!! Ithen charge more from what was said ! Its bewn a week and my fingers are still sore!

Ive been going here for probably 2 years Ive only deviated a couple of times and Ive regretted it. Im pretty quiet but there are a lot of repeat customers which you can tell by the frequent use of first names with the staff. After 2 years I still only know the owners name...but with so many repeat customers and a pretty consistently full house (service is still usually pretty quick) that must mean theyre doing something right.

Place is great! Clean and friendly massage chairs are amazing. Always great treatment by the staff.

Came here and wasnt too sure but decided to give it a try, and LOVED IT!! Ive only done the pedicure, Im a very sensitive person and they are very careful and give excellent massage (always with hot stones)

Tracy is horrible and Sophia is just like her. They really don’t like people of color but they know we spend money on whatever we want. I’d never go there again as long as Tracy works there !

My pedicure was rushed. My gel polish peeled off of my toes not even 2 hours after leaving. My fill in experience was horrible! The man rushed and was very rough. My nails are not shaped nor painted correctly. My jewels fell off not even 2 hours after leaving, went back to get it fixed and they just threw a jewel on my finger which was way smaller than the rest that were already on my finger. Not to mention that I have 5 cuts on my fingers that came from the man being rough with the tools and nail files!! I was charged $90 for something I would’ve been much better without!! THANK GOD I DIDN’T GET MY EYEBROWS WAXED!! Never again will I be going to NAIL MAX !!

I just love the technicians here the way theyre able to make my nails look Flawless and perfectly shaped I just love how I can be comfortable inside their salon and trust them with my nails!

I asked for regular french tips nails on saturday Oct. 17th for my nieces wedding that sunday, The nail tech said be careful not to chip nails, but she didnt tell me they would pop off for no apparent reason just a simple hand washing. I will not recommend this place if i could give them half star i would.

Very very good service. this was my first time here and it was busy right at opening but service was fast and friendly and the atmosphere was comfortable. And I didnt get the feel that the workers was talking negative about the customers(if u know what I mean)like I do at other nail salons I have been to. Would recommend and I will be going back

Went today my first time and I am very impressed. They open on sunday which is very convenient. From walking in to walking out the staff was very friendly. I got my eyebrows done and lashes done for the first time and was happy with the results. Its a clean and relaxing environment. This will be my new shop for services.

I’ve been going here for 4 years & I am usually very pleased. Today, I was not. The technician cut my finger and did not even comment on it. Then not to mention my nails are way shorter than my liking and my paint job looks like I did it at home. The nails are not even straight.

I wanted to change my review. Unfortunately, no one reached out to me from my review, even though I gave ample time. I went to the establishment and was taken care of rather quickly. I appreciated them making things right. I do like that they are fast, but I still feel that fast sacrifices quality sometimes. My powder covering is chipping off and coming loose from my nails, and its only been 2 weeks. This full set is only a few weeks old. I really miss my nail technician I had before I left Virginia. I do love the many many colors, though I dont recommend something with a lot of sparkle.

I should have checked Yelp to begin with. Their nail polish selection has expanded with a wide range of neutrals. She was so warm and friendly. & they did an amazing job on my nails. It came out beautiful and perfect. Highly recommend this salon, which is very important to me. And Im so glad I did.

I had the hot stone massage and I think it was great! The lady doing my service didn’t talk much, but honestly it’s my time to relax so that doesn’t bother me one bit. They really took their time to get the bottom of my feet smooth and gave a great massage. I’ll be returning soon! Forgot to mention, the implements they used on my feet were sanitized and sealed in packaging so that’s definitely a plus.

I do not get my nails done much. However I do know what good quality is. The first time I came in they did a fill-in for something another place had already done. First of all the woman was not very gentle using the tools my nails really hurt after I left. I also did not like the quality of what she had done there was supposed to be way more pink than white for what I had. However that was not my biggest problem I went back yesterday to get my nails removed and then painted first of all she hurt them again trying to remove them by the way not the same lady and then when she painted them it looks like something that I could’ve done at home and that is not saying a lot because I cannot paint nails . So needless to say I will not be going back to them I also saw another lady while I was there who did not like what was being done to her nails either

First time going to the salon and I had a good experience. The nail tech that did my manicure I showed her a picture and she gave me what I asked for she was very nice. My sister went as well, her nails done by an older gentleman I think he might’ve been the owner cause I seen h doing the books one day and he did a phenomenal job or her nails I was jealous I still I love mine but I was still jealous of hers. I went back a couple days later to get my lashes done they were done by Sophie. I went on vacation with those eyelashes they went in the pool they were in the beach I slept on them and my lashes still look good!!! They will see me again as long as they provide great service they will have a loyal customer.

My fill in was done so fast and sloppy. Complained he attempted to fix and some how made it worse. My nails are full of bubbles and the gel has brush markings through out the nail. I paid $30 and left now I have to hopefully find a better nail tech and salon somewhere in Rocky Mount. Avoid this place like the plague!!!

The gentleman man who did my pedicure was very rough. He dug his nails into the top of my foot and broke the skin. He played it off like I did it myself. Even the lady next to him who was working on my husbands pedicure said something to him after I gave a disapproving look. My husband had a wonderful experience during his pedicure. I would have given a better review, but instead of enjoying my pedicure, I had to put antiseptic on my wound! Totally unacceptable!

Inexperienced little boy doing pedicures. Dont know how to operate equipment. Couldnt cut down nails or complete pedicure. I work hard to pay for good services to be pampered & relax!! Ridiculous as tho they dont care & just want your money.

My Daughters went there to get pedicures and acrylic nails filling they charge one of my Daughters $80 dollars just for the filling just because he decided to put gel polish on her with out asking plus they did a terrible job bad people they abused customers they are robbery and to pushed

My friend is getting married, so her mother treated the wedding party to manicures. Parking wasnt too difficult to find once we found the salon. Because I dont get manicures that often, it was helpful. My friend made an appointment, and we didnt have to wait at all. The manicurist was friendly and did an exact replica of the picture on web. They knew I dont get my nails done too frequently and didnt pressure me when I was indecisive. The manicurist told me they were only at the salon for around 8 months but was great! I liked watching how they did every detail. Id definitely go here again but mostly for a special occasion, because it is a little on the pricier side...I guess you pay for what you get, right? Perfection.

They close at 8 i got there at 7 for a fill in and replace a nail whoever the man was who did my fill in was very rough, my nails were crooked! he kept trying to file them down to make them look right and charged me 40$ when a new full set is 45$. the nails were also thick.

My pedi was so rushed and terribly done I just cant see myself going back! My feet didnt soak any longer than 10 seconds! Man there were so many errors with this pedi it doesnt make any since. I got gel and the gel was bumpy as hell, I had polish still around my cuticles and he didnt see anything wrong with it! Lol this place was a lesson for me and my girl. Never again!
