3 hours into a family vacation, 2 of our RV tires went flat. We looked for 3 more hours trying to find someone around that had our tire size, no luck. Until I emailed STARS & within 15 min I had a reply stating he had 2 tires for us!! We had such a sigh of relief. He is so pleasant & we will definitely be keeping his info for future references!

The guy that came to us was very fast. He put 2 tires on rims and put on our motorhome the fastest that I have ever seen. We cant thank yall enough. We will be coming back for the other tires.

Our tire pressure light came on 1.5 hrs into a 4 hour car ride. Apparently we picked up a screw on our ride and the air was leaking quickly. Our tire was plugged & we were back on our way in about 15 min. Excellent service and very friendly and professional mechanic. Dont hesitate to call!

I was traveling from Tampa, FL to Maryland when I had a tire blow out. I was in a bad situation in the middle of nowhere. I called a couple of shops and the mechanics were rude. It all changed when I contacted STARS. Ali was professional and calm and had be all fixed up before I knew it. He’s got the old school way about him. A mechanic named Ali came out to fix what I thought the was the problem. He identified what it actually was ASAP, and had me fixed and rolling. Mind you, in the business, most would have oversold you on what you dont need. He saved me time and money, which is a blessing during these times. No doubt when Im in this region, Ali is now my go 2 guy. That man needs a raise. Honesty is refreshing!
