For the price you are paying be very a2are of your car. I had the dry and shine. My car still had a number of places that looked like someone splashed water on them and wiped it. If I wouldve just left I would have a semi dirty car still.

Great facility, friendly staff. Some places only have the vacuums available. They have towels and window cleaner solution available as well as high power vacuums. Would return, would recommend. Good quality wash as well.

Usually I am very pleased but lately the staff must have forgotten but I guess the prewash wipe of the front and rear of your vehicle is optional now. Ive been twice and nothing, when asked I was told I could swing back around in line. Wow. Lets see what happens this week. And this is with a membership!

This place is phenomenal but Jensen is a beyond stellar employee. He goes out of his way to answer any questions and always with a smile, goes above and beyond and truly puts the customer first. His customer service skills need to be recognized and commended. He is definitely a true gem and managment material

Me and my wife got a membership. Best thing weve ever done. Your car looks brand new when it comes out of the other side. It waxes and put on a sealant coat over the wax so it last for awhile. It does an amazing job cleaning and shining your tires. Unless you have to clean out your vehicle. You do not have to get out of your vehicle. I love it because it gets really hot and humid in NC. And the insects will drive you crazy.

It does an okay wash, but not great. I still had spots on my truck roof that the brushes did not get off. Even the bird poop did not wash off.

I love tidal wave. Just wish theyd scrub the windows and the front and back of the car just a little better so that when I go thru the wash no stains will be left.

I usually get a few car washes each month on my 20.00 plan, but lately someone or some part of the process is no longer getting my car clean. I had bug marks that were never sprayed and it appears that oil marks were not getting washed near the bottom edge on each side. I am not pleased and hate coming home to wash it correctly after I was mislead and assumed it was clean.I may never come go back.

Stopped by on a recent road trip from Florida, and HOLY COW my car hasnt been this shiny and clean since I bought it. Very impressed with this place!! Everyone was really friendly, and Wes was awesome at explaining/helping me pick the best package for my car. I have the furriest four-legged travel companion, and their vacuums did a great job on the inside too. Will definitely go back next time Im in the area, wish I could find a car wash this good back home!

Love Tidal Wave and Auto Spa! The people are awesome - we have several cars on the plan and have not been disappointed. I even got stopped in my work parking lot this week from a landscaping man - he just wanted to tell me that my truck always looks good - I told him Tidal Wave every day after work :)

Its a good deal for the price. You can go everyday if you like. avoid Saturday mornings always packed. Only inquiry is... not mat cleaning area.

By far the best auto spa around. The manager there shows a different kind of professionalism that every business could benefit from. This will be the only place I allow to clean my car!

Husband loves this place and their unlimited prices are reasonable. People want to know what we put on our tires? We tell them we just drive through the car wash. 😁 This is so handy when the weather gets everything so muddy.

Convenient. In and out quickly with a toddler. I wouldnt take a 80k car there tho.... it does seem to leave scratches on my jeep. I like to keep my car clean tho and it is the most economical way I have figured out with the single mama gig.

I really like using Tidal Wave Auto Spa....I like when the staff comes out to help you choose your wash package. Everyone seems friendly if you need any help. My only peeve with TWAS is the fact that my tires come out half sprayed with Tire Wet to make them shine. If they fix that sprayer that will get five stars from me everytime and I probably would stop going to Auto Bell all together.

Really like the option to wash your own car as well as getting an automatic car wash if you want. They use pressure washer style with tokens and timer.

My wife and I enjoy our membership which allows 1 wash a day for $20 a month not bad plus we commute everyday for work and it helps with all the dirt and bugs we accumulate

This isnt your typical car wash. They offer a great service at a convenient location. Even though there were a lot of cars there, I was in and out in a reasonable amount of time

Beware! I purchased a 2018 Honda in December 2017. I took my car ONLY to the Tidal Wave Auto spa in Rocky Mount for car washes! (I purchased the monthly plan) The car wash after 1 month damaged my clear coat terribly. The company will not take ownership and the customer service is horrible. There is no direct phone number to the Rocky Mount location. It took me numerous of calls to get anyone to even talk to me! The car wash is great..... if you do not have a new car. I really like how it cleans.... it cleans so good it removes the clear coat! I did like the towel station. Car washes are terrible on your car in general... I have learned the hard way. Nothing beats a good old fashion wash at home. If you decide to use a car wash.... have before pictures of your car and inspect it for scratches immediately. (These type of scratches are barely visible and is in the clear coat) Its a shame this has happened.... and that they would not accept ownership. $550.00 in damage.... thats a lot of money to me for a $14.99 car wash monthly!

Many times I received the $10 wash even though I was paying for the $29.99 wash club. (My wife and I both). All equipment is always malfunctioning...especially the buffer. You dont always get what you pay for... but they always get the full dollar amount out of your account each month! I canceled my membership! BEWARE!

Car wash will damage your car and they do not want to pay for it. Told my wife to get an estimate and they will fix her car after she got the estimate they will not return any phone calls. They keep passing around this person you need to talk to that person you need to talk to but no one will return phone call after they said they will pay for it. It had nothing to do with the brushes the track locked up and her car was pushed into another vehicle in front of her..

Great carwash and good prices. After your wash, pull your vehicle to a free DIY vacuum and take your time. Grab clean towels and windex for other detailing. Great carwash..!!

Wonderful place to keep your car clean if youre a lazy person like myself. They have some nice monthly prices that will save you some money. My only complaints are that sometimes they dont have any dry rags, some of the vacuums dont work, and that they are randomly close sometimes; maybe they were having mechanical problems.

I left Planet Fitness and went to Tidal Wave without noticing anything strange. I proceeded through the wash, noticed something different in the car wash unlike the other times I went there near the end (I cant explain it but I know it was different) got to the stop light to turn left toward sheetz and felt difficulty steering. I pulled into sheetz assuming I lost some tire pressure and saw my tire completely flat with a puncture mark as well as damage to my bumper. I spoke with Mr. Kurtz (who no longer answers my text message) and filled out some forms for them to investigate because they couldnt find anything definitive on the cameras. (8/19/19) I sent the pictures of my bumper and the chunk of tire missing out of my old flat tire it is now 1/19/20. I have cancelled my membership months ago due to lack of communication between Mr. Kurtz and myself. I replaced my tires a few weeks after it happened, I was not even attempting to pursue Tidal Wave for any damages, I already fixed the tire, and the bumper isnt too unsightly BUT I did want to see they cared about me as a customers as well as my vehicle. They displayed they dont and I will never go back. I will be following up with whoever is the manager there now when I get the opportunity, since Mr. Kurtz has went silent. I would avoid this place.

Finally a hands free car wash with flare...As a member of their great unlimited wash plan with one low monthly fee I can say that joining their club is my best purchase by far. Their basic wash beats other car washes premium wash.They have made it fun and exciting too with the neon lights, sudes and halograms. Driving a clean sparkling car is a bonus.

I just left there and cancelled my service because of the terrible customer service provided by a young man with dread style hair who the manager named Eric Smith. He was very rude and smug. I will share this horrible experience with everyone I know. **** 1 day later I attempted to call the number listed in the owner reply below and of course the mail box is full and no way to even leave my information for a call back, typical Rocky Mount business. They dont care about customers!!!! Its just some auto reply thing!

OkUpon entering the car wash lane, I was visually assaulted with signs laboring to get me to buy a membership. So intense was the effort of the 6 or 8 advertising messages that I almost aquiessed and bought a membership just to accomplish some relief from the sales effort...and Im from FL just passing through......hah ha.The machines screen that enables you to choise the kind of car wash and how much you want to pay kind of defeated me. I went through...because my gate went up...but had no idea if or what I hsd bought. The young gentleman came over and politely explained all the pricing options to me.So i spent 15.00 to get a wash..which was only 10.00..and the wheels dressed with tire shine (5.00). Seemed kind of high to me but I wash my car at home so I am out of touch with car wash pricing.As I exited the car wash building, there was a sign that indicated the car wax...which I bought...was being applied. Hmmm...the sign was after or beyond the drying fan. Not sure how that was supposed to work. The car wax sign did -not-light up, so I am not sure if I got wax.Finished product was decently acceptable save for:....I still needed the towel I brought along to wipe dry a small amount of water the drying fan didnt get. Not much and if you drove away immediately I am thinking most of that water would blow and dry off anyway.....rear view mirrors - not great. Clean yes, but the dryimg fan cant get your mirror as sparkly clean as a few final swipes with the towel.The car wash industry has struggled with eliminating humans to dry your car at the end of tbe wash cycle, but hasnt got it wired yet. Moderately close..but not there......the tire shine was hmmmm adequate. Ive seen some cars come out of a car wash with tires that you need sun glasses to look at. Mine were ok but I went over them with some dressing of my own just to get tbe extra pop......my car looks good so I am not going to say I didnt get my wax. Im reasonsbly confident that i did. I keep lots of wax on my car so its kind of hard to tell.Overall car wash was pretty good despite no humans at the end...hah ha. Nice and helpful people run the place.My advice.....get the membership.

Scored an awesome Grand opening deal on their membership. They use fragranced soap, so my car comes out smelling like herbal essance commercial. I gotta recirculate the cabin air when I go through cause its so intense. Im a little suspicious of the water quality. There tends to be some residue left on the ledge of my rear bumper from where the water sits and naturally evaporates.

It was overpriced for the type of carwash I got. The employees did a half effort prep and my car did not even come out clean at the end. I would not go back.

I purchased the 19.99 plan when Tidal Wave came to Rocky Monut NC,,around May1,2019, I allowed my car to go through the wash and when I got out to dry my car and tires I noticed that a bite was taken out of my front right tire. The following Monday I went back and spoke with the manager, he took pictures and filed a claim and told me I would heard back from the company within 7 day . Today is June 2nd and I have yet to hear from anyone, needless to say I canceled my plan, tires are too expensive. The same thing happened to a fellow church member and he was conmpensated on the spot, please check your tires if you purchase the $19.99 wash.

Water area smells like soured water reused, had to run my car through twice it doesnt clean very well. This was my first time here.

This is cool last week i got the $20 monthly wash. I go every two days and still havent used the cleaning station but there was one time last week i went thru with my sticker and didnt get the $20 wash when i pay the monthly 14.99

Can we a little crowded. They need to readjust their exit. The crowd from Walmart and the carwash can cause soen serious issues. Other than that the car wash itself is great, totally worth the price!

I went today for a wash and one of the attendants ( a young, skinny african american guy with braids) was having an argument in front of all the customers. It held the line up for 10 minutes while the couple spoke with the manager he sat back laughing and joking about the situation he caused. I am never going back. A new place just opened up by Lidl. I will go there now.
