Overcharged me by almost double. After being confronted about the situation, I was given a $100 discount... (close to 20%). If the original price was not a ripoff, how were you able to discount me $100? Obvious scam, sad because I thought these people were very nice.

Don’t bring your car here unless you want to be scammed. Owner is a sarcastic jerk and knowingly scams people.

They towed my car for them to fix it ....has been sitting there since January.me with no ride i finally got my boss who owns a body shop to go get it with me ...mr hinnant who owns hinnants customs ...helped me when they didnt ....

My employees car was there since January and they still had not touched the car ...I had to go get it from them .... SMH..... I dont do mechanic work ....I do paint and body work and he wasnt my employee at the time u had gotten his car ....

Picked up my daughters car for timing issue, i asked before they came if they worked on vw. they kept car for a month only to tell me they were too busy, and car would cost to much to repair, which is hard to believe when they said they stopped looking at it when they got to oil pan. owner would not return call for weeks, and every mechanic or person i talked with gave me different story. the only good thing i can say is they brought car back and didnt try to charge towing, but that is it. so unless they have no other customers or you have a fleet of vehicles i wouldnt waste my time here
