They are the worst company ever! They don’t tell you about the failure codes charge that consist of $45 plus. Even though you know you didn’t cause the devise to send a failure code the company does nothing to fix the issue. The truth is, their is NO WAY OF ACTUALLY VERIFYING THAT THE DEVICE IS NOTHING BUT A SCAM! SmartStart is the best and the devise isn’t as sensitive. Monitech is terrible!
