The ArborWise team just left after a LONG, HOT day of cutting down and trimming trees in our yard. Before they departed, they blew, raked, swept, and cleaned our entire yard! Everything looks spectacular! They could not have done a better job, and their rates were very competitive!In addition to the PERFECT job of cutting and trimming, without damaging anything in our yard, the team exhibited true professionalism throughout the long day! I really needed help on trimming trees that had overgrown, or some that had toppled over and Arborwise did a GREAT job. I have a lot of trees on a lot of property, so they handled it in zones with the driveway being first, it worked out great. I am very pleased.

My phone inquiry was answered promptly and the process between getting the estimate to the job completion was done in a timely manner. The crew arrived when they promised and got busy trimming and removing some badly overgrown bushes so I could see my roofline again. The price was reasonable and included hauling away the limbs.

Not equipped to do the job they quoted. Half started the job and didnt finish. Leas phone going straight to voicemail. They were climbing on my fence and had to be asked to get down. Next thing I know they were gone. Call another tree company!

I wanted to use a local tree service and I am glad I found Arborwise. When I called the number, it was answered quickly and he was very polite. I was able to describe the situation and why I needed him and he was able to talk to me about the choices I had. He was very prompt in driving by and looking at my property to give me an estimate. We decided on removing two trees and trimming the others. He scheduled a time to come do the work and and was there when he said he would be. Afterwards he cleaned up my yard very nicely. I would refer this guy to any of my friends.

Dont ask this company to do a challenging job. Theyll give you a quote that seems reasonable, then the workers show up and refuse to do the job. This happened more than once. Dont bother with ArborWise, call someone else.

Bad Service!!! Takes 3-5 days to return phone calls Does not show up when he says.Did a nice job a trimming trees and cleaning up when he finally did make it. Then when a large limb broke off within 12 hours of Scott being there and he and his buddy climbing around in tree refused to come out because he doesnt guarantee his work. Wanted $75.00 to come haul it off. He coin phrase it is dying from water rot, in this drought? Will not ever refer or use again. Tried to support hometown business didnt work out.
