Nice clean facility. No hot water in restroom. The place is expensive compared to other facilities in the area: $7.50 for large machines, $1.00 per 14 minutes of dry time. It took 3 cycles on hight for my clothes to be damp dry on high setting.

Ive used these facilities several times now since the freeze and have had excellent results. I have only been in the early morn and its always been clean. I like the washer choices, every kind and size available.

Due to the Texas storms I’ve lost my own laundering machines. I’ve been to this laundromat multiple times in the past couple weeks. It’s clean, considering how busy it is. The woman who works there is very nice and helpful. The machines are efficient and quick. If you need a laundromat, not a bad place to have to be.

I came here to wash some quilts and blankets the last week of Feb. 2021. I found a clean, well-maintained laundromat. The woman working there was friendly and helpful. I will be returning to wash more large items and my regular wash if my machines at home go on the blink.

I ended up at this laundromat because the dryer in my apartment went down while I was doing laundry. The facility is clean, the owner is nice, they have a lot of machines, but don’t accept credit cards.

Decent facility, slightly higher priced than others. But plenty of working machines.

Due to Covid-19 my new washer and dryer were delayed. My daughter and I used this facility 4-5 different times over two months. The lady that works there was helpful, not rude. She refunded money when we couldn’t get a dryer to work and also when the vending machine didn’t drop a water bottle. Place is very clean.

Trashy workers, trashier clientele. Your better off using the lake.

Place was pretty clean, I didnt find the lady that works here rude. She was direct and she explained that she had to be because so many people overload the washers or hang on the doors. The machines are expensive to replace and repair so I understand her needing to be strict. I would rather a laundromat that had a strict lady than a dirty one with messed up machines. People can be disrespectful of things that arent theirs. If you go in and listen to her if she says youre overloading something than shes fine.

This place has needed a makeover for years. Few new washers is a good start.

The lady who runs the place opened up 2 of my washers when I left the building. I watched her do it from the parking lot. So I had to change to another washer and as I was sitting on the chair by my clothes she came by again to check the washer when she noticed me sitting there she walked away. This place is way to expensive. It smells like rotten eggs. Dryers do NOT dry and there is water leaking all over the floors. I WILL NEVER EVER COME BACK HERE AGAIN!!!

Love it . Always clean always a nice lady to help. Good machines and they have a change machine.

The lady that works there is extremely rude. Argued with me about putting a wet bill in the machine when it tore. It wasn’t wet it was old and fragile. When I asked if she worked there she said, don’t you see me with a broom? I’m sure they won’t miss one less weekly customer. Good luck.

Well I don’t think it was expensive for a big washer and the dryer was very cheap it got the work done I have no complaining on that ... however who ever runs this place does not do a good job supervising it and keeping it clean . A man came up to me asking to help with the dryer because it didn’t take his money and i felt like someone should be there to help . I also found dead crickets in some of the washers while drying my clothing . Thankfully there wasn’t one in the one I was using but if they were in mine I’d be highly disappointed ! The place is invested with crickets and they need to clean it up also take out the over flowed trash that you have just laying around . The place would be a good place if it was more taken care of .

I had some table cloths laundered. The woman that was handling the bundle service was really nice and she was quick. Everything was folded and hung I would definitely go back.

The worker was adequate. But on washing machine I had to choose warm not hot water because a few people were already washing on Sunday morning. I never heard that before. Dryers were ok.

It’s under new management now, so the place stays cleaned. The dryers used to dry a load for $2.00 but it’s steadily started costing more.But my main issue is the fact NO EMPLOYEE SHOULD TOUCH MY KID. I use a laundromat because I have to, I don’t want to. I bring my children with me, they are under 4. Washing laundry is not a quick process, especially on a machine that says “10 minutes” left but runs for another 15 instead so my kids get wiggly, and through-out the entire washing and drying they have to be corrected due to boredom. That’s normal for kids. But I should NOT have to worry about the supervisor putting her hands on my child REGARDLESS of their behavior.My child was holding the washing machine door while I was loading it and he was moving it back and forth slightly, I’m right there, loading the damn machines... when she physically grabbed my child by the arm and pulled the door from his hands and started reprimanding him about playing with the machines.I don’t care if it’s the new owners mother, sister, grandma, aunt or whatever, you DO NOT EVER put your hands on someone else’s kids. It wasn’t a life or death situation, he wasn’t screeching like a banshee and jumping off the chairs, he was next to me holding the washing machine door and then she stands behind me and him and follows us around like a jailer.I won’t be back to this laundromat, it’s a place to wash your clothes, not a high-end china shop where kids shouldn’t move or breathe at all and no one should feel comfortable enough in their job to reach out and grab someone else’s child.

Great place. Oscar, the owner, was very personable and very helpful. A few of the machines are hard to work, but hes more than welcome to help you out. Plenty of places to do your laundry and everything comes out clean and dry in a timely manner.

I was kicked out as I walked in the door because my service dog was with me. Her collar clearly seen. The older woman was mean and told me to leave. It was embarrassing and, oh yes, illegal.

Not a clean place. Not attended. My daughter got locked in the bathroom and had to call the Fire Dept. as listed phone no. didnt answer. Only laundromat in town Or I would recommend you go elsewhere. Also it is higher than many laundrmats.

Rockwall native here, this place has come up a lot. Very clean, friendly staff, new washers and dryers work great. Good prices too. They dont have games like the window says but the taqueria down the street is a great place to go to pass some time. We WILL be back. All these older reviews cant still be accurate.

Clean and fully functional no broken machines and the restroom is clean also. I miss the guy that used to be there during the day and the cats that used to wander the place. Nice mexican food place just a few doors down the menudo is awesome. Plenty of space to fold your clothes I just wish there were a few more laundry carts available when it gets busy

This place is a joke. No hot water. Highly over priced for drying clothes. One quarter gets you about 3 minutes of drying time. A rip-off! There are no other laundromats​ in the area, and the owners know it. But Hey, Rowlett is right up the road..

Very Rude and overpriced!I asked for help because the machines wouldnt start even though I put the amount of money it asked for and pushed start and the old guy there talked to me like he just thought I was an idiot. You have to pay $1 for only 10 minutes on the dryer. . .my last laundry mat gave 45 minutes for a dollar. I left before my clothes were even dry because I had no more quarters. I definitely do NOT recommend this place. They advertise in the window that they have games but none even work. They also advertise AC but I was sweating and had to keep wiping sweat of my face. And what sucks even more is this is the closest one to my home.Dont go here unless you like crappy guest service and like paying more than you should.

Pretty awful. 1/3 of the machines are down. Its about 90 degrees inside. Theres a horrible older woman whos supposed to be working or helping people. But she just stands and scoffs at everyone that enters. If she has to do anything close to work, its with a dirty look and mumbling. She wont help anyone find an empty machine, or show anyone how to use anything. Nope. Just stares and gives mean looks. All around not great. I have to give some credit. The machines that are functioning are clean and work well. So if youre really in a pinch, itll do. But Id throw them in and go back to your car to the ac to wait.

Arrived a few minutes before 7pm and the door was locked. The lady would not even unlock the door to speak to me. I had multiple loads I needed to do, but was asking if I could just do 1 that night. She wouldnt even listen to what I said. Just stood there glaring at me behind the locked door.I have decided from here on out, I will drive 10 minutes further to the laundromat in Rowlett. It is cleaner, cheaper and much more accommodating.

OMG! I came in to use only the Jumbo washers. They have like 3. One ( which I was told was the newest one) didn’t work. I got the attendant and asked her why no water was coming out. She said, this is the newest machine and it doesn’t use a lot of water. Umkay! But does it use soap? She said.. I don’t know. Well it’s not getting wet or no suds maam! She looked at me and said “ I don’t know what to tell you” wow! However she came about 20 minutes later and refunded me $5.75. I just packed my things and left!Just because someone is washing in a mat doesn’t mean they aren’t familiar with laundry or even washing machines maam! It is only because I just moved to this state last week is why I even had to come here! I’m just disgusted.. but oh well!

Everything works, but the place is fairly run down and depressing. I walked in and no one was here at all, when the owner walked in my clothes were just done in the wash. I asked: I have three loads to dry. Should I put them all in the large dryer or two in the regular size? whats more effective? He talked to me like Im an idiot and started going off about how theres different levels of drying, and the humidity of my clothes mattering.... DUDE, I JUST WANT DRY CLOTHES. So rude. Id maybe consider coming back because I really love the cats that are here even though its counterproductive to cleaning clothes...

False Advertising! Advise going to Rowlett Laundry! This place is a total dump! No a/c...restroom out of order for nearly a year...lol...fleas jumping everywhere...nasty rude witch of a woman working here who can never seem to show up to work and unlock the door at 7am like shes supposed to....coin machine works (at times)...filthy facility overall. Way overpriced...and guess what....no hot water...lol. see for yourself! Go to bubbles in Rowlett....youll be glad you did! Worst laundromat ever!......this place is a dump. I come here a lot since I move to the area but the change machine shorts my change at least twice every time Im there. The lady thats there in the day is very rude and the older man, who I believe is the owner is too! It was only 8:09, and all my last two loads had already finished drying and he asks if Im going to fold it all because he closes at 8?!!! Extremely rude, will not be coming here anymore 😠 they have cats there who lay around the chairs and folding tables, do not like all the cat hair on my clothes.....BAD, BAD PLACE...DONT KNOW WHY I KEPT GOING THERE!!!

A dollar for 14 minutes and the dryer doesn’t get that hot. You may have to put 3.50 in just to get your stuff dry. First and last time coming here.
