It was an awesome experience. 1st time ever doing yoga. I plan on coming back for more. The reception was very friendly and the teacher (Vella) was great! Very clean environment. Hot yoga class!!

I love my Sunstone! I was so happy when they opened back up, I had so missed the In person classes. I love that they are taking all the precautions to keep us safe and Healthy. Of course our skilled teachers are there to help guide and encourage us on our journey. I’m so appreciative of the kindness and support I receive at Sunstone! Yoga, flow, HIIT, Pilates and more. I’m so glad I found Sunstone!

Great yoga studio and great payment plans

I have been a member of Sunstone since November 2019. The studio is clean. The staff is friendly and warm. The processes in place since the studio reopened after Covid make me feel safe when I am in the studio. Sunstone also works hard to communicate what is happening in studio - whether it is information about policies or a fun event. They also make it clear that they value feedback given by students. 10/10. Highly recommend!

I have been going to SunstoneFIT in Rockwall for a couple of years now and they are the best. The instructors are very knowledgeable and they always encourage you to be your best. The range of classes and availability makes it so easy for me to fit into my schedule.I get out of class fresh, rejuvenated and stronger, ready to take on the day!!These are some of the things that we can write about it all day but I suggest you come in and try one class, that will speak for itself!! I have been a member of SunstoneFIT Rockwall for more than 7 years. I first started after I retired and knew I wanted to step out of my comfort zone. Today it is part of my daily routine. From the start the instructors were (and are) helpful and encouraging. My practice is a mix of fitness classes and yoga which helps with overall strengthening, balance and flexibility. Classes are for all skill levels. The studio has put in strict protocols and cleaning practices since opening after the COVID shelter in place. I have felt totally confident returning and happy to be back as part of the SunstoneFIT family.

Was a member for many years. Only dropped membership due to relocation. The move fell through....Ready to come back! I miss the benefits physically and emotionally that the practice brings! The instructors and management are super personal yet professional at the same time.....always striving to make sure each student has the best experience possible! I have been a member at SunstoneFIT- Rockwall Village for about 4 years. I have grown stronger as a yoga student due to the support from the knowledgeable and caring teaching staff. We are not strangers at Sunstone, we are family. Even during this pandemic, I comfortably attend class daily as I know after each class the studio is cleaned and thoroughly sanitized. 😃

Great place for hot yoga! The studio is clean, the staff is friendly, and the COVID-19 precautions are strong. There are a variety of classes and teachers to choose from. Beginners and more advanced practioners are comfortable in this studio. You should try it out!

Instructors make sure that students social distance and they clean equipment between classes. Plus, they’re just a fun place to go after being locked down for months.

I recently rejoined after taking a 4 year break having kids. I forgot how amazing the hot yoga classes make you feel afterwards! I love the new core and sculpting classes they have added. This is by far the best workout experience I have ever had. The instructors are awesome and so helpful. No reason to feel intimidated by yoga here! I feel like each time I go I learn something new and push in different areas. I am officially addicted to this place!!!

The teachers a great!

Sunstone is the whole package deal! not only can I get my yoga classes there but my fitness classes as well and no longer have to experience the crowded gym ~ they have it all in one place. Beautiful, clean atmosphere with great instructors . LOVE, LOVE LOVe it!!
