Just had America’s Inspectors do my inspection, was concerned because my Realtor went on and on about this company and I was unsure if they were to good to be true. We pulled up meet the inspection to the house and parked across the street. The inspector was there 20 minutes before the inspection was to start. He jumped out and gapped an arm full of equipment and then got his ladder, infrared camera, and more equipment. We watched as he checked to water meter and took pictures, checked the water pressure at a hose faucet and then when up on the roof and walked the roof and took pictures. We had no idea how proficient the inspector would be. We had 4 other homes inspected and one just a year ago, that we changed our mind about, not because of the inspection but because of the location. Me and my husband never seen anything like this level of professionalism and expertise. We could not keep up with the inspector and there was no way that the past inspectors could have examined everything as well as this guy did. Long story short, I am convinced to other inspectors do not and are not capable of providing this level of inspection and competence. I highly recommend them.
Best Home inspectors Ive ever seen, Bob is amazing and there service is at 2 or 3 levels about everybody else. I had my report on site and emailed with pictures within one hour of leaving the house. My Realtor was shocked to see how proficient and professional the inspector was. The realtor says that Bob is now the only inspector she would use.
Bob did an inspection for us last week and we were shocked at how much detail he actually provides about the inspection. He went over things that we would have never caught without him pointing it out. Will definitely use Bob if we ever need an inspection
Had my home inspected by Bob Charvoz. He did a wonderful job. Was patient and answered all of my questions. He was very detailed, printed out inspection report with tons of pictures with areas of concern. He sent it to us that evening as well. He is always available to talk to you about the inspection. We were very impressed.
I have bought several houses thru the years and these guys are the best yet that i have used for a home inspection. Thorough, courteous, punctual and had a report ready for me at the end of the inspection. Would definitely recommend
I used Americas Inspectors for our second home purchase. Very professional, explained in detail the report and any repairs to be made. Also pictures in the report were clear and easily viewed. Would definitely use again.
I had hired home inspector Bob Charvoz to inspect my newly replaced roof on a rental property I own. I wanted to make sure that the roofer did a good job and also to let me know if the roofer installed high definition shingles as opposed to the regular three-tab shingles. The high definition shingles are better and I paid extra for these. After he was done, he sent me an email w/the photos attached. The photos he took were very blurry 2x3 photos, not large photos that would be taken with a smart phone or a regular digital camera. It appeared he took them with an old flip phone.I called and emailed him and told him that I could not see the details of the shingles with these tiny photos and requested he go back and take regular sized photos; however he refused and was very rude. He said he would email me larger photos but all he did was send me the same 2x3 photos and said that was the best he could do.I also asked him if the high definition shingles were installed on my roof and to my amazement, he did not know the difference between high definition shingles and he regular three-tab shingles. I would have thought that every home inspector would know the difference between these as there are only these two types of shingles. He charged me $250 for his service and I ended up having to hire another home inspector to inspect the roof and this inspector took regular photos with his smartphone that I could enlarge on my monitor and see every detail of the roofing job that was done. This inspector also knew the difference between the two different types of shingles.I have since filed a complaint against Mr Charvoz with the Texas Real Estate Commission. All roofers operating in Texas are licensed by them. I would advise anyone needing a home inspection done to avoid this company and any dealings with Bob Charvoz.
