I opened a savings account about 4 years ago at the Rockwall location and my personal banker did a great job. Since then the personal service from everyone has been 5 star worthy. I just closed an account I had with another local bank for 30 years and opened my business account with Beverly, again. She is very knowledgeable and helpful. It has been a great experience to use the Guaranty Bank in Rockwall. My family has conducted every type of business from personal banking...estate accounts...and new business accounts with this bank. I truly appreciate Beverly, Kristie, and Shari who have been so helpful. After wasting 20 years at a competitors bank, it took me awhile to get used to everyone knowing my name when I walked in!!
