Thank you so much for loosing my oil lug and replacing it with the wrong one. My husband always changes the oil and I thought I was helping him out by having y’all do it for him. He was super excited to have to clean a huge puddle of oil in the garage, going to autozone to buy the correct part and getting to change the oil. Thank you for reinforcing his opinion of oil change places. Never again will I go here!

I take my car to Valvoline in Rowlett, but decided to try this location for my pickup because Hacienda is across the street. Service is fine no problems, same as other locations but the only difference i noticed here is the wait here is a little longer getting in and out. That may be due to the volume of customers, Im not sure. These technicians are really thorough and they provide the oil change service as advertised and do not cut any corners. I will most likely return here for service again.

I took 2 vehicles for oil changes. The guys were very nice, whitey, and professional. They explained everything to me before they did it. Definitely recommend.

Came in for an oil change in my foreign (2011 Porsche Panamera) vehicle. I called ahead to see if I could get in and out with my budget and spoke with the manager Bruce ( Sampson) whom told me to find him and he’d get me right... boy howdy, did he! He went out of his way to ensure I had the best possible oil change possible regardless of my finances, and did so without even a question as to whether it was the right thing to do. After the week I had had it was a blessing to say the least, and couldn’t have come at a better time. Will be back for ALL my household auto maintenance and highly recommend.

Good place, told attenent to not bother with cleaning the glass (a nice standard service) but they also failed to vaccum the floor (another standard ) otherwise a decent wait time and friendly staff.

I was greeted right away and provided some of the best service, hands down, Ive ever received when it comes to an oil change. Last place I went forgot to shut my hood after they finished, so Im glad I found someone new. Excited to have a new home for my oil change and other car needs. Quick in and out while also providing great customer service.

Brought my truck in for an oil change had a good visit. Had a slight hiccup when I got home.. went back and the team got it squared away real fast. Other than the hiccup it was a good visit. Been going here for at least 6 years never had a problem. Will continue to bring all my families vehicles for service. Thanks guys for getting the truck squared away fast for me.

Waited a little longer than I should have with only one car in the bay in front of me. The quick and friendly service made up for it though. Had a Valvoline coupon for $20 off Full Synthetic but I didnt realize that I was at an Express and not an Instant Oil, didnt know there was a difference. The attendant was still kind enough to give me $10 off. An overall good Experience.

Came in for an oil change and they told me my coolant was almost gone & who I went to before didnt check it so at no extra cost they added coolant and washer fluid! The Valvoline on Hwy 380 has a card reader outside so you dont have to ever get out of your car. Otherwise service was decent.

First time there and will go back again, they were quick and precise.

I am going to seriously rethink going here ever again. Although they are quick and have been my go to place for oil changes and vehicle inspections, their lack of enforcement in people wearing masks in their store is a deal killer for me and my family.

Been going here for inspection and oil change for 3 years now. They have always provided great service and I cannot recommend them enough. This time my windshield wipers decided to suddenly stop working and that prevented my car from passing inspection. The tech kept troubleshooting it though and discovered that the fuse had a loose connection and re-inserting it fixed the problem, car passed! He didnt have to do that but he went the extra mile and saved me big headache! Will keep coming back!

I agree with the other review from Ashley B this used to be the best car maintenance place to go to, but ever since that new female has started working the desk it has gone down hill I agree with her always being outside laughing with the guys, I also had a problem with one of the guys I think he said his name was Gary his language when speaking to other employees was HORRIBLE and very unacceptable when this is a place there may be children around.Definitely will not go to this Valvoline anymore until things are changed

My wife went to get an oil change, they told her she needed new air filter, she politely declined and called me and so I had her pick up a new one on the way home . When I took the old one out it was very clean no dirt . Trying to up sell people when they dont need it, filter is cheap but no tellin what else they have upsold to folks that didnt need it. This place hasnt been the same since they changed owners. Im very disappointed . Probably wont be going back .

After my experience here I had no choice but to make a bad review.Iv been going here for years the other lady ragina was GREAT! Very helpful with any questions I had, but today as I was getting my oil changed I was sitting inside I had multiple different questions but nobody to ask because the new lady at the front was in the shop laughing and being very loud distracting the guys, I sat inside alone with no employee to ask any questions to, very unprofessional. I see this lady also has other bad reviews about her hopefully someone of power will see and get rid of her to bring business back to this location, it used to be a perfect experience every time I’ll be back when she’s gone.

Went in, everything was dandy, the Owner was even nice. I went in to get it inspected, get my car back with a broke E-Brake not passing the inspection. The E-brake worked fine when I went in, its a Manual. You have to use the E-brake in a manual.When the guy pulled up to tell me I failed the inspection with a wire showing in the tire. I could tell the noise was wrong with the E-brake after he stopped the car and ran off in the back before I could see what happened. I get out and get the Owner asking him what happened, not one of the Employees admitted to breaking it, so instead they told me to Lie to the Dealership to get it fixed for free because its under warranty. When I started chewing the owner out, he stole the keys from hand and attempted to get in my car and park in the parking next to him, the auto reaction I had was to push him and get my keys back from his hand so he couldnt damage my car any further, at that moment his 3 employees attempt to jump me knocking my phone out of my hand on purpose and pushing me around for a few seconds. I called the police out to out because I didnt know what to do. Come to find out they have been issues with the place, and what I read from above from the young lady getting her inspection ripped off sounds about right. This place is Conned and I am calling bad business bureau on them.

Dont go to a place that accepts drive up cars ahead of your parked car. We sat inside waiting for our car to be pulled into bay. Two separate cars pulled up to bays were greeted by people and they took cars into bays immediately for the same service. Unacceptable and terrible service. Not worth 1 star either. I guess if you go here make sure you drive up to bay. Dont park and go inside or your car will sit and not get done.

Oil was pitch black 5 miles after oil changed they cut some corners or didnt do it at all. When I called to complain, they told me if you have a problem you need to come down in person and speak to me When I did, they immediately called the police, Thats right, I was baited in and framed. Police checked me for warrants, and said it could be breech of peace for coming in with a loud voice (all I did was raise my voice) AM I angry at them? You take a guess

Went for an inspection - The main guy there, Marlyn, purposely sabotaged my vehicle in order to make commission off of my inspection. Needless to say, I wasnt pleased, and he failed my inspection just to spite me. I definitely will not be going back as you shouldnt either. The Rockwall Charm is lacking GREATLY. Save your money and go else where. Customer service should be priority, along with honesty, and this guy has neither of the two.

The worst customer service!! They broke my key pad and didnt even tell me til they couldnt start my car. The cost to replace it is $374 (according to the dealer ship, it has to be programed). Even just to get a replacement key only is $174. My visit took place on 5/6/17. After one hour of sitting in the waiting room, I asked the lady is there a problem or did it just get behind because several customer were able to get done before me. I was told, she didnt know! Then the old man came in and said he couldnt start my car, was there a problem with my key pad before I showed up. I said no, and this tells me you were very rough with the key and broke it. What are we going to do about this? He said I could go up to Ace Hardware and get another key made and he would reimburse me. I said NO, you are going to give me a free oil change and I am not coming back!! Just think, If I wouldnt have carried a spare key in my purse I would have been stranded!! He said he would honor the free oil change but wouldnt pay for BOTH. After my visit with the Toyota dealership and finding out the true cost, I made another visit to Valvoline and it was just worse! I simply told him the information that the dealership gave me and what my options were to get a spare key and asked the old guy would he make this right because I didnt have this kind of money. He said NO, that I made my decision when I walked out the first time. I was very upset and shacking with anger!! How dare him to not even make any effort to fix what THEY broke! I advised him this was not they way Customer Service works and that I will be writing the BBB. He then said I have a very bad attitude!!! Really........and then insult me.....WOW Oh by the way, these location is privately owned so the Corporate office can not force them to fix this issue and I have no on else to call! So just beware if they mess up your car in anyway....THEY WILL NOT FIX IT AND YOU HAVE NO ONE ELSE TO COMPLAIN TO!!!I will just be happy to at least get $100 with my free oil change that would allow me to get just another spare key. I am not even asking for the $374.5/20/17 They have reimbursed me as agreed today and made this right. Thank you

After a few words exchanged, I grabbed my keys and left......now Im an America Citizen and its sad to see what this country has become. This country was founded by immigrants including Europeans. We dont see or hear the true land lords (American Natives) of this great nation, treating citizens like this. No one deserves this kind of treatment. If you decide to do business at this location, well enjoy your conversation with Marlyn, and being charged for a service that was not done correctly. My daughters car is still having brake issues and he charged my about 200. He sure did accept my 200 American dollars without a problem though! Worst experience ever!!!!

These idiots put the wrong viscosity oil in my Jaguar XK 8. When I confronted them and showed them proof.They even acknowledged that they made a mistake and still did nothing. Called their regional office that did nothing either. Been driving Almost 40 years and this has never happened to me until I met these bozos! Do NOT have your oil changed here unless you want to highly increase your probability of running the wrong oil in your car.

Unbelievable I went for inspection and was told I failed due to tire thread! So my question to her was wouldnt that be one of the first things you notice before you screw me out of the inspection fee. Stay away they probably take advantage of you on other things as well.

Took my car in for inspection. I was in and out in 45 minutes tops. No hiccups, no complications, no nothing. Exactly what you want when youre just going in for inspection.Im going back tomorrow for an oil change, tire rotate, brake check.This is the only time Ive ever been to this place and I had no problems at all.I have no idea whats going on with the couple of people writing trashy reviews. If the place was that bad, I would have expected them to try to upsell me on stuff during my inspection. Wouldnt that be the time to do it?

Over priced and look out for the 30.00 synthic fee on top of the oil change price that I wasnt told about until after the fact. Feeling cheated. 5 quarts of 0-20 at Wal-Mart is 21.97 my car takes 4 quarts. Why do you have the nerve to charge 75.00 for a oil change. You have my number in you system if you want to call me.

I came into your store Friday 8/3 to ask what the wait would be for an oil service. I was immediately greeted by a a gentleman that came out to my car. He introduced himself as Mike and asked how he could help me. I asked the wait time for service and he said there was no wait. The other cars were waiting for emissions tests and they would not effect my time. He said I could be in and out and 15-20 minutes. He asked for old service sticker and my current mileage. He noticed I was 2000 miles over due and asked if I would be interested in an upgrade that would last longer and give maxim protection. I said please do. He escorted my girls and I to the waiting room where he held the door open for us and told us to make ourselves comfortable. Mike then went and imm still pulled my car in himself.Two workers immediately started on my car. Within 5 min the windows were washed, carpet vacuumed, and they even had put air in my tires. Just as I was thinking we were having a “wow experience” the man behind the counter who never said a word to us because he texting on his cell phone, slams it down on the counter and opens the door and yells “ why are there 2 fu***ng people on this car? We don’t need 2 god d**n people down stairs!” One of the workers on my car said “Eric, at least shut the door!” I did see and hear Mike ask Eric if he needed him to come up front. He just shut the door and got back on his phone. A few minutes later my car was back out front. In that moment my “wow experience” turned into a nightmare.My 9 and 11 year old daughters were victims of severe domestic violence. That out burst terrified them and ruined our experience. Mike met us at our car and sincerely apologetic, he assured us that wasn’t the normal behavior and he would address the situation. I told him not to bother, I was rude to mike and for that I apologize, but needless to say I won’t be back.

Under new ownership, been there a few times and something is always wrong with car when i leave. This last time oil was spilled on engine was a mess, didnt even let me know and they dont check all oil levels. They just lost a customer.

This has to be the most expensive place to get an oil change. Pretty sure I was quoted $90 for a fuel filter change on a Duramax.

Nice people but not competent management. Brought car in for inspection. Only after completing the inspection do they bother to advise me that as a resident of Hunt county Ihave the pleasure of paying the $38 DFW inspection fee because I brought my car into Rockwall county for inspection (vs $14.50 Hunt Co rate). One cant assume the system is smart enough to charge you the appropriate amount - nor that the establishment is smart enough to advise you before hand. When they saw my existing Hunt county sticker and Hunt county address a red flag should have gone up. Their mistake - but I pay for it!?? I dont know about you, but I will go out of my way to NOT go here again for anything!!
